또래 자살예방 지킴이를 위한 교육용 기능성 게임 개발 (Design and Implementation of a Serious Educational Game for Youth Gatekeeper)

  • 저출산 고령화 시대에 청소년 사망원인 1위가 자살이라는 것은 일부 계층의 문제가 아니고 우리 사회가 해결해야 할 위급하고 중요한 사회적 문제로 인식되어야 한다. 우리는 일반 청소년을 대상으로 자살에 대한 올바른 태도와 이해를 습득하고 또래 친구의 자살징후를 조기에 발견하여 전문기관에 연계할 수 있는 자살예방 지킴이의 양성 교육을 지원하고자 한다. 본 논문은 청소년이 공감할 수 있는 구체적인 상황과 함께 연동하는 시나리오 기반 학습 프로그램과 이를 구현하여 청소년의 참여를 유도하는 비주얼 노벨 형식의 기능성 게임을 제안한다. 우리는 제안하는 교육용 기능성 게임이 스마트기기를 통한 교육현장과 청소년의 접근성 향상시킬 것으로 기대한다.

제빵 제과에 다양한 설탕 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Diverse Roles of Sugar in Confectionery and Bread-making.)

  • What satisfies the desire of human beings about taste most easily is sweet taste, and it has seemed that the pronoun of sweet taste is sugar. Sugar is used in confectionery and bread-making essentially, and it has influence on the structure and touch of baked confectionery. In addition, if we soften the and apply heat, coloring is made. Thus, it colors good. It doesn't have a sweet taste, but it has the effect to emit fragrance variously, balance and soften the product. The kinds of sugar are very diverse, and it is sugar to be referred to as white sugar is used most frequently. In this study, this researcher examined the classification of physicochemical property and melting point etc. of sugar in confectionery and bread-making through theoretical study, about the simple classification of sugar. In addition, this researcher approached about the role of sugar in confectionery and bread-making and about the influence to have when it is more or less than proper quantity, centering around function. As the result, this researcher extracted the importance of sugar in confectionery and bread-making. It means that the increase of 5% of sugar quantity decreases the absorption quantity of moisture by 1% in bread-making and that the excess of 8% of sugar slow the action of yeast in straight method. Besides, there are the properties such as absorptive property, permeability, storage nature, aging prevention of starch, oxidation restraint of oils and fats, the gelation action of pectin, the fermentation acceleration of yeast, and the emulsification-maintaining-nautre and antiseptics effect of fat-soluble material. And in confectionery, sugar makes fragrance and peel color, increases the storage nature with moisture maintenance and has the softening effect. So, it is considered that the attitude to study and make efforts continuously on the basis of the role of sugar will have to be unfolded in confectionery and bread-making.

Knowledge, Attitudes, and Intention of Students Majoring fin Food and Nutrition on Working with the Elderly

  • With the increase of elderly people, educators have begun designing experiences to prepare students to work with elderly group. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitude of students majoring in food and nutrition for the elderly and their intentions to provide services for the elderly. The knowledge level of the students was in a medium range, and no relationship was found between knowledge and attitudes using Pearson correlation. The knowledge did not significantly differ across gender and academic level when compared using t-test and ANOVA, but knowledge level was significantly different based on residential experiences with elderly over 65 years of age (p < 0.05). Students had neutral attitudes toward working with elderly employees and working for elderly. Students had positive intentions to work with elderly employees, seek employment in an organization for elderly clients/customers, and seek opportunities for positive social interaction with the elderly. However, students do not have positive work preference with elderly employees. As a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that knowledge was not a predictor of intentions to provide services to the elderly. However, attitudes toward working with elderly employees, attitudes toward elderly, residential experiences with elderly > 65 years have been predicted the intentions to work with elderly employees. Attitudes working with elderly employees and attitudes toward elderly influenced the intentions to work in the organizations to provide services to elderly. This study can be identified the need for additional didactic preparation and experiences to prepare students to work with elder aging population.

도시 중년 남성의 건강식품 섭취 경험과 의도에 관한 연구 (The Experience and Intention of Health Food Use among Middle-aged Men in Urban Areas)

