"The guidelines on the management of indoor air quality of public transportation" was enacted in December 2006 due to the fact that the interest and demand of improving the air quality for citizen using public transportation have been increased. Thus this research has considered what has influenced on the passenger cabin HVAC as well as the improvement of customer service as we proceed the study for better indoor air quality inside of the train by developing the module of cleaning air system for pollutants of a car air.

Stable and reliable air traffic service is required for users (aircraft pilot, air traffic controller, airlines and public) through enhancing capability related to airport operation and continuously improving air navigation system. ASMS (air navigation service provider (ANSP) safety maturity survey) is to determine the level of management and safety requirement such as organization, risk, policy, process, training and environment in Air traffic service field. We designed and developed the survey (26 study areas of management part and 23 study areas of safety part) considering global best practices (Eurocontrol and FAA) and customizing domestic circumstances with quantitative level assessment regarding management and safety issue of Air navigation system. The survey enables the performance of Air navigation system to enhance and prevents from occurring accident or incident. Therefore, we provides best information with users as well as high quality Air traffic service.

Quality is recognized as one of the key components of business strategies. In this respect, this study aims to investigate quality factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty in Korean Tofu restaurants and promote the quality improvement in their service operations. The experimental data were collected from the questionnaire answered by 130 customers in Seoul and Kyonggi area. They were statistically analyzed using SPSS Win.12.0. For statistical analysis, frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analyses were conducted. The results of the analyses show that two dimensions such as "empathy" and "IT use" influence the satisfaction of customers. "Empathy", "tangibles", "well-being food", and "customer satisfaction" were identified as critical factors influencing the loyalty of customers.

In the network function virtualization environment, dynamic changes in network traffic will lead to the dynamic changes of service function chain resource demand, which entails timely dynamic adjustment of service function chain resource configuration. At present, most researches solve this problem through virtual network function migration and link rerouting, and there exist some problems such as long service interruption time, excessive network operation cost and high penalty. This paper proposes a dynamic adjustment method of service function chain resource configuration for the dynamic changes of network traffic. First, a dynamic adjustment request of service function chain is generated according to the prediction of network traffic. Second, a dynamic adjustment strategy of service function chain resource configuration is determined according to substrate network resources. Finally, the resource configuration of a service function chain is pre-adjusted according to the dynamic adjustment strategy. Virtual network functions combination and virtual machine reusing are fully considered in this process. The experimental results show that this method can reduce the influence of service function chain resource configuration dynamic adjustment on quality of service, reduce network operation cost and improve the revenue of service providers.

The role of airports in the metropolitan area in Korea is very important which is located on the center of Northeast Asia considered as the highest potential growth continent in the world air transport market. This study includes comparison on service quality between Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport which are indicated as multi-airport system in the metropolitan area appraised by passengers from Korea, Japan and China, and analysis on primary factors of airport service which affect the customer satisfaction and loyalty. The service quality appraised in the order of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese and the analysis result indicated that the service quality factors which influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty were all different among passengers from three countries. Information service was the priority factor for customer satisfaction to Chinese and Korean, but Japanese considered that personal service was the most important factor. This research paper tried to provide many current issues and guides to operational strategy including plan for the specialized routes of multi-airport system in domestic metropolitan area.

This study aimed to determine the applicability of drones and air quality sensors in environmental monitoring of air pollutant emissions by developing and testing two new methods. The first method used orthoimagery for precise monitoring of pollutant-emitting facilities. The second method used atmospheric sensors for monitoring air pollutants in emissions. Results showed that ground sample distance could be established within 5 cm during the creation of orthoimagery for monitoring emissions, which allowed for detailed examination of facilities with naked eyes. For air quality monitoring, drones were flown on a fixed course and measured the air quality in point units, thus enabling mapping of air quality through spatial analysis. Sensors that could measure various substances were used during this process. Data on particulate matter were compared with data from the National Air Pollution Measurement Network to determine its future potential to leverage. However, technical development and applications for environmental monitoring of pollution-emitting facilities are still in their early stages. They could be limited by meteorological conditions and sensitivity of the sensor technology. This research is expected to provide guidelines for environmental monitoring of pollutant-emitting facilities using drones.

This experiment was carried out to enhance the availability of blackberry. Since it is difficult to use blackberry as a fresh fruit, we investigated the quality characteristics of blackberry powder obtained by various drying methods (freeze drying and hot-air drying at $40{\sim}80^{\circ}C$). The L- and b-values of freeze-dried powder was higher than hot-air dried powder. The pH (3.2) was lowest and the acidity (14.4%) was highest in freeze-dried powder. In freeze drying, the brix degree was $65.7^{\circ}Bx$, but it increased from $54.7^{\circ}Bx$ to $68.5^{\circ}Bx$ with increasing temperature during hot air drying. The total polyphenol and flavonoids contents were the highest in freeze-dried powder, at 9.3 and 6.2 mg/g, respectively. The levels increased as temperature increased in hot air drying. Anthocyanin content in freeze-dried powder was 8.51 mg/g, while it sharply decreased to 1.17~2.45 mg/g in hot-air drying. Vitamin C content in freeze drying ($979.4{\mu}g/g$) was higher than that in hot-air drying ($48.3{\sim}303.2{\mu}g/g$). The sample concentration required for 50% reduction of DPPH free radical scavenging ($RC_{50}$) was $79.7{\mu}g/mL$ in freeze drying, and showed high antioxidant activity. Also it decreased from $122.4{\mu}g/mL$ to $87.7{\mu}g/mL$ with temperature increase during hot air drying. We therefore conclude from the above results that freeze drying is more suitable for the production of blackberry powder, because this method showed high value of chromaticity, total polyphenol, flavonoid, anthocyanin content, vitamin C and antioxidant activity.

In this paper, we propose an efficient indoor environment management system which provides the environment management service in ubiquitous computing environment. It is designed to gather data from the user's environment and keep it pleasant with respect to indoor air quality regulation. In order to offer such service Ubiquitous Computing Environment used distributed framework based on the active model for its development and support, while supporting service integration and also we used service oriented architecture. In order to verify the performance of the environment management system, components showed operation while environment management service showed the result through GUI screen.

Purpose: This study aims to provide marketing implications for training and face-to-face service employee communication by analyzing how communication by Korean crews at foreign airlines affects passengers' perception and how this perception relates to airline service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data: The collection of questionnaires for the demonstration in this study has collected 300 questionnaires for about a month for Korean passengers who are aware of the presence of Korean crew on board aircraft. Results: The study analyzed the relationship between the communication ability, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention of foreign airlines. An empirical analysis of the relationship between quality of airline service, customer satisfaction, and intention of re-use can suggest the following implications based on the language and non-verbal communication capabilities of the Korean crew working for foreign airlines. Conclusions: We studied the impact of communication between Korean crews working for foreign airlines on the quality of airline service, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The Korean crew should also work for overseas airlines and consider communication as important and expand their overall foreign language education and communication skills to have a positive impact on not only Korean passengers but also their own citizens.
