Cultural heritage means a great lot to a nation's social system and its people's behavior consciousness and plays an important role in its self-development and improvement. It is essential for a nation's self-education and renewal. Improper cultural heritage will be disastrous because it may fall a nation into a loss of terrible chaos. Only the proper cultural heritage can make it always self-awaking, self-correcting and remaining vital in life. This paper, from the perspective of Choi Bu's Pyohaerok, makes a thorough analysis of the unbalance heritage of Chinese ancient culture for thousands of years. For example, many fine traditions gradually vanished in our actual life or only take half their life in heritage nowadays, such as our ancient broad and profound Confucian etiquette, ancient exquisite brocade art and architecture, ancient advanced ship-building technology and many other advanced numerous technological inventions; however, too much unwanted cultural rubbish keeps constant prevailing and takes repeated successions in the life, such as the heavy-form-and-light-content management mode, borrowing power to do evil, neglecting technological inventions long time and generally believing in ghost theory,etc.. This paper mainly focuses on the partial successions of the bad cultural heritage and its bad influence on the country, and concludes that it is just that that makes the country more and more backward. Therefore, the paper makes some pondering over these issues and proposes some related ideas of country-building to attract others participation to deal with them.

Purpose : This study aimed to improve quality of prehospital emergency care for the insect bite patients by figuring out its current situations and problems. Methods : This study was conducted to 219 insect bite patients who were transferred to the hospital by 119 ambulance in D-City from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011. This study was a descriptive study by 119 run sheets. A total of 171 emergency medical technicians(EMTs) working in D-city and C-province completed the questionnaire. All of data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results : Among the 219 patients, bee sting accounted for 62.6% and wasp sting accounted for 20.1%. Some patients complained of dizziness, headache, dyspnea, and disturbance of consciousness. The 119 EMTs initially treated the patients with oxygen supply to 57 patients (31.1%). Knowledge toward insect bite was statistically significant (p=.000) between advanced EMTs and basic EMTs. The obstacle to the prehospital care, many EMTs answered that the obstacle was due to the lack of 119 EMTs. Conclusion : It is necessary to differentiate the patients' symptoms and provide the better prehospital emergency care to verify the exact symptoms and signs.

Medical technology being developed, the increase of the aged population brings about many changes in financial standard, consciousness and lifestyle. And the increase of a nuclear family and a professional woman makes their family not to be able to support them anymore. Because aged people also don't want to rely on their family, aged people households are growing gradually. These causes make a house and a living environment of aged people to new social problems and these became elements to determine the living quality. In case of advanced nations a house considered of the physical character of aged people has been planned and they can live with various services in their houses and community that they are living without moving: But a hou! se for aged people is initial stage in Korea. And most facilities are poor and just for protection and accommodation. Although concerning a house for the aged according to revised the aged welfare law, companies are waiting to build because of problems of cognition and regulation. Therefore the plan considered of the character of the aged is being needed for the independent and comfortable living of the aged.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-Learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The understanding of the e-Learning in university should be reconsidered and diffused. To activate the e-Learning in university, the education system corresponding to course of the coming education should be introduced by hold the seminar and workshop periodically and establish vision and middle-short range policy for the e-Learning. Also, university should manage by characterizing a web-based class with the major for a learner hoping to take a cyber education course and propel contents development and interchange with a foreign university by concluding a convention for taking lectures having competitive power of an advanced country to make a worldwide university.

This study based on Sa rye pyun ram(四禮便覽) by Lee Jae which are Chosun Dynasty book about the rules in a wedding ceremony. And the research examine into the understand how to the procedure, the true meanings about korea traditional wedding and general opinion of wedding custom. The instrument is the questionnaires, which is analyzed finally through data processing with 129 of wedding venders. The data analyze by making use of SPSS program were frequency analysis, ANOVA, $x^2$-test, pearson's correlation analysis. The summary of a result is as follows. First, the wedding awareness of wedding venders about Eou hon(議婚) is on a high level but Nab chae(納采) is low. Second, wedding venders are knowing with "Hon suh ji(letter), four season cloth, blue-red satin, shell goods" in a Nab peau(納幣) and with "jujube, beef, chicken, Gu jel pan(accompaniment to a drink), alcohol in a Peau back(幣帛). Third, wedding venders are answered that acceded to "Peau back" and "traditional wedding ceremony' but needed no "gifts & cloths for wedding". Forth, the understanding of wedding procedure (婚禮節次) is on a low, especially Bon ray(本禮).

