Amongst various analytic methods of internal structure of city, the factor analysis method which uses O-D matrix data has some merits and characteristics compared to other methods. 1) It is possible to find one certain interaction and flow pattern between traffic zones with in a city through reanalyzing O-D data which is too complex to grasp specific meaning or pattern of flow systems. 2) It can be easily visualized the traffic flow pattern by using adequate graphic techniques, and also can clarify the functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In this study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5 ) and factor score (over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the south, and the North functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In the study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5) and factor score 9over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the South, and the North functional area, then these four functional areas are almost coincided with citizen's general conception of community division and administrative district. Accordingly the factor analysis methods using traffic data seems to proved to be very accurate and useful analytic instruments for analyzing flow pattern and clarifying functional areas of city, and believed to provide basic informations and criteria for practical urban land use planning and transportation planning.

For continuous development of professional nursing to the powerful professional organization, it is essential that the public understand and help nursing. This research was done to identify the image of nurses and factors that determine that image. The study subjects were 97 admitted patients 95 family members of patients who were admitted to a university hospital and a general hospital in Seoul and 164 parents of stutents in elemantary, middle, high schools in Seoul. The total numbers of subjects was 356. The researcher collected the data from April 13.1998 to April 20.1998. The Research tool was developed by the researcher following a literature review. Cronbach ${\alpha}$ for the tool of the image of nurses was 0.9397 and Cronbach a for the tool for determinants of the image was 0.8764. The obtained data were processed by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) and the results are as follows : 1. The mean score for the image of nurses was 90.40${\pm}$15.15(range 47${\sim}$138) indicating a positive response. 2. Analysis of the image of nurses : Four factors were identified traditional. social. professional and personal image. The mean score for traditional image was 3.27. the second highest score. and for social image. 2.95. the lowest score. The mean score for professional image score was 3.48. the highest score. and for personal image, 3.20. a lower score. 3. The image of nurses according to respondents There were significant differences for traditional. social, professional. personal factors between subject groups. A more positive responses was found in the patients and patient' families as a compared to the students' parents. 4. Image of nurses related general characteristics : There was a significant difference for age and school graduation. More negative responses were found in the 31${\sim}$40 years old age group and in the higher educated group. 5. Image of nurses related to experience of nurses The respondents showed a more negative image when their experience related to nurses through the mass media, as a compared to the experiences of having talked with patient who had been admitted to hospital. For the social image factor. a more negative attitude was revealed for those who had the experience of patient who had been admitted to hospital as compared to other factors. 6. Determinants of image of nurses : There were three factors that were named subjective. administrative and media . The mean for the subjective factor score was 3.85. the highest score of the three factors. The mean for the administrative factor score was 3.53. And the mean for the media factor score was 3.27. 7. Determinants of image of nurses according to respondents group : There were no significant differences(F= 1.95, P= .14) Consequently the result showed a low social image of nurses. So. nurses must work to improve the social image of nurses through scientific approaches and by monitoring the mass media for correct descriptions of nurses. Also. it is necessary that excellent education for service and politeness be continually provided in order to positively effect the personal image field. It is also importent to raise the expectations of the recipients of nursing care by having a strategy for the determinants of the image of nurses that allows nurses to personnally develop professionally.
Purpose: many domestic welfare programs use the amount of health insurance premiums as a way of measuring individuals' income levels for administrative convenience. As health insurance reform has been made, we examines the income level is still appropriately measured by the health insurance premiums for the employment success package as one of domestic welfare program. Methodology/Approach: we investigate whether the upper limit of the premiums of the self-employed health insured is appropriate or not after healthcare reform, which currently calculated by multiplying the insurance premium of the employee based insured by the adjustment factor (1.2). Findings: we examined appropriateness of the adjustment factors by comparing the premiums before and after the healthcare reform by utilizing the national health insurance data as well as Korea Welfare panel data. We found that the new value of adjustment factor (1.0~1.1) is smaller than the current one (1.2). Practical Implications: to improve the equity between the employee and the self-employed insured after the health insurance reform, the adjustment factor should be lower.
Background: This study purposed to analyze the relationship between spatial distribution of Diabetes prevalence rates and regional variables. Methods: The unit of analysis was administrative districts of city gun gu. Dependent variable was the age- and sex- adjusted diabetes prevalence rates and regional variables were selected to represent three aspects: demographic and socioeconomic factor, health and medical factor, and physical environment factor. Along with the traditional ordinary least square (OLS) regression analysis, geographically weighted regression (GWR) was applied for the spatial analysis. Results: Analysis results showed that age- and sex-adjusted diabetes prevalence rates were varied depending on regions. OLS regression showed that diabetes prevalence rates had significant relationships with percent of population over age 65 and financial independence rate. In GWR, the effects of regional variables were not consistent. These results provide information to health policy makers. Conclusion: Regional characteristics should be considered in allocating health resources and developing health related programs for the regional disease management.
The purpose of the study is to find the factors influencing small or middle size clinics and hospitals CEOs' expectation level on the affiliation with the large size teaching hospitals. Data for analysis was collected to use self-administrative structured questionnaire on 164 CEOs of small or middle sized clinics and hospitals affiliated with large sized teaching hospital located in Kyung Ki Province. For the study, the researchers develop the constructs for questions on the expectation on the affiliation, the attitude such as confidence, knowledge on the affiliation, previous relationship of the affiliation, and selection guideline of the affiliation with exploratory factor analysis and reliability test. Through the confirmative factor analysis using AMOS 4, the researchers develop constructs based on exact relationship between constructs and questions. CEOs' expectation level on the affiliation is influenced on attitude or confidence, gender, types of clinics and hospitals, distance to the affiliated large hospital, types of recommender, and number of affiliated hospitals. Large sized hospitals that want to affiliation with other clinics and hospitals can promote the affiliation to consider these factors from the results.
The purpose of this study is to measure IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) of the hospital choice factors between internal and external customers at rural general hospital. This study was used 5 types of choice factor such as physical, human, accessibility, connection, and external image. Also, this study was used IPA which can be applied to identify the strengths and weaknesses quality attributes from customers' viewpoint by simultaneously evaluating importance and performance. IPA was assessed using a sample of 98 patients and 96 internal employees who work at C general hospital in Chunkcheongbuk-do. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires from February 13 to March 30 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency, paired t-test and scatter plot graph. The results of IPA show that "Keep up the good work" quadrant was human factor and "Low Priority" quadrant was physical and connection factors between internal and external customers. The finding of this study will be applied to improve human service quality in administrative department of hospital. Also, this study presents primary data for correct decision making to authorities of local hospitals that have concern about hospital strategy. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

