Indexes of safety, restoration, damage impact, and management reliability were developed to assess reliability of drinking water distribution networks (DWDNs) management. The developed indexes were applied to evaluate the reliability of the pipeline management stage during unexpected mechanical and hydraulic accidents of components. The results were used to support the decision-making process in effective management and maintenance by enhancing the administrator's system understanding and by helping to create appropriate maintenance and management policies. The results of this study indicated that application of a management reliability index to assess DWDNs reliability may help create a more effective plan for establishing DWDNs management and maintenance.

직무만족은 개인생활에서는 신체적인 건강은 물론 정신적인 건강에도 좋은 영향을 끼치며 조직에서는 생산성 향상과 직무성과에도 많은 영향을 끼친다. 따라서 이 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관에 근무하고 있는 사서의 직무만족 수준을 조사하여 도서관장이나 대학당국 더 나아가서는 정부당국이 대학도서관 사서에 대한 욕구를 이해하도록 하고, 직무만족 향상에 노력함으로써 그 성과로서 대학도서관 인사정책 수립과 대학도서관 발전에 도움이 되고자 함이다.

The study is an analysis of the responses to a questionare by members of various fishing communities in Korea regarding their opinion about the vocational value of the fishing industry and factors which are acting as obstacles to entrance into the Fisheries High Schools, etc. Subjects were 2,000 : fishermen, members of the fishermen's cooperative society, and teachers and students of the Fisheries High Schools. Results indicated as follows: (a) It would be desirable to have fisheries courses incorperated in middle schools on islands and in fishing villages to improve enthusiasm of middle school students for entrance into Fisheries High Schools. (b) It is desirable that the principal or the administrator of middle schools in fishing villages and on islands should be a person who has majored in fisheries field, and so would support fisheries courses in the middle schools. (c) The level of peoples' appreciation of the fishing industry should be enhanced.

In the field of traceability systems, researchers focus on applications in the agricultural food traceability and scanning commodities. The purposes of this paper, however, is to propose an efficient and reliable traceability system that can be applied to all kinds of commodities. Currently, most traceability systems store data in a central server, which is unreliable when the system is under attack or if the administrator tampers with the data for personal interests. Therefore, it is necessary to design a system that can eliminate these threats. In this paper, we propose a decentralized and non-reversible traceability system for storing commodity data. This system depends on blockchain technology, which organizes data in the form of chains without a central server. This chain-style storage mechanism can prevent malicious modifications. In addition, some strategies are adopted to reduce the storage pressure and response time when the system has stored all kinds of commodity data.

We propose EPD(Electrophoretic Display) file generation system based on template that enable users to choose contents layout for E-paper display. And also we show implementation results that apply the proposed system in digital doorsign management field adopting E-paper display. Template includes information for contents layout which is composed of standard form image to be used as background image, coordinates of area for dynamic data to be inserted, data source about dynamic data, and characteristic data of EPD panel for displaying contents. System administrator registers templates in Forms Server. When user chooses a contents layout, Forms Server automatically generates EPD file for displaying contents in E-paper by using information of the template and sends EPD file into doorsign. Strength of the proposed system lies in reflecting user preference about contents design and adding personal data into E-paper contents by smartphone application.

In this study, we develop a leakage current detection device of lighting installation. The reed switch using in proposed device is activated when the leakage current is generated. We also design a GUI system of a management computer using LabVIEW and administrator's mobile phone app based on IoT. As results, this study is to build an IoT convergence system and it aims to protect people and property by coping with leakage current fault in real time.

To protect workers from industrial accidents, IoT hazard detection system using LoRa network was designed and fabricated. LoRa networks can operate with low power consumption, wide coverage, and low usage fees. The hazard detection system consists of a sensor unit, a transceiver module, a LoRa base station, ThingPlug, and a monitoring device. We have designed an optimal risk-determining algorithm that can send information quickly in a working environment. As measured by TTA, the implemented system has been found to be able to deliver the worker's location, ambient temperature, and carbon monoxide density to the administrator through the user interface. The implemented system showed a bit rate of 290bps and a maximum application range of 6 km.

In the field of artificial intelligence education, discussions on the direction of artificial intelligence education are actively underway, and it is necessary to establish a foundation for future information education. It is necessary to design a creative convergence teaching-learning and evaluation method. Although AI experience coding education has been applied, the evaluation stage is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an evaluation system that can verify the validity of the proposed education model to find a way to supplement the existing learning module. The core components of this proposed system are Assessment-Factor, Self-Diagnosis, Item Bank, and Evaluation Result modules, which are designed to enable system access according to the roles of administrator, instructors and learners. This system enables individualized learning through online and offline connection.

본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 학교 관리자의 인식을 조사하였다. 소프트웨어 교육을 진행하고 있는 학교 관리자를 대상으로 소프트웨어 교육 운영 과정에서 느끼는 어려움을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학교 관리자는 소프트웨어 교육 운영 과정에서 컴퓨터 실습실이나 피지컬 컴퓨팅 같은 교구, 소프트웨어 교육 운영을 위한 예산에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 또한, 수업 전문성을 갖춘 교사가 부족한 것도 소프트웨어 교육 운영에 어려움으로 느끼고 있었다. 학생과 학부모의 인식은 소프트웨어 교육 운영에 미치는 영향은 높지 않았으나 학교급이 높아질수록 부정적인 인식이 증가하였다.

The changing of clothes in Balagtas' 1860 fictional comedy La filipina elegante y negrito amante (The Elegant Filipina and the Amorous Negrito) is used to explore the ethnic, cultural, and sartorial diversity in 19^th century colonial Philippines. But, how does plurality in men's clothing reflect the socio-economic conditions of the late Spanish colonial period? This paper focuses on the diversity in Philippine men's clothing around 1850 to 1896, taking into account the limited range of colonial archetypes in iconographic and documentary sources. Underscoring the colonial culture that shaped mentalities and tendencies, this study offers insights on how clothing was used and how it was perceived in relation to the wearer. In discussing clothing diversity, distinctiveness was articulated using the work of J.A.B. Wiselius (1875), a Dutch colonial administrator in neighboring Indonesia, who in comparing Spanish and Dutch systems of colonial governance, underscored the Filipino penchant for imitation.
