자동차 선루프 제어용 음성 명령 시스템 구현 (Implementation of voice Command System to control the Car Sunroof)

  • We have developed a speaker dependent voice command system(VCS) to control the sunroof in the car using RSC-164 VRP(Voice Recognition Processor). VCS consists of control circuits, microphone, speaker and user switch box. The control circuits include RSC-164, input audio preamplifier, memory devices, and relay circuit for sunroof control. It is designed robustly in various car noisy situations like audio volume, air conditioner, and incoming noise when window or sunroof opened. Each two users can control the car sunroof using seven voice commands on the Super TVS model and five voice commands on the Onyx model. It works well when we drive the car at over 100 km/h with the sunroof opened.

  • IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) is widely used in many applications such as an electric vehicle, compressor drives of air conditioner and machine tool spindle drives. In order to maximize the efficiency in such applications, this paper is proposed the optimal control method of the armature current. The controllable electrical loss which consists of the copper loss and the iron loss can be minimized by the optimal control of the armature current. The minimization of loss is possible to realize efficiency optimization control for the proposed IPMSM The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system, the operating characteristics controlled by efficiency optimization control are examined in detail by simulation.

  • The smart air condition system is superior to conventional air condition system in the aspect of control accuracy, environmental preservation and it is foundation for intelligent vehicle such as electric vehicle, fuel cell vehicle. In this paper, failure analyses of smart air condition system will be performed and then sensor fusion technique will be proposed for fail safety of smart air condition system. A sensor fusion logic of air condition system by using CO sensor, $CO_2$ sensor and VOC, $NO_x$ sensor will be developed and simulated by fault injection simulation. The fusion technology of smart air condition system is generated in an experiment and a performance analysis is conducted with fusion algorithms. The proposed algorithm adds the error characteristic of each sensor as a conditional probability value, and ensures greater accuracy by performing the track fusion with the sensors with the most reliable performance.

  • This paper suggests the new technology to control metal flow in order to reduce the number of preforming and the machining for the cold forged product with complex geometry. This technology is the combined forming that consists of bulk and sheet forming with double action dies. To analyze the process, finite element simulation has been performed. The proposed technology is applied to hub model that is part of air conditioner clutch. The purpose of this study is to investigate the material now of hub through the relative-velocity control of punch and mandrel using the flow control forming technique.

  • The Single-Phase induction motor is widely used in home appliances, especially refrigerator, air conditioner and washing machine. Recently many home appliances that use the motor require the speed control to get the various and convenient functions for the customers. Generally it is so hard to control the speed of the Single-Phase induction motor and to get the wide range of the speed variation. In this raper, the speed controller using P-I is designed for the Single-Phase induct ion Motor. The experimental results of the phase controller using P-I show the wide speed control of the Single-Phase induction motor and rebuff control to load change.

가구 유형에 따른 여름철 공동주택의 실내온열환경과 냉방 조절 행위에 관한 연구 (Research on Indoor Thermal Environment and Residents' Control Behavior of Cooling according to Household Type in Apartment)

  • This study measured the thermal environment and residents' control behaviors of cooing according to 3 groups of household type-families with preschool children, families of middle age and families of senior. The object of this study are to fmd the difference of the actual condition of indoor thermal environment and cooling control behavior by age or household type and to develop user oriented climate control system. The results were summarized as follows. When the age of members at household is younger, the indoor mean temperature and temperature that people turned off the air conditioner became lower. These different indoor thermal environment of each group means that younger generation is familiar with cooler from their early age and these early uses of cooler made them prefer cooler condition than family of senior. Therefore, this results show that different indoor thermal environment is influenced by factors such as household type and metabolism difference and so on.

  • Stratum Axial Type BLDC Motor has remarkable efficiency owing to outstanding characteristics of speed and torque as well as its small size. In this paper 2-Degree of Freedom PI (TDOF PI) control method is presented in order to improve the efficiency of Stratum Axial Type BLDC Motor and the simulation proves that the separate control for speed characteristic from answering characteristic of load torque particularly allows the construction of superior control system to PI control system. These results are significant in that the improved Stratum Axial Type BLDC Motor enables the production of much smaller, lighter, and noiseless electric home appliances such as air-conditioner and refrigerator.

  • This paper proposes 210[kVA] rated SIV(Static Inverter) system for the TTX(Tilting Train eXpress). The SIV provides power of a fluorescent light in the car, Air-conditioner, and other equipments. To control output voltage it is used voltage control loop for constant voltage control and simultaneously used current control loop for instantaneous control at load changing. The performance of SIV system will be verified by simulation and experimental results.

  • The excavator is used in a variety of construction environments. There are many kinds of risk like falling rocks or harmful dust. The excavator cabin protects the operator not only from these harmful environments but also provides a comfortable working environment. By the way, the excavator cabin consumes a lot of energy for cabin air conditioner. For this reason, the research is required to reduce energy consumption. This study suggests the air conditioning system for excavator using forced exhaust. First, the forced exhaust system simulated by AMESim tool and surveyed the applicability. Using AMESim simulation, it was investigated the effect of cabin inside temperature by intake flow rate and intake air temperature. The experiment executed using the 1.5 ton excavator and field tested according to the intake flow rate. Finally, verified the applicability on the air conditioning system for excavator using forced exhaust.

  • 최근들어 자동차에어콘 콤프레셔의 전기마그네트식 콘트롤밸브는 내부형 스워시 프레이트형을 사용하고 있다. 이 시스템은 외부로부터 공급되는 전류량(신호)에 의하여 작동되며 동시에 스워시판 작동에 의한 압력은 냉매가 흐르는 비율에 의하여 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 압축기의 크랭크케이스 압력이 전기마그네트 콘트롤 밸브 전기 흐름량에 따른 유량의 값을 측정하여 엔진의 효율을 향상시키고자 한다.
