  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to improve the level of acceptance of related technologies and the transition to smart factories of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by using 'technology readiness' and 'integrated technology acceptance model'. To this end, the research hypothesis was verified by collecting questionnaire data from 130 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea and conducting path analysis. 간호대학생의 아동간호학 실습 전 정서상태 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A study on related factors of nursing students' emotional state before child nursing practicum)

  • 본 연구는 아동간호학 실습 전 정서상태를 확인하여 아동간호학 실습 교육 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 얻기 위해 PANAS를 이용하여 간호학과 3학년 학생 143명을 대상으로 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 정적정서는 남학생이, 부적정서는 여학생 유의하게 높았으며, 정적 부적정서 미치는 영향요인 규명을 위한 다중회귀분석에서 전공만족도, 성격유형, 간호학 선택동기 및 실습예정 병원유형이 정적정서에의 영향요인이었던 반면 성별이 부적정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이들 변수들의 정적, 부적정서에의 설명력은 각각 22.8%, 7.8%이었다. 간호대학생의 아동간호학 실습 전 느끼는 부적정서의 원인을 규명하는 질적연구를 통해 아동간호학 실습 전 정서중재 프로그램의 시행이 필요하다. 또한 실습 전후의 정서상태를 비교하는 실험연구 및 기타 간호학 학과목 실습과 관련된 간호대학생의 정서상태의 비교 연구 시행을 제언한다.

  • 이 연구는 민간경비업 종사자의 직무특성이 특성불안 및 과업수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 2011년 서울 소재 경찰청에 등록된 민간경비 회사에 재직하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 선정한 후 판단표집법(judgment sampling method)을 이용하여 총 300명을 표집하였으나, 최종 분석에 투입된 사례수는 266명이다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도분석의 알파값과 공변량구조분석의 최대우도법을 이용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통해 이 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비업 종사자의 과업중요성은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비업 종사자의 피드백은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무자율성은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 민간경비업 종사자의 피드백은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무자율성은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 여섯째, 민간경비업 종사자의 기술다양성은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 일곱째, 민간경비업 종사자의 특성불안은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다.

임상간호사의 성격특성이 직무스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of clinical nurse's personality on job stress and organizational effectiveness)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of clinical nurse's locus of control of personality on job stress and job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness. Methods : The subjects were 463 staff nurses, who were employed in four university hospitals located in Seoul, Pusan and Kyungki-do. Data was collected from October 4th to October 14th in 2000 by a self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by the SAS for the general characteristics of the subjects, descriptive statistics, test for reliability and correlations. The effect of variables were tested using the Lisrel 8.12(a) program. Results : With the findings from this study, the internal-external locus of control affects job stress directly. Also it affects job satisfaction directly and via job stress indirectly. But it affects organizational commitment only via job stress and job satisfaction indirectly. Direct effect of locus of control to organizational commitment is not significant. Job stress affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness directly. Finally, job satisfaction was direct predictor of organizational commitment. Conclusion : Therefore, nursing managers ought to develop social learning programs to change the perception of individual personality and job stress management programs in order to improve organizational effectiveness.

물류서비스품질과 관계지향성이 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향 - 3PL 기업의 물류배송품질을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Logistics Service Quality and Relationship Orientation on Supply Chain Performance - Focusing on Delivery Quality of 3PL Firms -)

  • In this study, we will conduct an empirical study to see how the 3PL firm's logistics service quality and relationship orientation affects the supply chain performance. To examine the research model and hypotheses, we have used an empirical method based on the field survey in which most of measurements used and verified in previous studies are selected as measurements. The results of our empirical study can be summarized as follows: First, it can be shown that higher level of logistics service quality not only affects satisfaction and relationship orientation positively, but also improves supply chain performance. Second, it can be also shown that satisfaction for logistics service quality affects relationship orientation between shipper and 3PL firm positively. Finally, it can be shown that relationship orientation affects supply chain performance positively. This paper presents much implications both theoretical and practical side.

금융기관에서 관계편익이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 구조적 영향 (The Structural Effects of Relational Benefits on Brand Loyalty in Financial Institute)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) on customer's brand loyalty in the holistic perspective of relational benefits, relationship quality and relation value. This paper attempted to find out the psychological process that links the relational benefits and brand loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to VIP customers and general customers of major domestic banks. The proposed research model is empirically tested using 324 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23. Results: This research indicated the partially positive relationship between the relational benefits and relation values, and between relational benefits and relationship quality. The relation value and relationship quality positively affects the relation commitment and the relation commitment also positively affects brand loyalty. This study also shows that the relation value affects the brand loyalty through the mediation of relation commitment, but also the relationship quality affects the brand loyalty through the media of relation commitment. Conclusions: This study investigates the role of perceptional factors(relational value and relationship quality) and affective factors(relation commitment) to find the relationship between relational benefits and brand loyalty. It also suggest the relative influence of relational benefits on relation value.

