The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' learning agility on career preparation behavior, academic challenge, and the mediating effect of academic challenge. The questionnaire was distributed to 420 university students and well responded 398 were used for data analysis using SPSS 22.O and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, learning agility has a positive effect on academic challenge. Second, academic challenge has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, academic challenge has a mediating effect between learning agility and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their learning agility and academic challenge, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

There are keen competitions among the air operators to recruit competent pilots, which could be adversely affect the safe operation of aircraft. This study is aimed to identify the correlation between the flight experience of the pilot of the air transport operator and competency on visual approach operation. About 2,400 sets of flight training data of several pilots of an air transport operator was analysed for this study. The analysis showed that most captains were able to make stabilized visual approach regardless of his/her flight experience of any type of aircraft, while the first officers were able to make a stabilized visual approach with more than 1,500 hours of flight experience for each rated type of aircraft. This should be considered during making policies for the supply and demand of pilots for the safe operation of air transport.

In the face of the unprecedented crisis of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the aviation and tourism industry fell without help. The bigger problem is that a crisis like COVID-19 can always come back. A new variant of the virus that is more powerful than COVID-19 may emerge, and another crisis such as a massive war may come. In addition, there may be an unexpected large-scale crisis that could shake the survival of the aviation and tourism industry in place. At that time, the aviation and tourism industry should not be pushed into a survival crisis defenselessly. Taking the experience of the crisis caused by COVID-19 as a crucial lesson, sufficient protection measures should be prepared in advance, and within the protection measures, the overall capabilities of the aviation and tourism industry should be preserved, and preparation should be made for the aftermath of the crisis. There is a need to establish a support system in which financial resources that can be used in crisis situation can be secured in advance, and various support measures can be implemented as effectively as possible by using the secured financial resources. Regarding the preparation for financial resources, various fundraising, insurance, and compensation for losses by the state or local government may be considered as a priority, and in addition, there is a need to continuously consider ways to prepare additional financial resources. On the other hand, in terms of system construction, establishment of the system inside the aviation and tourism industry may need to be considered first, but the improvement of related laws and systems needs to be more actively discussed and related legislation needs to be actively promoted.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of openness to diversity. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 182 university students and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, major satisfaction has a positive effect on openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. Second, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, openness to diversity has a partiall mediating effect between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their major satisfaction and openness to diversity, the more students enhance their career preparation behavior.

In this paper, we propose to identify the factors and satisfaction of the selection of University and departments of One university freshmen. Research subjects were 499 freshmen in 2021 at K University located in G city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test and pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN 18.0. The results of this study showed that the internet/SNS was the highest in university information media, the school teacher was the highest in information provider, and the employment rate had the most impact on university registration decision. The University satisfaction score was 3.43, and there was a significant difference in gender(t=5.527, p=.019) and admission type(F=5.527, p<.001). The department satisfaction was 3.86 and there was a significant difference in the admissions type(F=3.004, p=.018). Univdrsity satisfaction and Department satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation(r=5.527, p<.001). Universities should improve their competitiveness through systematic admission information system.

In commemoration of Vol. 30, Issue 3, our journal prepared five review articles and one original paper. The global outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has impacted our society, and especially the aviation and travel industries have been severely damaged. Kwon presented the aviation medical examination regulations related to COVID-19 announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of the Republic of Korea. Lim summarized various efforts of airlines to overcome the crisis in the aviation industry. He also discussed the management of these aircraft as the number of airplanes landing for long periods increased. Finally, he suggested various quarantine guidelines at airports and onboard aircraft. COVID-19 has had a profound impact on mental health as well as physical effects. Kim investigated the impact of COVID-19 on mental health and suggested ways to manage the stress caused by it. The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a technology in which devices communicate with each other through wired or wireless communication. Hyun explained the current state of the technology of the IoT and how it could be used, especially in the aviation field. In the area of airline service, various situations arise between passengers and crew. Therefore, role-playing is useful in performing education to prepare and respond to passengers' different needs appropriately. Ra introduced the conceptual background and general concepts of role-playing and presented the actual role-play's preparation process, implementation, evaluation, and feedback process. For a fighter to fly for a long time and perform a rapid air attack, air refueling is essential, which serves refueling from the air rather than from the aircraft base. Koo developed a questionnaire based on the HFACS (Human Factors Analysis and Classification System) model and used it to conduct a fighter pilot survey and analyze the results.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between growth mindset and occupational engagement. A total of 203 data were collected through an online survey targeting university students. For data analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis were used via SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 software. As a result of the study, growth mindset had a direct effect on occupational engagement (𝛽=.254, p<.01) and the mediating effect of growth mindset on occupational engagement through career adaptability was also statistically significant. (𝛽=.137, p<.01). This study suggests that it is important to promote occupational engagement for students' correct career guidance, and to this end a practical strategy for cultivating a growth mindset and career adaptability is needed.

In support of the National ATM Reformation and Enhancement Plan (NARAE), a trajectory-based aviation weather service is under development through the NARAE-Weather project. Specifically, weather data presented in a standardized digital format facilitates the seamless integration of digital weather data with air traffic information. Thus, this paper introduces an approach that entails structuring numerical model data to integrate aviation weather information and flight trajectory data. The extraction results using structurally transformed data showed superior performance compared to the results extracted from the original data in terms of performance, and this research is poised to enhance the safety and efficiency of airline operations.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of Learning Flow in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability. Based on 203 response data collected from university students, hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs. According to the result of this study, Growth Mindset had a direct positive (+) effect on Learning Flow (𝛽=.403, p<.001), and Learning Flow also had a positive (+) effect on Career Adaptability (𝛽=.393, p<.001). Also, in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability, Learning Flow showed a mediating effect. This means that in order for Growth Mindset to affect Career Adaptability, Learning Flow must be considered as essential. To this end, it suggests that it is important to build a Learning Flow along with cultivating a Growth Mindset.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate, through experimental methods, the efficiency of passenger movement and evacuation in the event of an emergency situation on an aircraft. Method: The experiment was conducted a total of 4 times, including 3 scenarios. The three situations were evacuation without luggage, evacuation with carry-on baggage, and evacuation with carry-on baggage and carrier. In the experiment, time was measured based on recorded video. Result: The total evacuation time was found to be approximately 1.5 times higher for the evacuation with luggage, and approximately 3.5 times higher for the evacuation with luggage and 3 carriers compared to the evacuation result in a situation where nothing was carried. As a result of applying the evacuation simulation, it was found that there was a difference from the experimental results. In particular, consideration of complex situations such as carrying out and moving carriers is considered to be a situation that requires more technical research. Conclusion: Quantitive data was obtained to determine how carry-on luggage and carrier affect evacuation.
