  • We proposed the concatenation of logistics' Information to constructing the intelligent logistics city that is to manage efficiently cargo distribution as providing at real-time information of cargo location trace and management through the Telematics/RFID. Case of the Incheon of the "Air Logistics Hub", this area is on an increasing trend on the quantity of cargo transport of the Air & Sea cargo system until 2006. As intelligent project of the Air's and the Sea's field is independently developed at each area, it is a problem on the concatenation of logistics' information such as freight location trace and management, operation management and route information of cargo vehicles. Therefore, we propose the advanced transport service model for the concatenating smoothly of Air & Sea cargo system. In this paper, we only manage the model of Air & Sea cargo system of the advance logistics city.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of air traffic controller's leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes on the team effectiveness. The effectiveness make use of team efficacy and team commitment. Leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes make use of the contents of a CRM manual. The study showed following results. 1) Leadership characteristics has a positive influence on the team effectiveness. 2) Hazardous attitudes has a partially bad influence on the team effectiveness. This study was conducted under the auspice of civil and military ATC facilies and by participation of devoting ATC controller's.

Analysis and Prospect of Export Trend of Air Cargo Market before and after COVID-19

  • Recently, the aviation industry faced a major crisis due to the impact of COVID-19. However, despite the sluggish passenger transportation, the cargo transportation sector is relatively maintained or increasing depending on the item. In this study, we will look at the trends before and after COVID-19, focusing on the cargo export field, which is a concern of the aviation industry. First, it analyzes the entire air cargo and then analyzes the trends of each item and country in detail. In particular, it examines the process of changes in air transport costs, which increased significantly immediately after COVID-19, and conducts future trends and prospects in the cargo export field. As a result of the study, some characteristics of air cargo exports before and after COVID-19 were found in an analysis by item and country, and transportation costs varied according to route distance.

  • 항공운송산업은 그 성격상 국가간 인적 교류의 수단으로서의 중요성이 가장 높다. 항공에 의한 국가간 교류가 이루어지면 이에 따르는 파급효과 및 그 지속성이 타 산업에 비해 월등하기 때문에 항공운송산업에 대한 연구는 국제협력 또는 통합과 관련한 국가 정책은 물론 관련 산업분야의 측면에서 매우 중요하고 가치가 있다. 특히 최근 북한과의 경제교류가 활발해 짐에 따라 북한과의 연결교통망으로서 항공운송의 역할이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 남북 정상회담이후 급격하게 증가되고 있는 남북간 항공기 운항이 정상적이 아닌 임시 직항로를 설정하여 운영하고 있고, 그 운항회수도 매년 증가하고 있는 점을 고려할때, 남북한 임시 직항로의 운영상 과제를 국제적으로 정한 기준으로 해결하지 아니한 상태에서 지속적으로 운영하는 것은 바람직하지 않다고 본다. 따라서, 본 연구는 남북한 민간항공의 협력이라는 큰 틀위에서 국가적 과업과 효과적인 항공정책의 수립을 위한 기초자료의 제공을 위해 군이통제하는 북한의 민항공에 대한 현황을 분석해 보고, 현재 남북 양국간에 진행중인 "남 북한간 민간항공기에 의한 협력 방안"으로서 "정부의 협력방안과 항공사간 협력방안"을 제시하였고 남북한간에 설정운영중인 "임시 직항로의 운영상 과제"에 대한 개선 대안으로서 임시직항로의 안전확보를 위해서 양국간에 항공관제협정을 체결하여 운영할 것을 제시하였고, 낙후된 기술 요원과 시설에 대한 지원도 하여줄 것을 제시하였다.

물류서비스 산업의 국민경제적 파급효과 분석 (A Study on the Ripple Effect of Physical Distribution Service Industry on National Economy)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 산업연관표를 이용하여 물류서비스산업의 국민경제적 파급효과를 분석함으로써 물류서비스부문의 정책개선의 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 분석을 위하여 한국은행에서 작성 발표된 산업연관표를 사용하였는데, 1998년, 2000년, 2003년의 산업연관표를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 생산유발계수는 철도운송 1757단위, 도로운송 1688단위, 하역 1617단위로 높게 나타나고, 수입유발계수를 보면, 운수보조서비스, 하역, 보관 및 창고, 기타 운수관련서비스 등은 낮게 나타나는 반면 수상운송 0.679단위, 항공운송 0.558단위로 수입유발계수가 높게 나타나고 있다. 다음으로 부가가치유발계수는, 철도운송 0.841단위, 도로운송 0.828단위, 운수보조서비스 0.962단위, 하역 0.939단위, 보관 및 창고 0.938단위, 기타 운수관련서비스 0.942단위로 부가가치유발계수가 높게 나타나고 있다. 감응도계수는 도로운송이 높고, 수상운송과 보관 및 창고업의 감응도계수가 낮다. 그리고 영향력계수는 철도운송, 도로운송이 높고, 반면에 수상운송과 항공운송의 영향력계수가 낮게 나타났다. 물류서비스산업의 취업구조를 살펴보면, 도로운송부문이 74만 4천명으로 가장 많이 종사하고 있으며, 항공운송 1만 9천명, 운수보조서비스업이 2만명으로 물류서비스업에서 종사자가 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다.

