소형 항공기 개발 동정압계통 오차 확인 비행시험 사례 (Study on Flight Test Practice of the Small Civil Airplane Development for Pitot-Static System's Error Identification)

  • The air data measured from the static pressure, the dynamic pressure and etc. of an airplane is used for calculation of many flight parameters(altitude and airspeed and so on) and these values applied to flight safety and navigation flight. The pitot-static system of the development airplane is calibrated by finding of pitot-static system's error using tower fly-by, trailing cone method and etc. This paper is describing for the introduction of the trailing cone method and major items for test planning, preparation, operation and results for air data calibration flight test performed, considering efficiency and safety during KC-100 development project.

  • A numerical computation is carried out to analyse characteristics of flow fields around Air Supported Ships having arbitrary form. The computations are performed in a rectangular grid system with MAC(Marker And Cell) method. The governing equations are represented in a Finite Difference form by forward differencing in time and centered differencing in space except for convection terms. For validation of this numerical analysis method, the computation of flow fields around Catamaran and ACV(Air Cushion Vehicle) with pressure distribution on free surface are done, and that around Surface Effect Ship is also carried out. The results of the computations are compared with the those of existed numerical computation and experimental results with the same condition.

Numerical Analysis on Pressure Characteristics of the Pipe system of Train

  • With modem computational fluid dynamics method (CFD), air-charging models of the air brake pipe system and auxiliary reservoir are built. Compared with one-dimension model, no empirical formula is introduced to solve branch pipe fields for two-dimension model. A modified operator-splitting method is presented to solve the coupled equations of pressure and velocity, and numerical simulation shows that it is very stable. Compare the numerical results with empirical data of heavy haul trains in home and abroad so as to prove the correctness of the theory and algorithm presented. This paper gives theoretic reference to the experiments of braking effects of heavy haul trains, and forms a basis for development of complete freight train air brake system simulation.

급기가압 제연설비의 내부 유동특성에 대한 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis on Flow Characteristics in the Pressurized Air Supply Smoke Control System)

  • 본 연구에서는 급기가압에 따른 건축물 내부의 공기유동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하고 거실, 부속실 및 계단실 간의 차압분포 및 유동 특성을 분석하였다. 유동 해석은 유효누설면적을 측정하기 위해 제작된 누기율 시험설비에 대하여 수행하였으며, 급기가압에 따른 각 실의 압력 및 유속분포 등을 분석하였다. 본 해석에서 공기의 누설은 유효누설면적을 갖는 얇은 틈새를 방화문과 창문에 위치시키는 방법으로 모사하였다. 이러한 방법을 이용한 해석은 계단실과 부속실 간의 차압에 대한 기존 실험의 결과를 적절히 예측하였다. 해석 결과를 통해 국부적인 누설이 급기가압 제연 설비의 전체적인 유동 패턴 및 압력 분포에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 거실-부속실 문 단면에서의 평균속도가 방연풍속에 대한 국가화재안전기준을 만족하였으나 문의 상부와 같은 국부적인 위치에서 부속실로의 유출이 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 초고속 비행체의 특정 위치에 정압력을 측정하여 속도, 받음각 등 유동 데이터를 효과적으로 획득할 수 있는 유동 데이터 획득 및 처리 알고리즘에 대해 제시하였다. 기존의 공기 유동데이터 획득시스템과는 다르게 센서 여유(redundancy) 및 오류 검출 기능을 지니고 있으며 전산유동해석(CFD)을 통해 미리 획득한 데이터를 적용한 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 상용 프로그램인 매트랩 및 시뮬링크를 사용하여 알고리즘에 대해 검증하였다.

  • GPS 위성으로부터의 신호는 위성과 지상의 수신기 사이의 경로에 걸쳐서 누적된 양의 수증기나 가강수량으로 복원하기 위해 이용되고 있다. GPS 위성 신호의 대류권 지연으로부터 가강수량으로 복원하기 위해서는 대류권의 총 지연량으로부터 실제 습윤 지연량을 계산하기 위하여 표면 기압 관측을 통해 결정된 실제 건조 지연량의 계산이 필요하다. 그러나 기압 정보를 얻기 위한 기압계가 모든 GPS 상시관측소와 동일한 지점에 위치하고 있지 않기 때문에 지상 기상 관측소로부터 획득한 해면 경정된 기압 정보를 이용하곤 한다. 이러한 기압의 직접 이용은 GPS를 이용한 수증기 복원 능력을 저하시키는 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에 적합한 기압의 역해면 경정 보정 방안을 제시하고 이를 이용한 GPS 수증기의 정확도를 레디오존데 PWV와 평가하고 GPS로 추정한 수증기의 복원 능력의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The design of an ejector type microbubble generator for aeration tanks

  • The ejector type microbubble generator, which is the method to supply air to water by using cavitation in the nozzle, does not require any air supplier so it is an effective and economical. Also, the distribution of the size of bubbles is diverse. Especially, the size of bubbles is smaller than the bubbles from a conventional air diffuser and bigger than the bubbles from a pressurized dissolution type microbubble generator so it could be applied to the aeration tank for wastewater treatment. However, the performance of the ejector type microbubble generator was affected by hydraulic pressure and MLSS(Mixed Liquor Suspended Solid) concentration so many factors should be considered to apply the generator to aeration tank. Therefore, this study was performed to verify effects of hydraulic pressure and MLSS concentration on oxygen transfer of the ejector type microbubble generator. In the tests, the quantity of sucked air in the nozzle, dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration, oxygen uptake rate(OUR), oxygen transfer coefficient were measured and calculated by using experimental results. In case of the MLSS, the experiments were performed in the condition of MLSS concentration of 0, 2,000, 4,000, 8,000 mg/L. The hydraulic pressure was considered up to $2.0mH_2O$. In the results of experiments, oxygen transfer coefficient was decreased with the increase of MLSS concentration and hydraulic pressure due to the increased viscosity and density of wastewater and decreased air flow rate. Also, by using statistical analysis, when the ejector type microbubble generator was used to supply air to wasterwater, the model equation of DO concentration was suggested to predict DO concentration in wastewater.

  • Since the braking system of rolling stock is directly linked to it's safety, ensuring reliability of braking system and evaluation of performance of it are very important. To develope the performance of braking system, it is required advanced technology and gradually various factors in the field test result. This study is designed to analyze the air pressure control about braking force in rolling stock, also, by comparing braking force of high speed railway with that of high speed train. This paper suggests to establish a method of computation of braking force form the air pressure control. And The high speed train researches into patterns of braking system such as the train of speed up and introduction of electric and pneumatic braking system.

  • An experimental study was performed to investigate the optimal ejector and operating condition of vessel incinerator. Exhaust gas temperature and secondary air which makes vacuum pressure at ejector throat regions were considered as an important factor. According to the measurement of pressure temperature and nitrogen oxides between non combustion and combustion we found the stream and exhaust gas characteristics of incinerator. This results can give us the exhaust gas temperature control system air pollutant reduction method and the optimum ejector design.

Effects of Air Compressibility on the Hydrodynamic Forces of a Bag

  • The hydrodynamic problem when the pressurized bag submerges partially into water and oscillates was formulated by Lee(1992), and the solution method was given, In his formulation, however, the compressilbility of air was neglected and the pressure inside the bag was assumed to be constant. In this paper, the formulation was done including the air compressibility and the wall to block fling around phenomenon. The compression process was assumed to be a isothermal process for a static problem, isentropic process for a dynamic problem. And the stability was analyzed for the static problem. Through the various numerical calculations, the forces and the shape of the bag were compared with those of a rigid body case, constant pressure case, and variable pressure case.
