This paper deals with an I/O simulator design for performance evaluation of reactor protection systems in nuclear power plants. The I/O simulator provides input signals for the reactor protection system, and acquires output signals from the initiation circuits. The simulator is based on VMEbus system, and all VMEbus boards are developed within the country.

The 9th Global Conference for Health Promotion has been held in Shanghai after 30 years of the first Global Conference for Health Promotion in Ottawa, Canada. In the conference, the delegated members of the countries declared 'Shanghai Declaration on promoting health in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.' In the declaration, the delegated members of country had agreed that health is one of the 'most effective markers' of any city's successful sustainable development and contributes to make cities inclusive, safe, and resilient for the whole population and 'health literacy' empowers individual citizens and enables their engagement in collective health promotion action. And in a parallel session 'Mayors Forum,' they had consensus for health city and they adopted 'Shanghai Consensus on Healthy Cities.' They recognized their political responsibility to create the conditions for every resident of every city to lead more healthy, safe, and fulfilling lives and to support the full realization of human potential and capabilities at all ages in the city environment.

This study is about a feasibility study for the practical using Urban Transit Maglev system based on systems engineering. First of all we defined what phase is matched with the project for feasibility study in the system life cycle and identified tasks that shall be done in the phase. Finally we suggested how to do in this project. The Urban Transit Maglev system is not wholly new system. It has similar architecture to a legacy urban railway system. But it is the system that is partially introduced new technology, because there are many projects have this characteristic within the country, we expect that this study may provide references.

최근 전 세계적으로 풍력발전 기술의 급속한 발달로 인하여 풍력발전의 경제성이 과거보다 점차 향상되고 있으며, 이에 국내에서의 풍력발전 가능성을 재확인하기 위한 사업의 일환으로 기상대에서 지난 10년간 관측한 풍속데이타를 Weibull 함수로 특성화하여 우리나라 전역의 풍황과 풍력자원 변화 및 분포 특성을 시간별, 월별, 계절별 및 년도별로 거시적으로 분석하였다.

The industry related to commercial space transport is growing rapidly as a futurity industry all over the world and America is leading them. If this trend continues, domestic individuals or private enterprises may plan for the commercial space transport business by adopting the advanced technology. Therefore it is necessary to make a law to control the business in our country for the industrial development and the growth related to commercial space transport. This paper provides outline for domestic commercial space transport law by the study and analysis of U.S. commercial space transport laws.

Outdoor lighting is an important factor of the urban scape. As a night image of the city, outdoor lighting acts important roles. Cities of developed countries have already had there own night images. Regarding this, government encourages outdoor lighting of building by various ways to building owners. However, in present, owners of private buildings have not been up and coming about outdoor lighting more than those of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper suggests a quantification method for economic effects of outdoor lighting and analyzes economic effects of outdoor lighting in advertising. A suggested measurement method of economic effects is difficult to measure all economic effects of outdoor lighting. Therefore, this measurement method limits the target to the private buildings.

This study examined outdoor sports wear purchase behaviors among middle-aged male consumers based on outdoor sports wear shopping orientation. Data research was conducted on 300 internet users in their 40s and 50s located all parts of the country. The SPSS 24.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $x^2-test$, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, outdoor sports wear shopping orientation was identified with fivefactors : the tendencies of wanting to show off a brand name, conservative purchasing, economical purchasing setting a high value on a salesperson, and impulse purchasing. Secondly, the middle-aged male consumers were classified in to three groups by the cluster analysis: a rational group, an indifferent shopping group, and pursuit brand shopping group. Thirdly, the evaluation criteria of products were significantly different depending on outdoor sports wear shopping orientation subdivision in all factors. Fourthly, in the case of fashion information sources regarding outdoor sportswear, significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in mass media/store source, personal source/ prior shopping experience. Fifthly, all types of stores were significantly different depending on shopping orientation subdivision except for large discount stores.

2015. 04. 20.부터 2톤 이상 AIS를 설치한 유선을 관제대상으로 지정 고시(연안 해상교통 관제운영에 관한 고시)되면서 전국적으로 유선 보유척수가 가장 많은 통영 연안VTS에서 유선 관제 시행 중 도출된 문제점들에 대한 개선책을 모색하고 보다 더 효율적이고 안전한 관제를 통해 유선해양사고 방지 및 신속한 상황대처로 안전한 바다 조성에 이바지하고자 한다.

우리나라의 많은 지역에서 다양한 축제들이 진행되고 있으나 구체적인 계획 없이 타 축제를 모방하여 독창성, 차별성, 정체성이 없는 무분별한 지역축제는 관광객의 관심을 끌지 못하기 때문에 축제 기획 시 축제의 특성에 맞는 기본프로그램을 선정하는 것은 향후 축제의 연속성과 성공을 위한 매우 중요한 부분이다. 성공과 실패의 경험을 바탕으로 정체성과 독창성을 갖춘 지역 축제는 지역 경제의 활성화 및 도시 브랜드 구축에도 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 축제 관련 다양한 전문가들의 의견을 잘 반영할 수 있는 델파이 기법을 이용하여 대구의 대표축제로 발전할 가능성이 있는 MEDI FESTA 의 기본프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 대테러 대응책에서 보안, 경호, 경비시스템을 정부주도형에서 민영화로 전환할 수 있는 구축방안을 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 대테러 현황과 선진국과의 비교를 통한 민간시큐리티의 발전방안 중 대테러 전문가 양성을 위한 자격제도 및 제반적인 발전 방안에 대해서 연구하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가적 대응전략에서는 선진국과 같은 통합적인 대테러 센터를 설립해야 한다. 둘째, 미국의 대통령 직속기구로 통합된 국토안보부와 같은 (가칭 : 대테러 안전부) 기구를 만들어야 한다. 셋째, 대테러법에 대한 제정이다. 넷째, 국민과 상호신뢰 회복할 수 있는 대테러 업무 민영화에 따른 협력 체제를 만들어야 한다. 다섯째, 테러 경보 체제가 필요하다. 그에 따른 민간시큐리티의 상호연계성과 발전방안으로서는 첫째, 대테러 전문가를 양성해야 한다. 둘째, 대테러 전문가 자격증 제도를 도입시켜야 한다. 셋째, 민영화 된 대테러 연구소가 필요하다. 넷째, 대테러 방지법제정을 위한 민영화의 역할의 중요성이다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 우리나라의 대테러 전문가 양성을 위한 민간시큐리티의 역할증대 방안에서 본 연구자는 무엇보다도 국가주도형에서 민간시큐리티 관련 분야와 상호 협력하는 체제 또한 학계와 관련하여 상호 보완하는 산 학 관의 협력 체제를 구축해 나가는 것이 절실히 필요하고 위에서 제시한 바와 같이 총론적 접근보다는 대테러의 체계적 연구가 시급히 요구되는 것이 현실이다. 다양한 대테러 전문가를 양성하고 시큐리티 관련 종사자들의 의식전환과 대테러 교육 기자재 및 교육내용을 구축해서 특정단체 권한이 아니고 인권침해 최소화 할 수 있는 다각적 검토 연구가 후속연구를 계속해서 연구되어져야 할 것이라 사료된다.
