Korean army currently considers the development of the new generation MLRS(Multiple Launcher Rocket System) as a new alternative, which responses on the renovation of the artillery and future battlefield environment. This study suggests that it presents cost-effectiveness of MLRS based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Parametric Estimating(PRICE H). According to this study, the cost-effectiveness of new generation MLRS presented that alternative A is 2.30 times and alternative B is 1.70 times, which are better than currently operating M270A1. Therefore, The best acquisition is alternative A that launcher is carried on currently operating 10ton standard truck but final acquisition alternative should be politically decided to consider viability of operator, performance and the latest of equipment.

이 논문은 1년에 몇 일 혹은 몇 시간 동안 만 최대 에너지가 공급된다. 그러므로 일반적인 경우에는 대부분 최대 에너지의 50%나 이보다 적은 양의 에너지를 얻게 된다. 이런 작은량의 에너지가 공급되는 Alternative Energy system (P. Voltac System)하에서 용수공급을 위해 기존의 Centrifugal pump를 사용 할 때와 Screw type pump를 사용할 때 공급된 용수량을 비교하였다. 연구 결과 Screw type pump 사용 시 alternative Energy system의 높이에 상관없이 단지 Screw type pump의 speed에 영향을 받으며 낮은 Energy 하 에서도 비교적 높은 효율을 낸다는 것을 실험적으로 비교 검토 하였다.

얼터너티브 음악(Alternative Music)은 대중음악이 장르적으로 분류되기 시작된 이래로 가장 복잡하고 다양한 하위 장르(Sub Genre)를 가진 음악 형태일 것이다. 이 논문에서는 1990년대 이후 주목받기 시작한 얼터너티브 락(Alternative Rock)을 중심으로 이 음악 형태의 장르적 모호함에 대한 원인을 분석함으로써, 전통적인 - 음악 형식에 근거한 - 분류법이 현대 대중음악을 규정짓는 데에 있어 필연적으로 가지고 있는 한계점을 살펴본다.

A process planning system that generates alternative process plans offers multiple process plans for a part, thereby provides the flexibility to cope with the changes in shop floor status. In this paper, we intro- duce the concept of process net as a model for the generation of alternative process plans. We also show the usefulness of process net model in generating alternative process plans by implementing the developed sys- tem to construct process net, and devising an algorithm to generate alternative process plans for rotational parts.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-allergy activities of persimmon leaf extract (PLE) on a phthalic anhydride (PA)-induced allergic mouse model. A human leukemic mast cell line (HMC-1) was used to examine the inhibitory activity of PLE on the histamine release by human leukemic mast cells. PLE inhibited histamine release from HMC-1 cells in response to cross-linkage of high-affinity IgE receptor-${\alpha}$ ($Fc{\varepsilon}RI{\alpha}$). Additionally, a PA-induced allergic mouse model was used to investigate the effects of PLE in vivo. Mice were orally administrated with or without PLE of single dose (250 mg/kg/day) for 31 days. Oral intake of PLE significantly inhibited passive cutaneous reactions. Oral administration of PLE to PA-induced allergic mice also led to a striking suppression of the development of contact dermatitis, ear swelling and lymph node weight. In addition, PA-specific IL-4 production of draining lymph node cells was markedly diminished by PLE oral administration, but not IFN-${\gamma}$. Furthermore, PLE treatment suppressed PA-induced thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (CCL17) and cutaneous T cell-attracting chemokine (CCL27) expressions in ear tissues. Based on these results, we suggest that PLE may have therapeutic potential as an effective material for management of irritant contact dermatitis or related inflammatory diseases.

본 연구의 목적은 달의 운동에 대한 초등학생들의 대안개념 유형을 조사하고, 각각의 대안개념에 대하여 인지갈등 상황을 제시한 후 그 변화를 알아보는 것이다. 대안개념의 유형을 조사하기 위하여 206명의 초등학교 6학년 학생을 대상으로 사전 개념조사를 실시하여 대안개념을 분석한 후, 문항별 개념유형에 따라 5개 집단으로 의도적으로 나누어 30명을 표집 하였다. 학생들의 대안개념 유형과 인지갈등 상황 후의 변화에 대한 데이터를 각각 5문항이 포함된 사전검사와 사후검사를 통하여 수집하였다. 대안개념 유형에 대한 조사 결과 학생들의 대부분이 다양한 유형의 대안개념을 갖고 있었다. 갈등상황 후 개념변화에 대해서는 특히, 초승달의 뜨고 지는 시각 및 움직임에 대한 대안개념은 표본 집단 모두 과학적 개념으로 변화되었다. 따라서 대안개념에 대한 인지갈등 상황 제시 학습이 달의 운동에 대한 학습에 효과 있을 알 수 있다.

