블리딩저감용 AE감수제를 사용한 콘크리트의 블리딩 저감 특성 (Properties of Bleeding Reduction of Concrete Using AE Water Reducing Agent for Reduction of Bleeding)

  • This study is intended to investigate the fundamental properties of concrete which AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding is used, and the properties of bleeding reduction. According to the results, when the adding ratio of AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding increases, a range of normal fluidity and aimed air content are satisfied, setting time is faster than that of normal AE water reducing agent. And bleeding amount decreases, bleeding speed is highest between 60 and 90 min, and sinking depth increases drastically in 60 min. When. AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding is added, compressive strength shows a slight variation by air content, but there is not a large influence by addition of AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding. Synthetically, it proves that AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding satisfies aimed air content in the range of normal slump and can reduce only bleeding without quality variation of compressive strength.

SNG/공기 화염의 층류 연소속도 측정 - 분젠과 구형 화염법 비교 - (Laminar Burning Velocity Measurement of SNG/Air Flames - A Comparison of Bunsen and Spherical Flame Method -)

  • This article describes a comparison on laminar burning velocity measured by Bunsen and spherical flame methods of synthetic natural gas (SNG) with various composition of hydrogen. In this study, the laminar burning velocity measurements were employed by Bunsen burner and cylindrical constant combustor at which flame images were captured by Schlieren system. These results were also compared with numerical based on CHEMKIN package with GRI 3.0, USC-II and UC Sandiego mechanism. In case of spherical flames, the suitable flame radius range and theoretical models were verified using the well-known previous results in methane/air flames. As an experimental condition, hydrogen content of SNG was adjusted 0% to 11%. Equivalence ratios of Bunsen flames were adjusted from 0.8 to 1.6. On the other hand, those of spherical flames were adjusted from 0.6 to 1.4, relatively. From results of this study, the both laminar burning velocities measured in Bunsen and spherical flame methods were resulted in similar tendency. As the hydrogen content increased, the laminar burning velocity also increased collectively. Laminar burning velocity of measured SNG-air flames was best coincided with GRI 3.0 mechanism by comparison of reaction mechanisms.

Synthetically, it proves that AE water reducing agent for the type of bleeding reduction satisfies aimed air content in the range of normal slump and can reduce only bleeding without quality variation of compressive strength.

  • 본 연구는 고유동성, 고강도 및 고내구성을 가진 고성능 콘크리트를 실용화시키기 위하여 국내에서 시판되고 있는 9종류의 고성능 감수제를 사용한 콘크리트의 품질 특성을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 혼화제 첨가량에 따라서 굳지 않은 콘크리트의 슬럼프, 공기걍, 단위중량 및 감수율과 경화콘크리트의 압축강도비를 비교분석하였다. 본 시험결과, 국내 시판되는 고성능 감수제를 사용한 콘크리트의 공기연행 효과는 거의 없었으며 또한, 보통강도 및 고성능 콘크리트 각각에 대하여 최적혼화제 첨가량이 존재함을 알아냈다.

Cure Characteristics, Mechanical Properties, Abrasion Property and Thermal Properties of EVM/EPM Blends Containing Flame Retardants

  • The curing behavior, mechanical properties, hot-air aging resistance, abrasion properties,thermal properties, etc., of EVM/EPM/APP (ammonium polyphosphate)/DPER (dipentaerythritol)/EG (expandable graphite) and EVM/EPM/ATH (aluminium trihydroxide) flame retarding systems in ethylene vinyl acetate rubber (EVM) blends with EPM (ethylene propylene rubber) were sequentially examined. For both flame retarding systems, the torque values increased with the content of EPM rubber and with the vulcanization time. As the content of EPM rubber increased, the scorch time became shorter, whereas the optimum cure time followed an increasing trend. For the EVM/EPM/APP/DPER/EG flameretarding system, as the content of EPM rubber increased, the hardness did not change,whereas the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased. A hot-air aging resistance test at $150^{\circ}C$ showed that the heat resistance decreased with the EPM content regardless of the kinds and contents of flame retardants. As the EPM content increased, the abrasion rate became higher and the abrasion resistance of the EVM/EPM/APP/DPER/EG flame retarding systems exceeded that of the EVM/EPM/ATH flame retarding counterparts. In comparison with the EVM/EPM/ATH flame retarding systems, the thermal stability of the EVM/EPM/APP/DPER/EG flame retarding system showed an increasing tendency.