흡기매니폴드내 벽면으로의 연료수송 (Mechanism of a Spray Transport on Intake Manifold Walls)

  • Study on the mechanism of droplet transport and the droplet eddy diffusivity in the intake manifold of internal conbustion engine with carburetor has been carried out in this paper The theory and experiments were studied and performed respectively, to elucidate the mechanism and to measure typical rates of deposition, on the walls of a straight type intake manifold, of water droplets suspended in a turbulent air streams. Accordingly, the results are that Mechanism of a spray transport to the walls is caused by the fluctuation component of radial velocity. Deposition rate of a spray on the walls is mainly dependent upon air velocity and mean diameter of spray, and Droplet eddy diffusivity in the intake manifold is around $80\sim105cm^2/sec$.

  • A quantitative study of the amount of air transported between the boundary layer and the free atmosphere is important for understanding air quality and upper tropospheric ozone, which is a greenhouse gas. Frontal systems are known to be an effective mechanism for the vertical transport of pollutants. Numerical experiments have been performed with a simple two-dimensional front model to simulate vertical transport of trace gases within developing cold fronts. Three different trace gases experiments have been done numerically according to the different initial fields of trace gases such as aerosol, ozone and $H_2O_2$. Trace gas field tilts to the east while the front tilts to the west. Aerosol simulation shows that pollutants can be transported out of the boundary to altitudes of about 10 km. The stratospheric ozone is brought downwards in a tropopause fold behind of the frontal surface. The meridional gradient in trace gas ($H_2O_2$) can cause a complicate structure in the trace field by the meridional advection.

  • To investigate the characteristics of fine particles and the relationships between pollutant concentrations and long-range transport patterns in Asia area, continuous every 6-day sampling (case 1) and an intensive field sampling (case 2) had been carried out between March 1998 and July 1999 at Taean, Korea. Anionic ($Cl^{-}$, ${NO_{3}}^{-}$, ${SO_{4}}^{2-}$) and Cationic ($Na^+$, ${NH_{4}}^{ +}, $K^+$, $Mg^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$) concentrations of $PM_{2.5}$ particle were analyzed. The major objective of this study is to investigate the relationships between the chemical compounds of $PM_{2.5}$ and the long-range transport patterns during intensive sampling period.

PFC 히트파이프의 열전달 한계에 관한 연구 (A study on heat transport limitation for a perfluorocarbon heat pipe)

  • A PFC(Perfluorocarbon) heat pipe has been used recently for cooling of GTO(gate turn off) thyristors or diodes in electric commuter trains. The present study was conducted to determine heat transport limitation of a PFC heat pipe which is one of the important parameters in heat pipes design. The variables such as tube diameter, fill charge ratio, internal surface structure and operating temperature were examined by way of experiment. Experimental data showed that the heat transport limitation of PFC heat pipe was considerably low and mostly dependent on tube diameter, with the value of 440~500W for d$o$/=22.23mm and 150~200W for d$o$=15.88mm. The other parameters had negligible effects, except for the case of small charge ratio less than 30%. Some correlations proposed by previous studies were in agreement with data from this study within 10~30%.

축방향 Sinusoidal 그루브를 갖는 히트파이프의 열성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Performance of Sinusoidal Axially Grooved Heat Pipe)

  • Experimental study is carried out to investigate the heat transport capability and thermal resistance of sinusoidal axially grooved heat pipe, comparing its performance to trapezoidal axially grooved heat pipe. As a result from this work, the heat transport capability of sinusoidal grooved heat pipe is lower than that of trapezoidal grooved heat pipe for the same size of outer diameter. As the ratio of depth to width of sinusoidal groove heat pipe is higher, the heat transport capability of heat pipe becomes higher. It is found that Aluminum-ammonia heat pipes with sinusoidal and trapezoidal grooves have good thermal resistance, below 0.1$^{\circ}C$/W at evaporator section and below 0.05$^{\circ}C$/W at condenser section.
