This paper is intended to identify the main problems for attracting inbound tourists in Korea in conjunction with aviation sector. This paper mainly deals with policy issues of tourism-aviation sector. The major impediments in the aviation sector for attracting inbound tourists can be lack of flight seat supply at peak season, flight time schedule, and cooperation of Airlines. Policy suggestions for international tourism promotion in Korea can be summarized as: re-adjustment of flight time schedule between Japan-Korea routes, market promotion for attracting Chinese visitors, development of Korea-China-Japan triangular tourism product, efficient provision of airport facility, and in particular collaboration between government sectors of countries and private sectors of Airlines and travel agencies.

Telematics services include automatic location tracking for emergency rescue, which is available for use in case of a car accident due to falling off roadways. This paper presents a simulation study on how far a car will fall before it hits the ground if it drops off of a roadway due to an accident or a natural disaster. The greatest horizontal distance the falling car can travel is presented in this paper, based on the assumption that air resistance as well as the direction and degree of acceleration due to gravity is negligible. This paper also presents the depth of the dent caused by the car sinking into the ground, the time it took for the car to fall free, and the velocity at which it travelled and horizontal distance it traveled. In this paper, the damage done to cars that crash into the ground and the dangers thereof are graphically represented.

This study deals with high power Nd:YAG laser welding of thin steels for small pressure vessels. Full penetration welding at the overlap joint was performed so as to assure sufficient weld strength. Results showed that mid-depth weld size reduced drastically with increasing the travel speed. Position of focus had little effect on the bead formation even though short focal system was used. However, the shape factor and the bead width had closely related with the position of focus. Based on the microstructural inspection, acceptable weld was obtained when the overlap clearance was controlled up to 20% of the base metal thickness. In the case that the joint contained more clearance than the critical value, both the tensile shear strength and the tear strength were reduced. Results also demonstrated that shielding gases were proved to play a key role as far as the bead formation characteristics was taken into consideration. Blowing dry air through 5mm in diameter nozzle produced narrower bead cross-section than that of argon or nitrogen shielding.

We suggest and evaluate a dynamic scheduling rule of machines and material handling systems for on-line operation in job shop type Flexible Manufacturing System. Alternating status should be able to take operation scheduling procedures and without delay in dynamic industrial environments effectively. The interaction(SPT-NS, SPT-QSNS, SPT-NUJ, EDD-NS, EDD-QSNS, EDD-NUJ, CR-NS, CR-QSNS, CR-NUJ) between machine operation scheduling and AGV dispatching rule were also studied in this research. The performance evaluation which was obtained from DSS compares the performance of Flow time, and Empty to loaded travel ratio. It is Compared with the best rules & two system.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the healthy lifestyle of women during pregnant. Method: This study reviewed the preceding researches related to pregnant women's healthy lifestyle through websites, articles, and books. Result: To promote healthy and pleased pregnancies, pregnant women were encouraged to get early and regular prenatal care. It included information, education, and counseling about how to handle special arrangements for pregnancy: weight gain, drug, smoking, alcohol, exercise, air travel, dental care, maternity clothes, vaccination, sex during pregnancy, workplace, hair treatment, hot tubs & saunas. Conclusion: Prenatal visits gave expected woman and partner chances to increase self-care and performance of a healthy lifestyle and then reduced the risk of having pregnancy-related complications.

Most of essential oils acts as an antofungal, antiviral, antiparasitic, antimicrobial agent and antioxidants. 4. They contain anions, ozone, and oxygenating molecules. 5. It is belueved that they take chemicals and metallices out of the air by breaking the molecular chain. 6. In France, it was reported that various essential oils prevent a side effect of radiation. 7. The essential oils travel via the olfactory nerve stimulating a emotional and phychological response that is believed to be responsible for releasing genetic blue priting from the cells thus releasing emotional trauma.

In this paper, we compared domestic with foreign pilot lamps installed on the instrument board or electronic modules (car audio, air-conditional system, etc.) of an automotive vehicle by an accelerated life test in order to estimate the life of domestic pilot lamps. An accelerated life test method was developed and the relation of the life and voltage stress was analyzed. The main results are as follows; i) $B_{10}$ life of pilot lamp is above 5,000 hours, vehicle travel time for 10 years. ii) the life of domestic pilot lamp is longer than that of foreign thing. iii) the life distribution of domestic pilot lamp is wider than that of foreign thing. iv) it is possible to promote import replacement of automobile pilot lamp.

Air pluviation method is widely adopted for preparation of large, uniform and repeatable sand beds of desired densities for laboratory studies to simulate in-situ conditions and obtain test results which are highly reliable. This paper presents details of a portable traveling pluviator recently developed for model sand bed preparation. The pluviator essentially consisted of a hopper, orifice plates for varying deposition intensity, combination of flexible and rigid tubes for smooth travel of material, and a set of diffuser sieves to obtain uniformity of pluviated sand bed. It was observed that sand beds of lower relative density can be achieved by controlling height of fall, whereas, denser sand beds could be obtained by controlling deposition intensity. Uniformity of pluviated sand beds was evaluated using cone penetration test and at lower relative densities minor variation in density was observed with depth. With increase in relative density of sand bed higher repeatability of uniform pluviation was achieved.

This paper discusses current challenges, as a result of the rapid increase in air travel, and future navigation needs of Civil Aviation. The objectives pursued by ANASTASIA, a sixth framework European Commission project, are presented. The methods used in the derivation of the navigation performance requirements are introduced and discussed in the context of precision approaches. High-level impacts on the avionics receiver of integrating additional multi-frequency ranging signals from a modernized GPS and Galileo into the current navigation architecture are investigated. Expected performance achievements are presented.

The social and economical value assessment of railway facilities implies unaccountable values such as: reduction of travel time, reduction of car accident, reduction of air pollution. However, the value of railway facilities has been evaluated as the transportation and management results. The investment and management results of railway need to be considered objectively. Therefore, this study established the economical value assessment method of railway facilities composed of 10 items of economical value through the existing a preliminary assessment investigation, a manual of railway investment assessment, paper study. In addition, this study proposed the strategy for the value assessment of railway facilities before and after.