준설토 재활용을 위한 무보강 및 보강 경량토의 압축거동특성 비교 (Comparison of Compressive Behavior Characteristics between Unreinforced and Reinforced Lightweight Soils for Recycling of Dredged Soils)

  • This paper investigates strength characteristics and stress-strain behaviors of unreinforced and reinforced lightweight soils. Lightweight soil, composed of dredged soil, cement, and air-foam, was reinforced by a waste fishing net, in order to increase its compressive strength. Test specimens were fabricated by various mixing conditions, such as cement content, initial water content, air content, and waste fishing net; then, unconfined compression tests were carried out on these specimens. From the test results, it was shown that reinforced lightweight soil had different behavior after failure, even though it had similar behavior as unreinforced lightweight soil before failure. The test results also showed that stress became constant after peak strength in reinforced lightweight soil, while the stress decreased continuously in unreinforced lightweight soil. It was observed that the strength was increased due to reinforcing effect by the waste fishing net for most cases, except high water content greater than $218\%$. In the case of high water content, a reinforcing effect is negligible, due to slip between waste fishing net and soil particles. In reinforced lightweight soil, secant modulus (E50) was increased, due to the inclusion of waste fishing net.

道路 指標生物을 이용한 대기오염이 植物에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Air Pollutants in Daegu Area by Biological Indicator of Roadside)

  • This study was performed to investigate the air pollution levels in Daegu area titrough measuring of contents of water, chlorophyll, water soluble sulfur and lead metal in the leaves of roadside trees and chemical properties of soil under the urban trees. The results can be summarized as follows 1. The range of water content was from 60.4% to 74.6%. The comparisons of chlorophyll, water soluble sulfur and water content were regression equation, chlorophyll=0.1981+ 0.0040 water content (July), water soluble sulfur=3,139-0.0416 water content (July). and correlation coefficient, r=0.561 and r=0.549 respectively 2. Average contents of chlorophyll, water soluble sulfur and lead metal in the leaves of roadside tree at sampling sites were chlorophyll 0.050, 0.072mg/cm$^2$, water soluble sulfur 0.244, 0.333%, and lead metal 12.25, 12.68ppm in Oct. and Jul. respectively. 3. Correlation between chlorophyll and contents of water soluble sulfur and lead metal in the leaves of roadside tree at sampling sites were water soluble sulfur r=-0.564, -0.613 and lead metal r=-0.693, -0.699 in October and July, respectively. 4. Correlation between chlorophyll and water content, water soluble sulfur and lead metal in the leaves of tree showed positive significance.

  • This paper investigate the qualities variety of concrete using recycling water under various kinds and contents of saccaric based stabilizing agent(SSA). Fluidity had little changes with the kinds and contents of SSA. Air contents of concrete with recycled water only shows the tendency. With an increase in SSA contents, air content recovered. For bleeding properties, bleeding shows to be decreased with an increase in SSA contents. The use of recycled water accelerated the setting time. However, with an increase in SSA, setting time showed the similar level of plain concrete. SSA (Btype) had better performance in enhancing compressive strength owing to loss of air content. Although the use of recycled water increased the drying shrinkage compared with that of plain concrete, it tended to decrease with an increase in SSA.

버어리종 건조엽의 정유성분 I. 건조기간중 정유성분 조성의 변화 (Essential Oils in Cured Leaf of Burley Tobacco I. Changes in the Composition of Essential Oils during Air-Curing)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the changes in the composition of essential oils for the improvement of air-curing process of burley tobacco leaves. From the essential oils isolated from the cured tobacco leaves by steam distillation method, 90 compounds including 15 acids and esters, 19 alcohols, 23 aldehydes and ketones, 19 hydrocarbons, and 14 miscellaneous compounds, could be identified by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Among them, acids and esters were gradually decreased during the progress of curing after harvesting. A rapid increase in alcohol content was observed in the earlier stage of curing, but thereafter, decrease followed until the end of curing However, aldehyde and ketone groups were continuously increased during curing and were 3 times higher in quantity after curing than at the harvesting time. The concentration of hydrocarbons was increased in the earlier stage of curing, but gradually decreased from the middle stage. The miscellaneous compounds were continuously increased in content until the end stage of curing, with rapid increased in the earlier stage of curing.

하이브리드 냉풍건조기 개발 (Development of the hybrid desiccant cooling dryer)

  • After analyzing the characteristics of the cooling dryer, the mixed cooling dryer was developed by adding the desiccant dryer which supplement the cooling dryer's demerits. Also, the hybrid desiccant cooling dryer was developed to use effectively the exhaust heat energy of the cooling dryer. It could make a more that 20 percent reduction in energy compared with the mixed desiccant cooling dryer. It has become essential to supply this equipment and search the suitable drying product.
