지루함, 공적 자의식, 스타일 지향성이 인터넷 구매에 미치는 영향 (The influences of boredom proneness, public self-consciousness, and dressing style on internet shopping)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influences of psychological variables and fashion-related psychological variables on purchasing fashion items on the Internet. Boredom proneness and public self-consciousness were selected as psychological variables, and dressing style was selected as a fashion-related psychological variable. It was hypothesized that boredom proneness and public self-consciousness not only influence the purchasing frequency of fashion items on the Internet directly, but also indirectly through dressing style. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul using convenience sampling. Two hundred and eighty-six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. SPSS was used for exploratory factor analysis, and AMOS was used for hypothesized relationship testing. The factor analysis of boredom proneness revealed five dimensions, "helplessness," "affective response," "lack of internal stimulation," "lack of external stimulation," and "perception of time." The factor analysis of public self-consciousness revealed two dimensions, "appearance-consciousness" and "style-consciousness," and the factor analysis of dressing style revealed one dimension. The overall fit of the hypothesized model suggests that the model fits the data well. The hypothesized relationship test proved that boredom proneness and public self-consciousness influence the purchasing frequency of fashion items on the Internet indirectly through dressing style. The results implicate effective strategies for Internet shopping malls and suggestions for future study.

국내 기초간호학 교육에 대한 학습법 관련 연구 분석 (The Analysis of Studies Related to the Learning Methods of Biological Nursing Subjects in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of studies related to the learning methods of biological nursing subjects in Korea. Methods: Five databases (KoreaMed, KMbase, NDSL, KISS, KiSTi) and grey literature were searched prior to February 2018. A total 12 studies met the inclusion criteria including 11 articles and 1 proceeding. Results: We included five experimental studies, five non-experimental studies, and two mixed method studies. First, most of the studies that applied a learning method focused on the subject of human anatomy and physiology; team-based learning was the method that was utilized the most. Second, the necessity of well-designed research was confirmed because the quality of included studies was low. Third, the research variables identified were mainly concentrated on the affective domain, and included satisfaction, motivation, self-efficacy, self-directed learning, confidence, attitude. We confirmed the need to develop a learning program that can also improve the cognitive and psychomotor domain variables in future research. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that further research should be conducted with consideration the domain of research variables evenly. In addition, future studies should apply various learning methods and included randomized controlled trials.

조직미덕이 조직구성원의 태도에 미치는 영향 -정서적 몰입과 집단적 자긍심을 매개로- (The impact of virtuous behavior in organization on the employee's attitude : Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Affective Commitment and Collective Self Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 조직내부와 조직외부를 향한 조직의 미덕적 행위가 조직구성원에게 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지 보고자 하였다. 연구1에서는 국내기업의 직장인들을 대상으로 국내 기업의 미덕적 행위에 대해서 파악하였으며 이러한 미덕적 행위가 결과적으로 조직 구성원에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관해서 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구1의 결과를 기반으로 연구2에서는 국내 기업 253명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 실증적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구1의 결과, 국내 직장인들은 조직미덕을 조직내부(조직 구성원)를 위한 미덕행위와 조직외부(사회)를 위한 미덕행위로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입을 불러 일으켰으며 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위는 집단적 자긍심을 발생시켰다. 연구2의 결과, 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입을 매개로 조직시민행동과 조직 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 감정적 소진에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 밝혀냈다. 한편, 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위 역시 집단적 자긍심에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위는 집단적 자긍심을 매개로 조직시민행동과 조직 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 감정적 소진에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 검증하였다.

럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화가 고객의 웰빙 지각도, 호의적 평가, 정서적 몰입 및 헌신적인 행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 브랜드 의식도의 조절 효과 (The Impact of Brand Prestige on Patrons' Perception of Well-Being, Favorable Inequity, Affective Commitment, and Dedicational Behaviors in Luxury Restaurants: The Moderating Role of Brand Consciousness)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화가 고객의 웰빙 지각도, 호의적 평가, 감정적인 충성도, 그리고 헌신적인 행위에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 문헌 분석을 통하여, 제시된 마케팅 개념들간의 이론적 인과관계가 도출되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 11 개의 가설들이 도출되었다. 또한 이 과정에서, 고객들의 브랜드 의식도가 조절 변수로 작용할 수 있다는 이론적 가설이 제시되었다. 도출된 이론적 가설들을 종합하여 구조 모델이 도출되었으며, 이 개념적 모텔은 527명의 미국 럭셔리 레스토랑 고객을 대상으로 하여 수거된 데이터로 검증되었다. 데이터 분석에는 AMOS 6.0 버전이 사용되었으며, 데이터 분석 결과, 럭셔리 레스토랑의 브랜드 명품화는 고객의 웰빙 지각도와 호의적 평가에 긍정적으로 작용하여, 결국 두가지 헌신적 행위(enhancement와 advocacy)를 유도한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한 이 과정에서 고객들의 브랜드 의식도는 조절 효과로 작용한다는 것이 검증되었다. 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 하여 이론적 실무적 시사점들이 논의되었다.

유통업체 서비스품질이 몰입, 구전의도와 관계성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 한국과 중국 소비자를 중심으로 (A Study on Service Quality, Commitment Dimensions and Relationship Effect: Focusing on Korean and Chinese Consumers)

  • 중국경제의 비약적인 발전과 내수시장의 성장으로 유통업체들의 중국진출이 가속화되면서 중국 시장과 소비자에 대한 정확한 이해가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국과 중국 소비자들의 할인점 서비스품질에 대한 인식과 몰입차원의 중요성, 그리고 관계성과 변수인 구전의도와 관계유지의도 간의 관련성에 대해 차이점을 비교 연구하였다. 연구모형에 제시된 가설들을 검증하기위해 LISREL을 통한 경로분석을 실시하였으며 가설 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질 차원이 규범적 몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어, 서비스품질 차원 중 유형성, 신뢰성 및 반응성은 몰입 차원 중 규범적 몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질 차원이 정서적 몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어, 서비스품질 차원 중 유형성을 제외한 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성 및 공감성은 몰입 차원 중 정서적 몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스품질 차원이 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어, 서비스품질 차원 중 유형성과 신뢰성은 몰입 차원 중 지속적 몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 몰입 차원 간의 관계에 있어, 정서적 몰입은 규범적 몰입에, 지속적 몰입은 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 몰입 차원이 구전의도와 관계유지 의도에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

범이론적 모형을 기초로 한 보건소 금연클리닉 등록자의 6개월 금연성공요인 (Factors affecting the Success of Smoking Cessation for Six Months in the Smoking Cessation Clinic of a Public Health Center Based on the Trans?theoretical Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting on the successful cessation of smoking for six months in the smoking cessation clinic of a public health center. Methods: The subjects of this study were 568 adult smokers who had registered in the smoking cessation clinic of a public health center in B City. Data were analyzed through $x^2$-test, t-test, and logistic regression using the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: Identified factors affecting the successful cessation of smoking for six months were service type, number of counseling, alcohol problem, previous quit-smoking trial, dependency on nicotine, CO level in expiration at the first visit time, self-reevaluation, helping relationship, negative/affective situational temptation, and Cons. Conclusion: Trans-theoretical Model variables were confirmed as factors affecting the success of smoking cessation. Based on the results of this study, a smoking cessation program was suggested, which uses Trans-theoretical Model variables affecting smoking cessation for six months in a public health center.

Effects of Sex Role Attitudes on Body Image and Appearance Management Behavior of Men in their 20s

  • The purpose of this study is to classify men in their 20s by their sex role attitudes, and to study their appearance management behavior and inner characteristic variables such as socio-cultural attitudes on appearance and bodily image, which are expected to influence the appearance management behavior of each classified group. For this, a survey of 393 males in the 20s in Seoul and metropolitan areas was conducted. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and F-test were conducted on the data. First, as a result of analysis on sex role attitudes, four groups were categorized: Masculinity, Femininity, Androgyny and Undifferentiation. Second, the analysis of individual variables resulted in appearance management behavior being separated into five categories: Interests in fashion, Proper choice of clothing, Importance of bodily attractiveness, Pursuit for personality and Complementation of physical weaknesses. The socio-cultural attitude on 'appearance' was sub-categorized into Internalization, and Awareness, while 'body image' was divided into Cognitive behavioral and Affective aspects. Regarding differences in socio-cultural attitudes for appearance, body image and metro-sexual lifestyle attitudes, the androgyny group produced the highest scores. Based on these results, it can be concluded that people who take care of their physical appearance, cope effectively with social and circumstantial requirements for happiness and success, and respond flexibly and affirmatively.

