In this study, the concept, developments and the present situations of an electronic document delivery services, projects and systems are examined. Also the implications of an electronic document delivery services in the library and the future of the services are studied. Some conclusions and a few suggestions derived from the study are as follows : (1) An electronic document delivery services, one of the most innovative methods for delivering the needed materials to a researcher is now being incorporated into an important part of today's information industries. (2) The technological developments have made it possible to deliver nearly all the document formats electronically, and can make the shortest turnaround time to be 30minutes. The technology has also made it possible to develop user-friendly document delivery services by providing the various methods of requesting of, delivering of and charging for the materials. (3) Different types of institutions have made researches, tests, developments and implementation of an electronic document delivery techniques with different features. (4) The issues of copyrights and standards involved in an electronic document delivery still remain as the problems to be solved. (5) The increase and development of patron-initiated document delivery services have and will have some impacts on the library services with the possibility to pass by the librarians intermediation, but to deliver the materials directly to the end-users. (6) The library could take the outside electronic document delivery services as an opportunity. Accordingly, in order to incorporate this services in the interlibrary loan, collection development and other library services, the library should establish appropriate policies, guidelines and management strategies related to the operations. (7) In order to maximize the use of the electronic document delivery services, the library should provide an appropriate education for the librarian and users to have knowledge and skills on the changing techniques of the electronic document delivery and on the various features as well as changing mechanisms by each system and service.
The desired level for multimedia services in the mobile web environment, the next generation web environment, is expected to be of PC level quality. And great efforts have been made in the development of hadware technology, communication technology, various kinds of services and standardization to support these services, In the mobile web environment, multimedia contents adaptation services should be available through supporting various kinds of devices, network abilities and users' preferences. It means that due to the variety of both desired devices' hardware specifications, called destinations, and desired QoSes, the QoSes in the destinations are not fixed or defined. If a new user wants to stream multimedia contents in a server through a new kind of terminal device, it should be considered whether the existing transcoders are able to adapt the multimedia contents. However, the existing libraries for multimedia adaptation have heavy transcoder figures which include all adaptive functions in one library, The challenge of universal access is too complex to be solved with these all in one solutions. Therefore, in this paper we propose an application independent multimedia adaptation framework which meets the QoS of new and varied mobile devices. This framework is composed of a group of unit transcoders having only one transcoding function respectively, Instead of heavy transcoders. Also, It includes the transcoder manager supporting the dynamic connections of the unit transcoders in order to satisfy end to end QoS.
The purpose of this study is to assess the extent of inequality in health outcomes and the distribution of health services according to health need under National Health Insurance System in Korea. For the empirical analysis, data were collected through an interview survey during one month of October, 1994. Interview were conducted with a total of 10, 875 of the employees and the self-employed selected through cluster, systematic sampling. The major findings of this research are as follows: 1. The analysis of the differentials in morbidity rates by socio-economic group showed that health inequality in the pro-higher groups existed in all self-reported morbidity indicators. 2. The findings of the conventional use measures showed that the lower socio-economic groups had more ambulatory and inpatient services than the higher groups. In contrast to the level of the medical care utilization, however, the higher socio-economic groups were more likely to use the high-quality source of care in terms of their treatment place compared to the lower groups. 3. By using the need-based use measures, the results were different from each use-disability ration indicator. Using the use-disability ration measured by physician visits per 100 restricted-activity days in the population, it was found that there was no evidence favoring the higher socio-economic groups. In contrast, the use-disability ration based on physician visits per a chronic patient in one year displayed that there was remarkable relative difference by income group as well as the evidence of the pro-higher income groups. 4. The results of logistic regression analysis and two-stage estimation method indicated that although the utilization is significantly affected by type and duration of insurance coverage, the use or nonuse of service and the volume of physician care consumed is determined by health need and demographic characteristics rater than economic status. In sum, these findings suggest that physician service is equitably distributed according to health need under national health insurance system in Korea. As there were some evidences of inequality including the differential in physician visits of chronic patients by income group, however, the government should strengthen the activities to guarantee the equity of health services utilization.