  • This study examined the experience and intention of health food use regarding the different type of health foods among 201 middle-aged Korean men form urban areas. Based upon the results of a prestudy, health foods were classified into 4 groups including Chinese medicine(CM), toner foods(TF), vitamin or mineral supplements(VMS), and other manufactured heath food supplements(MHFS). compared with the4 case of health food experience, the similar proportion of the subjects were intended to use CM( 70%) and MHFS( 40%), yet the smaller proportion of them had the intention for TF(46%) and VMS(52%). Our subjects mainly obtained information on CM and TF from social networks, such as families, relatives, friends and neighbors and VMS and MHFS from mass media. Expected effects of health food consumption were different by the type of health food. The most positive expected effects were found in CM, followed by VMS. However, there was weak evidence for the positive effects of the TF and MHFS. Upon the consumption of health foods, our subject appeared to expect to their body energy to increased and body functions to be improved in general. Multivariate analyses indicated the importance of expected effects of health food consumption and aging symptoms as determinants of future health food use. Experience was rarely associated with intention in health food use. This study suggests that educated middle-aged Korean men may have a rational attitude toward health food use. Regarding different attitudes and behavior toward the different type of health foods, further research should consider the nature of each type of health foods. The limitations of this study are also discussed.

60+ 고령자의 생산성에 대한 기업의 평가와 영향요인 (Elderly(60+) and Productivity : Factors Influencing in Performance Evaluation of Elderly Employees)

  • 이 연구는 기업 및 사업체 인사담당자의 경험적 사실에 주목하여 60세 이상 고령근로자의 생산성을 평가하고 고령근로자의 생산성 향상에 직 간접적인 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석 결과, 고령근로자의 생산성 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 업무에 대한 태도, 전문성으로 나타났다. 노화에 따른 신체적 역량 저하는 고령근로자의 생산성 평가에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 인식하고 있었으며, 신체적 역량을 고려한 업무재배치 및 직무재설계, 안전교육, 근로자간의 공감대 형성이 고령근로자의 업무성과를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 고령근로자의 축적된 경력 및 전문성을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 업무배치와 신체적 역량을 보완할 수 있는 근무환경 조성이 생산성 향상 측면에서 매우 중요한 요소임을 시사한다.

인구·경제·조직 측면에서 공기업 임금피크 근로자 분석 (A Study on Public Enterprise Workers with Wage Peak System -Population, Economic and Organizational Aspects-)

  • 본 연구는 고령인력 증가가 다른 영역보다 빨리 진행되며, 인적자원관리가 쉽지 않은 공기업 임금피크 근로자의 인구 경제 조직적 특성과 임금피크제 및 퇴직 간 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 임금피크제 실시 공기업 19개사에 종사하는 임금피크 근로자 211명이었다. 연구결과에 따르면 인구 경제적 특성에 있어서, 교육수준, 가계총수입, 퇴직 후 생활비, 퇴직대비저축과 투자금액은 임금피크만족도, 임금피크수용도, 퇴직준비와 퇴직태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 특성에서는 직급과 직군, 근무기간과 정년퇴직잔여기간, 퇴직준비프로그램 참여 그리고 임금피크 적용 여부에 따라 각각 차이가 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 고령사회를 위한 실효성 있는 임금피크제 시행을 위해서는 복지지원, 교육훈련, 전직지원과 같은 고령친화인사제도의 직군, 직급, 경제수준 및 교육수준 별 시행의 필요성을 시사함과 동시에 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

편백심재오일을 이용한 기능성 제품 개발 (Development of Functional Products Using Chamaecyparis Obtusa Heartwood Essential Oil)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 편백심재로부터 정유를 추출하는 방법을 개발하고, 이를 활용한 친환경 기능성 제품을 상품화하는 것이다. 제조단계는 분쇄, 투입, 전처리, 추출(수증기증류법), 수증기배출, 냉각, 분리, 숙성의 8단계로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 개발된 제조법에 의하면, 항균 효과가 우수한 고품질의 편백심재오일을 높은 생산성으로 추출할 수 있었다. 추출된 오일과 증유액으로 만든 편백심재수 제품 역시 우수한 항균 효과를 나타내었고, 피부자극도 임상 테스트에서도 비자극 판정을 받았다. 편백심재수를 상품화하기 위해 판매용 웹사이트를 제작하고, 이에 대한 소비자 반응 테스트를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 판매 사이트에서 보여주는 디자인과 광고 메시지들은 소비자들에게 긍정적인 것으로 나타났고, 제품 구매의도도 높게 나타났다. 편백심재오일 추출법의 품질관리기준을 표준화하고, 상품별 오일 조성 비율을 최적화한다면, 본 연구 결과는 다양한 의약외품 및 화장품 사업화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

노인간호에 대한 간호원의 태도조사연구 (A Study of the Attitudes of Nurses toward the Geriatric Nursing Care)