Main elements in definition of space value were physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics in the past. Howener recently, definition of space value is changing by being advanced about study concerned with human's cognition and thinking way in definition and analysis of space. As you see, cognitive psychologists have emphasized the importance of human's cognitive structure and process and studied diverse aspects of human's thinking ; consciousness, perception, memory, image, language, decision-making, inference, and so on. Therefore main elements in definition of space value are five-dimensional, psychological, symbolic, mental, emotional characteristics above physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics. As mentioned above, the conversion of thinking focused on reason to thinking focused on human's spirit and emotion is achieved in contemporary architecture and 'human's experience' in space becomes a very important factor. For that reason, the purpose of this study is consideration of human's cognitive process in space by conversion of thinking and gives a definition about experience. And, I would like to define 'experience design' whose main attribute is experience in space and establish theoretical basis of experience design through theoretical researches about experience. This study on experience design that induces users to participate in space and stimulate human's spirit is a important point in definition of space value not only contemporary interior architecture but also prospective generation.

Depending on changes in industrial structure, industrial accident preventive measures have been developed in various forms. The focus for prevention of industrial accidents had been changed from part of the hardware to behavior and consciousness of workers. According to the change of focus, Korea's industrial accident preventive measures also has been adjusted to voluntary safety and health considering the safety culture and such attempts of preventive measures has contributed for reducing the accident rate. Safety culture is difficult to access due to the fact that factors that make up the safety culture are comprehensive and varied and there are many of external factors that affect to the safety culture. Moreover, there is a limit for applying specific preventive measures. Because, management culture or value of enterprises is various depending on each country or region. Nevertheless, looking at previous studies of advanced countries, they are presenting the fact that safety leadership has greater influence to formation of the safety culture. As a result, we study the Influence of manager's safety leadership that effect on safety culture. we want to propose the way to activate safety culture in workplace and to contribute for safety culture research.

Conceptually, the emergency is classified as an urgency and an emergency. The Urgency is not immediately life threatening, but could become so if not resolved promptly. So, it requires prompt patient care same as in the emergency situation. However, the emergency is immediately life threatening and requires immediate action, such as calling 119 and basic life support. Most medical emergencies in the dental clinic cases are urgencies. The incidence of true emergencies is approximately 1/1,000,000. Adequate managing medical urgencies are important because the chance of encountering medical emergencies in the dental clinic is high and higher these days especially because of rapidly aging Korean society. Many dentists indicate that many dentists feel difficulties to recognize and treat medical problems. This paper reviews the concept of medical emergencies and how to cope with commonly occurring urgencies in the dental clinic such as loss of consciousness, hypoglycemia, hyperventilation syndrome. The best treatment for medical urgencies and emergencies in the dental clinic is prevention. Also, it is required to make preparation for emergency situations such as CPR education for dentists and being well-acquainted with equipment and drugs for the emergency care as well as to systemic medical evaluation, patient monitoring, and sedations for controlling patient's anxiety and pain. In this paper, simple algorithms based on guidelines for common urgencies in the dental clinic are suggested. In conclusion, every dentist has competencies to do the urgency care adequately and basic life support. Also, advanced cardiac life support is strongly recommended when sedation is performed in the clinic.

As the importance of eco-friendly and energy saving issues are emphasized in lighting as consciousness about energy saving is elated worldwide, demand for natural resources such as gas increases, supply of LED lighting is spread. Owing to white LED's development and price fall. It is expected to LED High Luminance Emitting Diode. LED's brightness and long life-time that surpass fluorescent light in the latest as well as is used by back light source of thin film LCD, low electric power attrition rate by advantage do and widen the market at the world lighting lamp market that is potential market. Accordingly, study about suitability of LED lighting is activated but space that apply actual LED lighting fixtures yet is less and advanced researches about LED fixtures' applied apaces are slight compared to existing light source up to now because is not many on this. The result of the experiment shows similar tendency with the existing light sources'. Through a psychological reaction experiment in the LED lighting experiencing space that can control of color temperature and lighting level, this study is wished to use to the data for lighting design of space that LED lighting fixtures are applied hereafter.

This study pointed out the reality that many novice Korean language teachers who lack rater training are scoring the learners' writing skill. The study performed and analyzed a case where pre-service teachers were educated in order to explore the possibility of promoting rater training in a Korean language teacher training course. The pre-service teachers majoring in Korean language education at the graduate school scored TOPIK compositions and were provided feedback by the FACETS program, which were further discussed at the rater meeting. In three scoring processes, the raters scored with conscious of own rating patterns and showed positive change or over correction due to excessive consciousness. Consequentially, ongoing training can improve rating ability, and considering the fact that professional rater training is hard to progress, the method composed of FACETS analysis and rater training revealed positive effects. On the other hand, the rater training including native Korean and non-native(Chinese) speakers together showed no significant difference by mother tongue but by individual difference. This can be interpreted as a positive implication to the rating reliability of non-native speakers possessing advanced Korean language abilities. However, this must be supplemented through extended research.
