본 연구에서는 영상 콘텐츠의 표현밀도를 화면의 해상도와 피사체와의 거리감으로 정의하고, 표현밀도가 보는 이에게 미치는 감정의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 부산지역 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 61명에게 HDTV방송화면에서 캡처한 영상이미지를 제시하고, 즐거움, 흥분, 통제 3가지 차원의 감정측정을 위해 SAM평가를 실시하였다. 서로 다른 해상도에 대한 비교결과 저해상도보다 고해상도의 콘텐츠 이미지를 볼 때 즐거운, 흥분되는, 통제되지 않는 방향으로 나타났다. 또한 해상도가 연속해서 동일할 때보다 변화가 있을 때 감정 변화 폭이 크게 나타났는데, 고해상도를 보다가 저해상도 이미지를 볼 때 감정이 유쾌하지 않은, 차분해지는 경향을 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 통제 감정에 대해서는 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 피사체와의 거리감에 대해 근거리, 중거리, 원거리를 사후다중비교 결과 근거리의 경우 다른 경우들 보다 즐거운, 흥분되는, 통제되지 않는 감정의 값이 더 높아졌다. 다변량 검증결과 해상도와 거리감에 대한 즐거움과 흥분 감정차원은 정의 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Quick, accurate damage monitoring is strongly required for damage assessment in the aftermath of a large natural disaster. Wireless sensor networks are promising technologies to acquire damage information in a citywide area. The wireless sensor networks, however, would be faced with difficulty to collect data in real-time and to expand the scalability of the networks. This paper discusses a scheme of network architecture to cove a whole city in multi-tier heterogeneous networks, which consist of wireless sensor networks, access networks and a backbone network. We first review previous studies for citywide damage monitoring, and then discuss the feature of multi-tier heterogeneous networks to cover a citywide area.

Towards the second half of 20th century the fashion market has become increasely fragmented reflecting the pluality of cultures. As a result style no longer had time to accrue individuality and so people lost interest. In the aftermath of this fashion has turned its atten-tion to its materials for inspiration and inno-vation. Taking their inspiration for new working designers have began to explore diverse materials and expressive techniques of tex-ture. Textural expression can change the im-age of a garment even on with the same structural design. This study is to present the crinkle express-ive technique of texture through the applied examples in contemporary fashion and related backgrounds. The result of this study testified the import-ance of texture as plastic element through various techniques of crinkle; 1) creasing technique is reminiscent of the delphos of Fortuny by modern materials 2) twisting tech-nique is that finished garment is twisted and crumpled by hand 3) shirnking technique is recreated method that is crushed and tied for granting the human touch to the material.

제대군인의 취업률이 증가하지 못하는 원인은 글로벌 경제 위기의 여파로 전반적인 사회의 고용불안정성에 기인한 것으로 앞으로도 수년 동안 제대군인의 고용환경에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 군은 지난 20여 년간 제대군인 취업률 향상을 위해 노력함에도 불구하고 이와 같은 결과가 나타난 것은 전직지원과 관련한 교육지원정책의 보완이 필요한 것으로 판단되고, 이를 위해 국내 전직지원교육과 외국의 교육 실태를 조사하고 발전방향을 제시한다.

Historically, the name and scopes of Agricultural Engineering have changed considerably affected by many factors including global trend of Agricultural Engineering. There were times when this education program became unpopular but then again regained in the aftermath of economic crises. The afterward national policy has given big opportunity to resources based developments. Even though agriculture has shown its capability in maintaining local community to support their lives during the time of crises, the global markets have become the real threats. The challenge of Indonesian Agricultural Engineers now is how to produce agricultural commodities in any kind of forms but cheaper than the international price. Agricultural Engineering Education has to find a proper role of contribution to solve these problems. And, the education system of Agricultural Engineering itself has to be upgraded to some extend to anticipate changes of the global trends.

In France, arbitration, both domestic and international, has recently been subjected to a major reform. This article discusses the content of the 2011 reform and its aftermath, while putting into perspective the current arbitration act in South Korea, an arbitration-friendly jurisdiction that contemplates reforming its own law. The two legal systems are characterized by their concern for efficiency and rationalization of the arbitration proceedings, through the codification of essential principles previously established by case law and through the promotion of the independence of this ADR vis-$\grave{a}$-vis state courts. The efficiency consideration is strengthened at every stage of the proceedings: from the arbitration agreement often considered valid and rarely challenged, through the proceedings for annulment, recognition and enforcement of the award, up to the judicial assistance of the French supporting judge towards the actual arbitral proceedings. Finally, new concerns are emerging: the increase of transparency and the arbitrability of disputes in some uncertain fields of law.

The evolution of the stellar debris after tidal disruption due to the super massive black hole's tidal force is difficult to solve numerically because of the large dynamical range of the problem. We developed an SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) - TVD (Total Variation Diminishing) hybrid code in which the SPH is used to cover a widely spread debris and the TVD is used to compute the stream collision more accurately. While the code in the present form is not sufficient to obtain desired resoultion, it could provide a useful tool in studying the aftermath of the stellar disruption by a massive black hole.

In the aftermath of the financial crisis of 2008, while numerous members of the general public lost their homes and jobs, many of the largest banks held responsible for the crisis have been successfully rescued by bailouts. In this paper, through the analysis of income inequality, unemployment, tax cuts, and bailouts, we show that the interests of the general public are different from the interests of politicians and bankers. While the small elite group of politicians and bankers could set the deregulation policies with inordinate power based on full information, most people were ignorant and unconcerned about the policies, and hence did not oppose them. Specifically, we model the credit change in the financial markets of the United States by a finite state machine, and design three local supervisors representing three groups with different interests. It is then shown that the deregulation policies were adopted according to the difference of the supervisors' powers.

The overvoltage generated by the lightning strokes has been doing considerable damage to the distribution network as well as the consumer facility until now. Because most of the lightning strokes are accompanied by a storm, the aftermath of damage to the consumer is so serious. Therefore it is very important to survey the optimal operation plan by the field test of distribution lightning facilities. In this paper we have accomplished the field test to verify the impulse characteristic of Secondary Arrester(SA), and analyzed the effect of the SA in power distribution system.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the equity market crisis contagion in major Asian economic markets. A comparative assessment of Asian markets during the Asian Financial Crisis and Global Financial crisis may clearly identify the changing nature of long term integration of major Asian markets. The selection criteria of specific Asian markets of different peripheries depend particularly on the roles and structure of these markets. The impact of the global financial contagion and the lingering financial linkage in the aftermath of crisis will explain the reaction of the majority of Asian markets to global linkage. While majority of the studies focused on dynamic short term association in European and MENA contagions in the post global financial crisis period; after the global financial crisis, attention paid to long term Asian contagion adds new perspective to hitherto disorganized theories.