선택 스플라이싱은 유전자 발현의 중요한 과정 중 하나이다. 선택 스플라이싱이 발생함에 따라, 돌연변가 발생하여, 질병을 일으킬 수 있다. 대부분의 선택 스플라이싱 연구는 EST(Expressed Sequence Tag)를 이용한다. 그러나, EST를 이용하여 선택 스플라싱을 예측하는 데는 몇 가지 단점이 있다. EST가 저장되어 있는 라이브러리가 잘 정돈되어 있지 않거나, 잘못 열거되어 있을 경우, 실험 시 EST를 잘못 선택할 수 있다. 또한, EST가 아직 발견되지 않은 유전 서열에서는 선택 스플라이싱을 찾을 방법이 없다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 EST 기반 연구의 약점을 개선하고, 선택 스플라이싱의 탐지 및 예측의 질을 높이기 위해서, pre-mRNA에서 One-leaf One-node Tree 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 트리는 Arabidopsis thaliana의 각 염색체에 대해서 실험되었다. 실험 결과, 모든 염색체에서 codons에 따라 일반 스플라싱과 선택 스플라싱이 다른 패턴을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 트리 알고리즘에서 도출된 패턴으로 부터, 아직 발견되지 않은 선택 스플라싱도 예측할 수 있다.

최근 장애인과 일반인이 공통으로 사용가능한 통합 전자출판 포맷 출현이 예상된다. 이를 국가 대체자료 제작 전략에 적용한다면, 기존 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 이용한 대체자료 제작 전략의 문제점뿐만 아니라 수요자의 요구에 맞는 다양한 대체자료 보급도 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 이와같이 급변하는 장애인용 대체자료 제작 관리 전략의 변화에 대응하기 위해 국립장애인도서관의 주요 역할을 충분히 해내기 위해서는 '대체자료 제작', '대체자료 연구 교육', '대체자료 정보망 운영' 등 각 주요 역할을 중심으로 대체자료 관련 전문 인력으로 구성된 센터를 설립하여 전문 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 조직을 확대 개편하여야 한다.

The primary purpose of this study was to describe psychological aspects of menopausal women who have experiences on alternative therapies, such as pomegranate tree fluid, life pack, evening primerose, zacro syrup, zacro pill, multi-vitamin, oriental medicine instead of estrogen. In order to have insights on the participants behaviors, this qualitative research was conducted. The participants in this study were six women who have been taking at least one of the alternative therapies to relieve the menopausal symptom. Data had been collected from November 2002 to May 2003. The interview questions were about motivations to seek the alternative therapy, menopausal symptoms, feelings or positive effects after the treatment. The interviews were recorded and transcribed into written documents. The method described by Giorgi was utilized for data analysis. The study results were as follows : 1. The participants sought the alternative therapy based on their own information or by friends' recommendations. The motivations of taking the therapy were to live younger and healthier by reliving menopausal symptoms including somatic symptoms, such as irregular menstruation, flushing sense, cold sweating, insomnia, dull headache, vagina dryness, cystitis after sexual intercourse, joint pain, nervousness, depression, skin dryness, and suppression of activity. 2. The participants expressed that they became more active and felt better with disappearing menopausal symptoms after about 2 to 3 weeks treatment. 3. The participants did not want to accept the fact that they had menopause, which caused avoidance of having medical diagnosis and medical treatment. They also did not want to let their spouses know about their symptoms. 4. The major reason of taking the alternative therapy was to avoid the side effects of estrogen therapy in spite of high costs of the alternative way. 5. The participants suggested that menopausal women needed to be educated about physical and psychological symptoms of menopause. They also needed to be informed about how to manage it. In conclusion, accurate information about foods and drugs utilized for the alternative therapy was needed. Medically proved methods to recognize positive effects and side effects were also necessary. These goals could be achieved by continuous medical observations and further research.

본 논문은 한정된 산출량의 보석 대신 다양하게 표현되는 보석대체품의 제안하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 지난 5년간의 주얼리디자인 관련 학위논문에서 활용된 보석대체품에 어떤 재료들이 활용되었는지 연구 동향을 알아보고, 보석대체품에 대한 선호도를 알아보기 위해, 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 연구동향과 고객선호도 설문조사에서 모두 보석대체품으로서 레진을 가장 대중적으로 활용하고 선호함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 연구자는 기존선행 연구에서 사용된 레진의 일부 활용방식이 아닌 보석 조건에 맞는 보석대용품으로서의 레진 사용범위를 확장한 주얼리디자인을 하였다. 그 결과 보석대체품으로서 레진의 활용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 보석의 조건에 해당하는 수요성과 전통성은 보석대용품으로서 활용빈도 및 시간의 경과로 이루어질 수 있는 조건이기에, 앞으로 레진을 보석 대용품으로서 활용한 주얼리 디자인의 지속적인 연구를 통해 구축해야할 과제로 남아있다. 또한, 레진의 활용번위를 확대하여 보석대체품의 대중적 선호도를 확립하기 위한 지속적인 연구가 계속되어야 할 것이다.