Mobile Cloud Computing is today's emerging technology. Customers enjoy the services and application from this combination of mobile technology and cloud computing. Beside all these benefits it also increases the concerns regarding privacy of users, while interacting with this new paradigm One of the services is Location based services, but to get their required services user has to give his/her current location to the LBS provider that is violation of location privacy of mobile client. Many approaches are in literature for preserve location privacy but some has computation restriction and some suffer from lack of privacy. In this paper we proposed a novel idea that not only efficient in its protocol but also completely preserves the user's privacy. The result shows that by sharing just service name and a large enough geographic area (e.g. a city) user gets required information from the server by doing little client side processing We perform experiments at client side by developing and testing an android based mobile client application to support our argument.
The OECD defines regulatory reform as both better regulation and deregulation, and emphasizes that governments must continue to regulate in areas such as environmental quality and safety. In contrast, Korean regulatory reform in fire services in the 1990s shows quite a strange trend, having been carried out only to the direction of softening and abolishing regulations. In the UK, fire prevention legislation has been strengthened since the enactment of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, and the Building Regulations 1991, which apply to all new buildings including a private house, require that there should be at least one smoke alarm on each floor. This research shows that the tightening of fire prevention legislation in the UK has promoted fire safety, which is very instructive for Korean fire services. In order for Korean fire services to protect citizens'lives and property from fires, one of basic directions of regulatory reform, to improve the quality of regulations relating to safety, health and the environment, should be observed strictly. Moreover, the flexibility of the basic direction of regulatory reform should be ensured so that the regulations concerning safety could be even increased under the overall reform strategy of reducing all regulations.
In recent years, the one-person media has increasingly gained popularity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the service quality, satisfaction and intention of continuous use of one-person media service and to further examine the mediating effect of satisfaction operating on the relationship between the service quality and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, hypotheses were developed and the research model was built for testing. The sample of 358 users was selected to achieve these objectives. From the analysis of PLS(Partial Lease Square Path Analysis), key research findings are summarized as follows. First, relationships among the service quality, satisfaction, and intention of continuous use were all positively correlated each other. Second, the effect of service quality on intention of continuous use was mediated by satisfaction. Third, the content quality of one-person media has the higher effectiveness than platform quality to satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Results of this paper are expected not only to emphasize the importance of satisfaction based on the service quality, but also to provide multifaceted implications and directions for the management of one-person media service effectively.

Broadcasting is a basic data communication method for interconnection networks. There are two types of broadcasting. One-to-all broadcasting is to transmit a message from one node to all other nodes and all-to-all broadcasting is to transmit a message from all the nodes that have messages to other nodes. And by the using way of the transmission port per unit time, there are two schemes of broadcasting. Single port telecommunication(SLA) is to transmit messages from one node that contains the messages to one adjacent node only and all port telecommunication(MLA) is to transmit messages from one node to all adjacent nodes within a time of unit. Matrix hypercube is that an interconnection network has improved network cost than that of hypercube with the same number of nodes. In this paper, we analyze broadcasting scheme of matirx hypercube. First, we propose one-to-all and all-to-all broadcasting algorithms of matrix hypercube. And we prove that one-to-all broadcasting times are 2n+1 and $2{\lceil}{\frac{n}{2}}{\rceil}+1$ based on the SLA and MLA models, respectively. Also, we show all-to-all broadcasting time using SLA model is $5{\times}2^{\frac{n}{2}}-2$ when n=even, and is $5{\times}2^{\frac{n-1}{2}}+2$ when n=odd.
