Purpose: This study aims to enhance airport service quality by examining their impact on brand image, advocacy, and mediating brand trust in the aviation service distribution sector. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Using existing literature, we propose a structural model exploring the relationships between key components which are service quality, brand trust, brand Image and brand advocacy. An online survey, based on prior literature, was administered to 287 Koreans who have experienced using facilities or services at Incheon International Airport (IIA). Statistical analysis employed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling (SEM). Results: Research findings show significant impacts of airport service quality on brand trust. Increased brand trust positively influences airport brand image and advocacy. Conclusion: The study emphasizes the aviation industry's potential to boost brand trust through improved airport service quality via users' interactions. Service quality is critical factors in building brand trust. The findings emphasize the critical role of service quality in fostering brand trust. It underscores the importance of user's satisfaction with service quality in fostering brand trust which can lead to brand image and brand advocacy. The aviation industry should formulate policies and strategies to enhance brand trust improved service quality, thereby improving brand image and brand advocacy.

The purpose of this study is to examine the Korean social workers' level of social work values and advocacy(attitudes and strategies) and to verify the relations among social work education, social work advocacy and social work values by examining whether social work education influences social work advocacy and social work values, and whether social work values affect social work advocacy. Further, this study wishes to confirm not only the direct effect that social work education has on social work advocacy, but also how social work education indirectly influences social work advocacy through social work values as a mediator. The research of this study was conducted on 242 social workers who have obtained social worker licenses and are currently working in the community centers. As survey tools, this study utilized social work advocacy attitudes, social work advocacy strategies, outcomes of social work education, social work values, self-esteem and locus of control. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC+ 12.0 for descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression. The research hypothesis was established according to the analysis method of the testing mediation of Baron & Kenny (1986) in order to examine whether social work values intervene between social work education and social work advocacy. The results of the hypothesis test confirm that social work values on the social level serve as a mediator variable.

Recently, rights advocacy in disabled welfare centers is one of the most important estimation and also transition of paradigm. However it is difficult to define rights advocacy specifically, so each disabled welfare center goes to conceptualize rights advocacy based on practical experiences. Study of practical recognition of the advocacy rights of social workers in disabled welfare centers provides greater foundation to establishing specific concept and direction of rights advocacy. Method of this research is analysis of metaphors, figuring out concepts and perception of social workers through survey. Analysis of metaphors is a method of analyzing a person's perception in specific context and situation by providing a concrete explanation of new thing, that is, basis of metaphor and analyzing it later. As a result of this research, it is shown that ideological type(necessary thing) and practical type(being together) are the perceptions about rights advocacy of social workers, and rights advocacy is recognized as 'practical concept' which plan and provide direct service at fields. According to these results, policy and environment should be constructed to provide advocacy services at welfare fields, reflecting these perceptions of social workers. Also this should be reflected on practical fields for them to learn appropriately and practice rights advocacy.

This study examined the role of citizen advocates in advocating for people with developmental disabilities. Citizen advocacy refers to activities that advocate and represent citizens on behalf of those who are socially vulnerable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role concept of citizen advocates by conducting focus group interviews and dividing the 13 citizen advocates with developmental disabilities into 4 groups. It is divided into four main subjects and nine sub-themes. The main theme are 'Self-transformation of the parties', 'Restoring the rights of the parties', 'Being with the parties', and 'Expanding the world of the parties'. Sub-themes are 'Recognizing and solving the problem of self', 'Granting role to speak', 'Recovering the initiative of service use', 'Restoring the rights of existing (family and neighbor), "Preventing money harm" "Speaking instead", "Encouraging and petting people", "Promoting change in the community", and "Expanding the size of the world a little bit". Based on this, we discussed the importance of citizen advocacy as a preventive advocacy system, the relationship between citizen advocacy and professional advocacy system, the difference between volunteer and personal assistants and citizen advocacy, and considerations for citizen advocacy.