The study aims to determine the influencing factors and their impact on the management of the forest land used for production allotted to peasant households and proposes solutions to improve its management. Secondary data was calculated until the end of 2019 at state agencies. The primary data was collected through 2 steps. To determine the factors influencing forest land management for production, step one involved a survey of 100 households that were given access to forest land. Step 2 involved a survey of 215 households to determine how factors impacted the Likert scale's five levels. The study also used a multivariate regression model and SPSS24.0 software to determine the impact rates of factor groups. The study indicated 43 factors that belong to 11-factor groups affecting the management of forest land for production. The policy and legal factors group is the most influential, with an impact rate of 12.72%, followed by 10 other factor groups with impact rates ranging from 4.08% to 11.74%. The solutions include improving policies and laws, strengthening the dissemination of policies and laws; encouraging investment, completing cadastral work, intensifying inspection, examination, and sanctioning of administrative violations of land, upgrading the infrastructure system, and ensuring enough human resources to manage forest land.
This study is to estimate the circuity factors which can be used to assess for public facilities accessibility and analyze traffic in the area. We set the range of the administrative districts by Si Gun Gu unit and Eup Myeon Dong unit (more subdivided unit than Si Gun Gu unit). The average circuity factor in Si Gun Gu unit is 1.364 (maximum 2.953 and minimum 1.711). The region indicated the highest value of circuity factor is wando-gun in jeollanam-do, which area consists of 4 island and is connected to the bridges. Having to use the bridges for using public facilities hinders its accessibility. In the case of Eup Myeon Dong unit, the average circuity factor is 1.353 (maximum 2.950 and minimum 1.154). The region indicated the highest value of circuity factor is buksan-myeon in chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. This region also has to use bridges for using public facilities because there is the largest lake, called Soyangho. This circuity factor is used to analyze the location of public facilities and assess vulnerability of accessibility. And also the factor can be applied to some policies, such as rural public service planning based on spatial big data.

This study has performed to propose the plan of effective career management systematically for the enhancement of mutual communication with internal and external customers based on the effect of career management activity in hospital organization on the job instability for administrative staff's. Data was collected from 192 hospital administrative staff's located in Busan area where 7 general hospitals and 7 hospitals were involved, and examined the factor analysis, the reliability, the regression analysis and the correlation analysis using SPSS statistical program. The organizational career management activities were classified into direct and indirect activities through the verification of validity and internal consistency, and the job instability was influenced by the direct career management activities. "Consider of countermeasure of necessary training required for the career of staff's" has the strongest relationship with the job instability among the organizational direct career management activities, and "Provide sufficient information service for new job opportunity" and "Develope career management plan participate with the staff's" were also relatively shown the higher relationship. Thus, it was indicated that the organizational effective career management activities for the enhancement of mutual communication with customers were necessary for the strategy establishment of career management activities.
This study is executed to investigate convergent factors to job burnout(MBI-GS: Maslach Bunout Inventory-General Survey) among hospital administrative staff. The survey was administered to 201 staff from 9 general hospitals located in J area from Jul. 3rd, 2017 to Jul. 29th, 2017. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The MBI-GS of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ) is lower, a group in which Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP) is higher, a group in which depression(CES-D: Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale) are higher. The results show explanatory power of 52.1%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase OCQ, and to decrease TABP and CES-D, are required to improve the MBI-GS among hospital administrative staff. The results are expected to be useful for the program and human resource management to related to the MBI-GS among HAS. In the following study, the analysis of structural equation modeling about additional factors of the MBI-GS among hospital administrative staff will be needed.