This study attempts to shed additional light on the national diffusion process and interaction of welfare services for children and mothers. The central hypothesis examined is the following : In general, the implant of social welfare system is first considered on the characteristics of their own socio-economics , and diffusion prodess of welfare services tends to occur faster in countries with open sicieties than in countries where entry barriers are high and society ranking rigid. The scope of the study is limited in several ways. Attention is concentrated on the agency of woman in the belief that an in-depth case study of one field can yield more insight than a less detailed investigation embracing a number of social welfare systems. The angency of woman is selected for several reasons. a) It is important the agency of woman alone produce more effective than services affecting both the child welfare and women's libertion bradually. Moreover, these services will form the heart of mother's welfare. b) The services of women's agency is gradually wide spread, since a role of government is still negligible before a full realization of economic income. c) The services of women agency is a prime example of a social welfare. d) statistical data and other information are more readily available. One of major findings of our study is the existence of the barriers inhibiting child welfare form " motherhood cult". Despite all the distinct advantages for mother and child , social attitudes appear to be some resistant on child welfare system among men and women even the agenices of women. What is surprised is the extent of the awareness that strategies of women's agency to liberate woman and to increate activities of women involve the strategies to liberate child. The conviction that solving application problems for child welfare in line with the activities of agency by women offer greater freedom and more advantage to mother are not apparent on the data collected from 18 of multi-functional agencies in our country. there are little sign that such agencies cooperate toward attainment of common goals. The intensive early focus of the movement on consciousness raising is a necessary beginning and such efforts by women's organizations would help both in the continuous evolution of women and child. Some of the agencies offer a variety of services to women and children, others are specialized in that they offer fewer services or even only one. Social welfare agenices giving service to children and their families are identified by various names usually women service and child welfare from govern , mental agency and voluntary public agency to foreign aided. What is totally missing , however, is an integrated synthesis of child welfare program Through women's agency. Social changes to occur, but delineation of appropriate and comprehensive social policy is also necessary at this point at this point since efforts, social changes and polices must be well coordianted and focused, as well as mutually supprotive and reinforcing.
The development of IT technology help citizens demand information and public services through internet that they want, and the changes also help the government converge public opinions and become important measures for citizens to participate in deciding governmental policies. So, this thesis makes an overture of a possibility for utilizing PCRM, a way for citizens to participate in Police Administration, by utilizing IT technologies in which everybody can participate without difficulty. The utilization ways are, on a large scale, classified with a macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect. One of the macroscopic aspects is, first, the consideration of access to services and convenience in utilization. Second, services should have a both-sidedproperty. Ultimately, citizens'participation should have a positive mutual participation level. One of the microscopic aspects is, first, that the police organizations have to establish a strategy to analyze and fractionate customers. Second, the police organizations have to make an effort to develop policy services and P.R strategies. Third, police organizations have to make an effort to manage customers. Fourth, police organizations have to execute customer management in general. So, all of the police organizations have to maintain unity, to some extent, about citizen participation plazas. In addition, at the same time, consciousness aspects have to be accompanied for the reasonable utilization of PCRM. Citizens have to cultivate citizen consciousness, ownership consciousness for society, and positive participation consciousness to solve social problems.
This study was conducted to investigate physiological characteristics of Trichoderma spp. isolated from Pleurotus spp. Damage tests of Pleurotus spp. and mycotoxins tests of Trichoderma spp. were also done. The optimal growth temperature of Trichoderma spp. was $27{\sim}30^{\circ}C$. Although, T. longibrachiatum was able to grow at $37^{\circ}C$ and grew $30{\sim}40$ times faster than Pleurotus. The colony colour on PDA medium of T. cf. virens was yellowish green, T. longibrachiatum was yellow, and T. harzianum was turning to bright green. In damage tests of Pleurotus by Trichoderma, T. cf. virens caused the most severe damage to Pleurotus. T. longibrachiatum and T. harzianum caused less damage on Pleurotus but were able to cause greater damage to P. eryngii. One of the mushroom cultivars, P. ostreatus 8 was the most resistant to all Trichoderma spp.. Chitinolytic mycotoxin released by Trichoderma spp. caused 52.7% damage to Pleurotus. Mycotoxins released by T. longibrachiatum caused the greatest damaged(78.6%) on P. eryngii.