This research purports to examine the mediating effects of right perception and performance at service processes in relationship to the social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As the research method, 198 social workers were surveyed, and structural equation was used for analysis. The research findings showed that the professionalism of social workers had a direct influence on right perception, right performances at service processes and user-advocacy. However, right perception at service processes do not have a direct influence on user advocacy. In addition to this right perception and performances at service processes was proven to be an important mediator between a social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As a result, this research has implied the necessity for social work practice to promote user-advocacy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a script intervention based on multimedia on the verbal and behavioral self-advocacy skill of elementary school students with disabilities. A multiple probe baseline design across subjects had been used with 4 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed all participants showed significant increase of verbal and behavioral self-advocacy performance in asking for help, expressing one's opinions, and coping with violations, and the effects were maintained. The intervention was more effective for verbal self-advocacy than behavioral. Some suggestions for future study are discussed.

Traditional healers in Ghana are so near to the health needs and aspirations of the majority of people who live mostly in the rural areas, yet have been excluded from the formal health care delivery system. Medical systems in Africa and around the globe have broad-ranging ties to the cosmology and the way of life of a people. However, in Ghana, colonialism and external orientation have had a negative influence on Traditional Medicine (TRM). Thus, in Ghana, Traditional healers can be described as a marginalized group and yet their roles in effective delivery of primary and mental health care cannot be overemphasized. This paper elucidates advocacy work toward medical pluralism in Ghana. First, the influence of colonialism on TRM is briefly examined, followed by highlights on advocacy work intended to include TRM in the health care system. Based on "small wins", challenges, successes, and prospects of our advocacy are discussed.

Despite the rapid reorganization of the center of consumption online, the fashion industry is still strengthening brand marketing using offline stores. This study investigates the psychological mechanisms of shopping flow by three mediators that influence the e-word of mouth(e-WOM) as a marketing performance variable in recent marketing. Data collection was conducted online for 241 women in their 20s and 30s. The significance of multi-mediated pathways was verified using Process 3.5 Model 6. The results for multiple mediation paths are as follows. First, the direct effect of shopping flow on brand advocacy was not significant. Second, analysis of the significance of the indirect effect via simple mediation found that the path mediated by shopping value in the path from the shopping flow to brand advocacy was significant. Third, analysis of the indirect effect by double mediation revealed all three double mediating effects of shopping flow on brand advocacy were significant(emotional response and shopping value, emotional response and store attachment, shopping value and store attachment). Fourth, analysis of the significance of the indirect effect by sequential multiple mediation established the indirect effect leading to emotional response, shopping value, and store attachment was significant. These results indicate that the operation of an experiential fashion store is not just a means for sales, but a communication tool that improves and promotes the brand advocacy by providing brand experience in a store.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the general characteristics, effect size, and qualitative indicators of self-advocacy studies of people with developmental disabilities published in domestic academic journals and theses. For this purpose, among a total of 2153 papers related to self-advocacy published from 2000 to 2023, 41 studies with developmental disabilities as the keyword were selected, and the specific research results are as follows. Based on the results of this study, when developing a language intervention program related to self-advocacy for people with developmental disabilities, it is recommended to develop an intervention program based on the number of sessions of 10-19 in a learning situation with 20-30 people in adolescents and adults, or during the transition period. There are many studies limited to educational aspects such as special education and integrated education, and by applying this, it is hoped that a self-advocacy language intervention program will be developed at the level of language rehabilitation that can effectively and sophisticatedly assert self-assertion and self-rights after experiencing difficulties in communication.

Library professionals should do their best themselves to develop libraries in the diversified society of 21st century. This study suggests library professionals' participation on library related committees and advocacy to develop libraries. If library professionals participating on library related committees bring understanding of other committee members to the importance of the role of libraries and librarians, this effort results the development of an individual library and the all libraries in Korea. This study examines how to develop libraries by the library professionals' participation on the committees of public and academic libraries and school committees and advocacy.
