독립 3상 구조의 이중공극 영구자석형 동기 전동기의 Y 및 △결선에 따른 운전 특성 해석 (Characteristics Analysis According to Y and △Connection of Double-sided Air Gap Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Independent Three-phase Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 독립 3상 구조 이중공극 영구자석형 동기 전동기 구동 시스템의 Y 및 ${\Delta}$결선에 따른 운전특성을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에 사용된 전동기의 경우, 일반적인 3상 교류 전동기의 형태와는 달리 양측 회전자와 고정가 대칭인 이중공극형 구조를 가진다. 또한 고정자측은 링 형태의 독립 단상 권선 기반의 모듈 형태로 구성되어있기 때문에 Y결선 또는 ${\Delta}$결선이 가능한 구조를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 결선방식에 대한 속도제어 특성을 분석하기 위해서 Y 및 ${\Delta}$결선의 수학적인 모델링을 수립하였고 실험을 통하여 각 결선에 따른 운전특성을 비교 분석하였다.

  • This paper deals with a simulation and a position control for linear synchronous motor with Halbach array (HA) permanent magnet mover. We derived decouple the forces (thrust, normal force) by magnetic field modeling of the electromagnetic field analysis. The results of control simulation for HA-PM having air-core primary are calculated using M Simulink.

  • This paper presents the design for improving performance of the high-precision Magnetic levitation system. Motor performance on various design schemes such as thickness and magnetizing patterns of the permanent magnets, pole pitch, length of air gap, turn number of windings, and thickness of the aluminum-core has been investigated in detail by using FEM(Finite Element Method) Simulation-based DOE(Design of Experiments) method is also applied in order to reduce the large number of analysis according to each design variable and consider the effect among variables. The design in all aspects is proposed by an optimization algorithm using regression equation derived from the simulation-based DOE.

  • This paper describes the flux density in air gap, harmonic torques occurring by inadequate slot combination of induction motor using the fourier series. The analysis uses DFT(Discrete Fourier transform) to analyze harmonic orders of flux density. It is certified that the harmonic flux density has the same result using Fourier series and FEM.

  • Because the magnetic bearing supports levitating body without contact, wear, noise and vibration, it is very useful to high revolution machinery. In this paper we selected ATmega 128, a less expensive and widely used micro controller, for control the magnetic bearing system. And we selected the sampling time and the control gain of PID controller through trial-and-error. The control program of the one board controller utilized lookup table to reduce calculation time, and bit shifting for the integer calculation in instead of floating point calculation. As the results, the controller carried out relatively high speed PID control on sampling time 0.25 ms. At last the rotation test for the magnetic bearing system was carried out by 3 phase induction motor and air turbine.

  • Photovoltaic systems are progressively attached importance and their installed capacity increases day by day because of their reliability, decremented installation and operating cost and simple construction structure. Generated power obtained from a photovoltaic system changes depending upon regional distinctness, and It can be estimated approximately by taking into consideration mean global radiation amount, temperature and humidity. However, there may be different regional negative or positive factors like dust, air pollution, desert powder which affect generated power. The best reliable data for a region can be obtained from the existing photovoltaic system in the region. For this purpose, a monitoring system for 1000W monocrystalline photovoltaic system constructed at Kocaeli University Uzunciftlik Nuh Cimento Vocational High Scholl is prepared. The installed monitoring system shows and records real values generated from the photovoltaic system and environmental data. In the study, Instantaneous data obtained from the monitoring system for October 2018 and 7th October 2018 is given within figures. Additionally, daily and monthly total energy productions of the photovoltaic system are given for October 2018 and date interval between July 2018 and March 2018, respectively.

피스톤 형상이 연소와 화염전파에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Piston Configuration on Combustion and Flame Propagation)

  • Two type pistons which had different configuration were made to find out the effects on combustion and flame propagation. Flame propagation speed was obtained by use of the cylinder head gasket ionization probe. Ionization Probe voltage output and flame propagation speed were increased according to the air fuel mixture ratio increase. Exhaust direction flame propagation speed was fastest in combustion chamber and next was front direction, rear direction and intake direction cause of tumbling motion in cylinder. In case of remove the valve pocket in piston, average flame propagation speed changed slowly and spark timing was advanced. Also emission was decreased.

  • A capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer is used to produce a high current pulse of short duration in a magnetizing fixture for magnets of the various shapes. The problem of designing custom fixtures for magnetization has often been considered more of conventional experience than a scientific theory. Therefore, the design of magnetizingfixture has until recently been a "cut and try" process. It was common to literally blow up one or more fixtures beforeachieving the desired results. Finite element CAD package allow the design of such a fixture. Since magnetizing fixtures come in a variety of sizes and shapes, there is usually no simple analysis method that can be used to estimate the field characteristics of the fixtures. Instead, one typically uses finite element analysis. FEA program MAXWELL is the primary tool used here. The purpose of this study was a examine both theoretically and experimentally the field characteristics inside the fixture. Independent of sizes and shapes of magnetizing fixtures, the desired magnetic field can be obtained with resonable predictability. The experimental results have been achieved using a 1000[V], 22.4[KJ] capacitor discharge magnetizer and iron-core fixtures.

  • 본 논문에서는 홀 센서를 사용하지 않고 단상 영구자석 동기 전동기의 초기 회전자 자극을 검출하여 안정적인 오픈루프 기동 및 센서리스 운전 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 회전자 초기 자극 검출 방법은 비대칭 공극을 갖는 단상 영구자석 동기 전동기에 고주파 전압을 인가한 후 회전자 초기 극성에 따른 자기회로의 비 포화 및 포화여부를 저역통과필터를 이용하여 빠르게 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 초기 자극 검출 방법은 다수의 실험 결과를 통해 안정적 기동 및 센서리스 운전이 가능함을 입증하였다.