초등학교 아동의 자아존중감과 어머니의 애정적 양육행동에 관한 연구 (Influence of Affectionate Child-Rearing Behavior on Primary School Children's Self Esteem)

  • The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of affectionate child-rearing behavior on children's self esteem. The sample group was composed of 200 forth and sixth grade elementary school students. The statistics used for this data were frequency, percentile, averages, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings of the research were as follows: First, the scores of affectionate child-rearing behavior(3.60), global self-worth(3.58), social acceptance(3.46) and behavior conduct(3.28) were higher than the mean scores. On the contrary the scores of cognitive ability(2.95), physical ability(2.94) and physical appearance(2.85) were lower than the mean scores. Second, there were significant differences in cognitive ability based on gender(p<.01) and global self-worth based on grade(p<.05). Third, the influence of affectionate child-rearing behavior on children's self esteem was found to be significant due to the sub-areas of self-esteem. Affectionate child-rearing behavior affects all sub-areas of self-esteem. Affectionate child-rearing behavior affects cognitive ability(p<.001), physical ability(p<.01), physical appearance(p<.01), social acceptance(p<.001), behavior conduct(p<.01) and global self-worth(p<.001). In addition, gender(p<.01) affects cognitive ability and grade(p<.05) affects global self-worth.

Factors Affecting User Acceptance of Mobile Commerce Services

  • Growth in the use of mobile commerce services (MCS) as an enabler to conduct business more effectively has been phenomenal. Technology acceptance model (TAM) has been applied in different contexts to examine a wide range of information technology. As more and more companies are finding ways to utilize MCS, an important issue is to understand what factors will affect the decisions of consumers in adopting the services. Based on TAM with two additional groups of external factors (i.e., service-related factors [ubiquitous access and contextual service] and technology-related factors [perceived security risk and network connectivity]) that are theoretically justified to affect both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are also considered, a research model for the investigated technology acceptance was developed and empirically examined. The major results of this study are as follows. First, ubiquitous access affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Contextual service affects perceived usefulness. Second, perceived security risk affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Finally, network connectivity affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

How Entrepreneurial Proclivity Affects Job Engagement and Satisfaction of Retail Employees

  • Purpose - This research examined whether entrepreneurial proclivity of retail employees affects job engagement and satisfaction, which are job-related positive aspects; and whether job engagement affects job satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - To accomplish this purpose, data were collected for 224 retail employees working in the distribution industry in the Republic of Korea. Reliability, validity, and hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling, and mediating effects of job engagement between entrepreneurial proclivity and job satisfaction were verified through the bootstrap method by using the process model. Results - The results show that innovativeness and progressiveness in entrepreneurial proclivity positively affected job engagement and job satisfaction, but risk-taking did not affect either job engagement or job satisfaction. Also, this research confirmed that job engagement positively affects job satisfaction. Conclusions - This study contributes to the retail literature by applying the concept of entrepreneurial proclivity in the retail employee context. This study puts forward empirical evidence that identifies the effect of entrepreneurial proclivity as a job resource that influences job engagement and job satisfaction in the JD-R model. Thus, this study surmounts the limitation of prior studies by examining entrepreneurial proclivity from the aspect of retail employees.

베이커리 제품의 영양학적 정보가 지각된 위험과 소비자 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perceived Risk and Consumers' Evaluation Based on the Nutritional Information of Bakery Products)

  • Consumers purchase bakery products and evaluate them with various wants and needs when they need them. It shows that there are changes and improvements in quality factors like nutritional consideration rather than simply eating for survival. The purpose of this study was to research how well the consumers perceive necessary nutritional information, how nutritional information on bakery products affects the consumers' perceived risk and evaluation, and how consumers' perceived risk on bakery products affects their evaluation on them. The research was done through surveys for the people in the Busan Metropolitan area. 200 out of 250 answers were used in analyzing frequency, factor, and simple regression through SPSS Win 10. The findings were as follows; first, the more nutritional information consumers have, the less perceived risk they feel, i.e., positive nutritional information affects reducing the consumers' perceived risk. Second, as perceived risk gets reduced, consumers' evaluation on bakery products has meaningful influence on their perceived risk level. Third, these consumers' perceived risk affects their evaluation on bakery products meaningfully. The results of this study can be the meaningful base of information sources in establishing marketing strategies in bakery industry.
