연약지반에서 수평배수재용 순환골재와 쇄석의 막힘 거동 (Clogging behavior of recycled aggregates and crushed stone as horizontal drains in soft ground)

  • In this study, laboratory model test carried out to present the suitable range of particle size distribution and clogging behavior of recycled aggregates and crushed stone as horizontal drains in soft ground. The recycled aggregates and crushed stone showed clogging phenomenon because the top fill material and bottom clay inflow into the horizontal drains. The pp mat was the most effective method to minimize clogging phenomenon. The horizontal coefficient of permeability in case of installing the pp mat showed largely 2.1 times more than the case of not installing. When the pp mat is not installing, the thickness of fine grained soil inflow into the horizontal drains showed 6.7~13.3% range in top fill material and 3.3~6.7% range in bottom clay. Overall, the reduction of the discharge capacity by fine grained soil inflow showed small in recycled aggregates and crushed stone. Also, the appropriate criterion range of particle size distribution is presented to make use of a horizontal drains in soft ground on the basis of laboratory test.

가열방법을 이용한 고품질 순환골재 제조를 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for Manufacture of High Quality Recycled Aggregate by Heating)

  • The use of waste concrete can resolve the environmental pollution and shortage of natural aggregate. However, recycled aggregate includes substantial amount of cement paste. So, these aggregates are more porous, and less resistant to mechanical actions than natural aggregates. So, recently, the new manufacture processes of high quality recycled aggregates were suggested such as heating and solving to acid liquid. But the method of solving to acid liquid is not economical and produces additional environmental pollution. In this paper, for the purpose of manufacture of high quality recycled aggregates, the heating processes was added to the existing process of recycled aggregates. To find the optimum process, the experiment was performed by using the method of statistical experiment design, and the heating temperatures(4 levels : 300, 450, 600 and $750^{\circ}C$) and heating times(4 levels : 5, 20, 40, 60 minute) were main experimental variables. By the test results, the optimum manufacturing condition of coarse recycled aggregate was $600^{\circ}C$ and 40 minute, and for the fine recycled aggregate, a little heating made a satisfaction to the KS standard quality code.

블랙코어 형성 메커니즘 (The mechanism of black core formation)

  • 골재를 제조할 때 골재의 중앙에 만들어지는 블랙코어(black core)의 형성 메커니즘을 살펴보기 위해 적점토, 탄소(carbon), 산화철$(Fe_2O_3)$이 혼합된 직경 10mm 구형골재의 조성, 소성온도, 소성시간, 소성분위기, 소성방법을 변화시키면서 각각의 비중, 흡수율, 블랙코어 면적비$(\%)$, 파괴강도, Fe 총량분석, XRF를 측정하고 비교하였다. 소량의 산화철 첨가는 골재의 물성에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 반면 탄소는 많이 첨가될수록, 소성온도가 증가할수록 블랙코어가 더 많이 형성되었고, 블랙코어의 비율이 증가하면 그만큼 비중은 감소하고 흡수율은 증가하였다 산화분위기에서 소성시킨 골재는 껍질 (shell)과 블랙코어가 뚜렷하게 구분되는 반면 환원분위기에서 소성한 시편에서는 시편의 단면전체에 블랙코어가 형성되었고, 산화분위기와 중성분위기와는 달리 환원분위기에서 소성된 시편에서는 탄소첨가량이 증가할수록 비중이 증가했으며, 전반적인 비중은 가장 낮았다. 흡수율은 모든 분위기에서 탄소 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가했다. 소성방법을 달리하여 실험한 결과 직화소성한 시편에서는 블랙코어가 잘 형성되었고, 승온소성한 시편에 비해 비중은 작고 흡수율은 높았다. 또한 파괴강도의 측정결과를 통해 블랙코어가 형성되지 않은 골재시편의 강도가 블랙코어가 형성된 시편보다 다소 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. Fe총량분석결과 블랙코어에서 껍질보다 많은 Fe와 FeO가 분포하였고, 껍질에는 적색을 띠는 $Fe_2O_3$가 많이 분포되어 있었다. XRF 분석 결과를 통해 탄소는 블랙코어 형성부위에서만 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.사 결과 외형은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 3.64으로 높게 나타났으며 YM03 $0.1\%$ 처리구가 3.00으로 가장 낮았다(P>0.05). 색은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 4.00으로 높았으며 YF04 $0.1\%$ 처리구는 2.93으로 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 다즙성은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 3.50으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 YM03 $0.1\%$와 YM03 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 각각 3.07로 낮았다 (P>0.05).구보다 약간 증가하였으나 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다.다리살의 콜레스테롤 함량도 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다.적으로 작용하였다.있다.>16$\%$>0$\%$ 순으로 좋게 평가되었다. 결론적으로 감농축액의 첨가는 당과 탄닌성분을 함유함으로써 인절미의 노화를 지연시키고 저장성을 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 또한 인절미를 제조할 때 찹쌀가루에 8$\%$의 감농축액을 첨가하는 것이 감인절미의 색, 향, 단맛, 씹힘성이 적당하고 쓴맛과 떫은맛은 약하게 느끼면서 촉촉한 정도와 부드러운 정도는 강하게 느낄수 있어서 전반적인 기호도에서 가장 적절한 방법으로 사료된다.비위생 점수가 유의적으로 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 조리종사자의 위생지식 점수와 위생관리 수행수준의 상관관계를 조사한 결과, 위생지식의 기기설비위생은 위생관리 수행수준의 합계(p<0.01)에서 유의적인 상관관계(p<0.01)를 나타내었으며, 위생지식의 식중독 및 미생물은