  • Presently, there is increasing demand for geriatric nursing care because of increasing preparation of elderly population due to extended age. Of particular importance in determining the effectiveness of nursing care given to the elderly is the attitude of the nurse toward the elderly patient. Knowledge of the various changes that usually occur with aging will enable the nurse to help an aged Person maximize his potential in illness and in health. The objectives of this study were : 1. To delineate the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care. 2. To learn the influencing factors affecting the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care. The study population defined and randomly selected is 225 nurses at one general hospital, one private hospital, two national hospitals in Seoul during the period of October l0th -20th, 1975. The questionnaire method was used. Respondents were 140 nurses. X$^2$- test and t- test were employed in analyzing the data. The questionnaire form included 54 statements which concerned the attitudes of nurses to-ward geriatric nursing care. It was divided into five areas : 1) General characteristics of study population. 2) The nurse's concepts of elderly. 3) Care of the geriatric patient. 4) Interpersonal relationship with geriatric patient. 5) Teaching of the geriatric patient. Each of the 54 statements of the questionnaire was considered to be either Positive or Negative. A Positive response was assigned the value of+1 , and a Negative response or no response was assigned the value of O. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The Investigation of attitudes of nurses toward geriatric nursing care. a. Data indicated , respondents have negative attitudes in their. concepts of elderly (74.3%) b. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in care of geriatric patient (64.3%). c. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in interpersonal relationship with geriatric patient (85% ). 4. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in teaching of geriatric patient (89.3%). 2. The results of study regarding the five hypothesis were as follows : a There was significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and level of education of the nurse. b. There was no significant difference between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and clinical experience, but there was significant difference between care of the geriatric patient and clinical experience. c. There was no significant difference between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and shift most frequently worked, but there was significant difference between care of the geriatric patient and shift most frequently worked. d. There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and marital status, but there was significant difference in the mean scores between interpersonal relationship, teaching of geriatric patient and marital status. e, There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and experience with elderly, but there was significant difference in the mean scores between care of geriatric patient and experience with elderly.

Nutritional Status among Rural Community Elderly in the Risk Area of Liver Fluke, Surin Province, Thailand

  • Thailand is becoming an aging society, this presenting as a serious problem situation especially regarding health. Chronic diseases found frequently in the elderly may be related to dietary intake and life style. Surin province has been reported as a risk area for liver fluke with a high incidence of cholangiocarcinma especially in the elderly. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the nutritional status and associated factors among elderly in Surin province, northeast of Thailand. A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 405 people aged 60 years and above, between September 2012 and July 2014. The participants were selected through a randomized systematic sampling method and completed a pre-designed questionnaire with general information, food recorded, weight, height, waist circumference, and behavior regarding to food consume related to liver fluke infection. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's rank correlation coefficients. The majority of participants was female (63.5%), age between 60-70 years old (75.6%), with elementary school education (96.6%), living with their (78.9%), and having underlying diseases (38.3%). Carbohydrate (95.3%) was need to improve the consumption. The participants demonstrated under-nutrition (24.4%), over-nutrition (16.4%), and obesity (15.4%). Elderly had a waist circumference as the higher than normal level (34.0%). Gender, female, age 71-80 years old, elementary school and underlying diseases were significantly associated with poor nutritional status. The majority of them had a high knowledge (43.0%), moderate attitude (44.4%), and moderate practice (46.2%) regarding food consumption related to liver fluke infection. In conclusion, these findings data indicated that elderly age group often have an under- or over-nutritional status. Carbohydrate consumption needs to be improved. Some elderly show behavior regarding food consumption that is related to liver fluke infection hat needs to be improved, so that health education pertaining good nutrition is required.

경증치매노인 노인복지시설의 이용행태에 관한 융합연구: 기억학교 이용자만족도를 중심으로 (A Study on the Usage Behavior of Elderly Welfare Facilities for the Elderly with Moderate Dementia: Focusing on Satisfaction with Memory School Users)

  • 본 연구는 경증치매노인을 위한 사회복지시설인 기억학교에서 제공하고 있는 서비스와 프로그램에 대한 이용자와 보호자의 인식을 조사함으로써 기억학교의 필요성과 효과성을 확인하는 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 대구시에서 지정 설치한 기억학교 이용자와 보호자 363명을 대상으로 기억학교 이용 만족도 및 태도에 대해 조사를 하였다. 분석결과 기억학교의 이용이 이용자에게 매우 높은 수준의 도움이 된다고 인식하고 있으며, 동시에 보호자의 부양부담 감소에도 매우 높은 수준으로 의미 있음이 드러났다. 이를 통해 기억학교가 시설의 설치목적에 적절히 부합하는 효과성을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히, 기억학교의 프로그램 수준, 서비스의 종류 등과 향후 지속성에 대한 만족도 정도가 90% 이상의 상당히 높은 결과가 나타났음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 경증치매노인을 위한 사회복지적 대응에 대한, 그리고 이를 위해 기억학교에 대한 기초자료로 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