환경변화, 프롬트 및 피드백이 음식물 쓰레기 감량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Prompts, Environmental Alteration, and Feedback on Reduction of Food Wastes)

  • This study examined the effects of prompts, environmental alteration, and feedback on reduction of food wastes. The study was conducted at a student restaurant at a university. Subjects in this study were college students, faculty members and administrative staffs at the university. An A-BC-BCD-BC within subject design was employed. After baseline phase(A), prompts and environmental alteration were manipulated in the second phase(BC). In the next phase(BCD), feedback was added in addition to the prompts and environmental alteration. In the last phase(B), all the treatments except environmental alteration were withdrawn. The dependent variables n cluded (1) total weight of food waste per day, (2), the weight of food waster per person, (3) the ratio of food waste to total food served per day, (4) total amount of monetary value for food waste to total food served per day. The results indicated that prompts and environmental alteration were affective in reducing food wastes. Thus, measures of all the dependent variables decreased when environmental alteration and prompts were manupulated. However, when feedbacks were added to prompts and environmental alteration, the additional effect of feedback was not observed. The implications and limitations of these findings were discussed and the directions of future studies were also proposed.

간호사의 보상에 대한 인식과 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurses' Perception of Reward and Organizational Commitment on Their Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to measure nurses' perception of reward, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and to examine the effect of the first two variables on turnover intention. Methods: This study was cross-sectional survey. Data were collected from 400 nurses working at 8 general hospitals in 6 cities from May 28 to July 18, 2008. Result: Nurses perceived that reward was 'important', and organizational commitment and turnover intention were 'middle'. Being under 30 years old the unmarried staff nurses' organizational commitment was significantly low in statistics and their turnover intention was high. The only financial reward had a positive relationship with turnover intention, and organizational commitment had a negative relationship. The influence variables on turnover intention were affective commitment, period of expected work, financial reward, age, normative commitment, and the explanation power of them was 57.2%. Conclusion: It is concluded that the manager working at a small-middle sized general hospitals in Korean provinces should develop and apply the strategies that can improve nurses' organizational commitment. And they also have to make their organizational reward system keep appropriately.

어머니의 양육 행동특성과 초등학생의 식습관에 관한 연구 (The Relationship between the Eating Habits of Elementary School Students and Parenting Behavior Characteristics)

  • The object of this study was to investigate the relationship between the eating habits of high(4th, 5th, 6th) grade elementary school students and parental behavior characteristics(affection, rational guidance, overprotect and neglect). The parenting behavior scale and demographic variables, eating habits and food frequency were administered to the subjects. In this investigation, the subjects were 396 boys and 337 girls in Chunju city in Korea, 50.1% of the mothers was in the age from 35 to 39 years and 57.8% of the mother had an occupation. Data were analyzed by using a SPSS PS package. Significant differences and correlation among variables were determined by the frequency, $x^2-test$ and pearson's correlation coefficient. Eating habits was significantly influenced by mother's employment status, but was not affected by the levels of mother's education and income. Parental behavior characteristics was significantly related to the children's snacks habits(p<0.05, p<0.01), but have no connection with dietary habits and the eating out. The survey revealed higher percentage of the children who had taken affectionate, reasonable and positively reinforced child care, answered they enjoy meals and the other groups answered they did not. Also frequency of having soup, green vegetables, fruits, dairy products had positive relationship with affective, reasonable rearing attitude, but negative relationship with neglective rearing attitude. And the survey showed children who were reared in overprotect had chocolate, candy and the like in large quantities.