  • In the country, due to short comings of natural aggregates of good quality, it is common to use crushed stones. However, the investigation has not been done on the chemical reaction of crushed stones. This study tested and analyzed the aggregate chemical reaction by petrographic examination(ASTM C 295) for the test aggregates which had been tested by chemical method(ASTM C 289) in the first year. As a result, most of test aggregates didn't show any reaction but many have common deleterious mineral. Therefore, there exists the possibility of chemical reaction in petrogrphic point of view

  • In this study, the properties of mortar using ceramic wastes as admixtures and fine aggregates are considered experimentally. The main chemical of ceramic wastes is SiO2 and micro structure of ceramic wastes is porous. Absorption of ceramic wastes is higher than that of river sand and specific gravity is lower than that of river sand. Flow value of mortar using ceramic waste admixture and fine aggregates is increased more or less and the strength of mortar using ceramic wastes as fine aggregates is increased.

  • The cause of Huntington's disease (HD) is a pathological expansion of the polyglutamine domain within the N-terminal region of huntingtin. Neuronal aggregates composed of mutant huntingtin within certain neuronal populations are a characteristic hallmark of HD. Because tissue transglutaminase (tTG) cross-links proteins into aggregates and polypeptide-bound glutamines are primary determining factors for tTG-catalyzed reactions, it has been hypothesized that tTG may contribute to the formation of aggregates.   • In this paper, physical properties of planting concrete using Recycled aggregates made with demolished concrete and construction wastes are investigated. According to the test results. It shows that recycled aggregates made with demolished concrete and construction wastes have low physical properties compared with crushed stone. But, recycled aggregates made with construction wastes shows better performance in absorption ratio, unit weight and thermal conductivity than crushed stone. According it is thought that they are available for being applied to planting concrete considering the sides of efficient recycling of construction wastes and saving the manufacturing cost.

  • To select the proper material for lean concrete, the recycled aggregates produced by 3 crushers, such as jaw, impact and mill-treated, were investigated for the gradation and the compaction, and strength of concrete made of them. The experiments for all the recycled aggregates used, showed that the cylinders made of them had 7-day compressive strengths over 50kgf/$cm_2$, the provision of qualification, and the OMCs are in the range 5.7% to 6.8%. Also, the unit cement contents for the impact-crushed are 158kg/$cm_2$.

Synthesis of Fluorescent Thiophene-derivatized Pentytiptycenes and Their Aggregate Behaviors

  • Thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes were synthesized and characterized by NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Aggregation behavior of thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes was monitored by the measurement of fluorescence. Fluorescence intensities for the thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes and thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes aggregates were compared. There is no shift in the maximum of the emission wavelength. In the range of water fraction between 20% and 40%, the emission intensity of thiophene-derivatized pentiptycene aggregates remains almost identical. Fluorescence efficiency incresaed by about 5 times higher when the thiophene-derivatized pentiptycenes forms the aggregates in solution.
