식품 중 신종유해물질의 관리 및 분석 (Analysis and management of new hazard chemicals in foods)

  • 식품 중에서 새롭게 생성되는 유해물질에 대한 정확한 이해를 돕기 위하여 식품의 제조가공과정 중에 불가피하게 생성되는 유해물질의 특성, 생성 메카니즘, 규제 및 분석현황을 정리하였다. 식품 중 신종유해물질은 생성원인인 열처리, 발효, 첨가물질, 미지물질에 따라 크게 4부류로 분류되어 진다. 열처리에 의해 생성되는 식품 중 신종유해물질에는 아크릴아마이드, 퓨란, HCAs, PAHs가 포함된다. 발효공정에 따라서는 에틸카바메이트, 바이오제닉 아민류가 생성된다. 식품첨가물에 의해서는 3-MCPD, 벤젠, 니트로사민류가 생성되며, 미지물질에는 발기부전치료제나 비만치료제 성분을 변형시킨 부정유해물질이 포함된다. 식품 중 신종유해물질을 분석하기 위해서는 액액추출 또는 SPE로 정제하거나 휘발성 성분을 headspace로 포집하여 액체크로마토그래피나 가스크로마토그래피로 분리한 후 자외부흡광기, 형광검출기나 질량분석기로 검출하는 방법이 주로 이용되고 있다.

  • The System Engineering(SE) and the Earned Value Management System(EVMS), as parts of the scientific project management methodology, have been applied to Surion Helicopter R&D Program. The concept and application process of SE methodology, requirements management and applications output by DOORS program are described in this study. The concept and application process of EVMS, analysis results of schedule/cost variance for Surion RF equipment are also discussed in this study. Though the Surion R&D program is still on-going, it is found that the measures of effectiveness of SE and EVMS applications are verified.

항공서비스 업무특성을 고려한 서비스회복 프로세스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Service-Recovery Framework Affecting Process in Airline Service)

  • This research addresses examining the service recovery process in Airline service. A service recovery framework is suggested and tested empirically. The framework includes several factors such as service recovery expectations, service recovery achievements, recovery performance, post-recovery satisfaction, and post-recovery behavioral intents. The relationships among these factors are hypothesized and proved empirically. Consequently the results suggest that recovery expectation impacts on recovery performance significantly. Also the higher the recovery performance, the higher post-recovery satisfaction, then it increases customers' purchase intent and words of mouth. Finally, this paper suggests the need for new service recovery strategies.

  • In the last ten years, manufacturing companies like GE, IBM, Motorola and service companies like GE Capital and CITIBANK have realized that Six Sigma has standed for quality reform movemant. Six Sigma management which makes the critic effects on the quality management have enlarged and applied office indirect work process and service department as well beyond question manufacturing process. Then Can Six Sigma application methodology from manufacturing industry be applied to service industry without transformation? Can Six Sigma be applied on improvement of Information system quality which is the critic key figure of current successful companies? These questions would be resolved by conducting researches about application and evaluation of Six Sigma on manufacturing industry and service industry. This paper will furnish information of Six Sigma's new function for future business situation through comparing those researches

  • Purpose: In this research, We made the conceptual frameworks for SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) on Global quality's origin and empirical research. Developing conceptual frameworks is an important step in theory building and theory testing. This research model was developed by strong theoretical foundation which is quality and systematical model. Methods: Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. The analysis was conducted using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: Results show that process quality and interaction quality are important drivers in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly impact on customer loyalty(repeated purchase). Conclusion: In turbulent business era, Global company require not only excellent quality but also create customer oriented culture and control over operation in the foreign country.

  • As proceeding Munmin and Kukmin's government, it is to bring in regionalism of genernal public administration and police administration, specialization, efficiency issue, demand inventing of audit technique to meet this trends. Especially, according to supporting qualitative improvement of the audit, its environment faced that orienting performance audit emphasis on not the legality but the efficiency more systematic and scientific theory or technique. In order to attain police audit's efficiency through performance audit, this study discussed that scientific management techniques should be applied police audit. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is to apply public audit to scientific management technique, bring to light limits in public sector(especially, police sector). To be efficiency audit(namely, performance audit), 1) OR techniques are explained linear programming, network modeling, PERT/CPM, queuing matrix model, simulation, 2) Statistical analysis methods are argued delphi technique, data envelopment analysis(DEA), analytic hierarchical process(AHP), time series analysis models etc.

  • This study began the study by instructing enterprises to change Batch Production into U-Line. This study suggested TPS U-Line building model process and applied it to some of their product line. By connecting concerned process elements into continuous operations. Outside orders were also switched to inside operations and executed in continuous operations, thereby about 100Km of transit distance became zero Km, Production lead Time was incredibly reduced. After all, 90% of Production Lead Time, 50% of handling fault, 3/4 of workers decreased and Productivity per Person enhanced which involves improving Batch Production into Continuous Production and applies it to the real world, so that small and medium enterprises can consult this study if the company is willing to make an improvement to their product line.

A Cognitive Map Approach to B2B Negotiation to Integrate Unstructured and Structured Negotiation Term

  • As the advent of the Internet, B2B negotiation process on the Internet has been given attention from both researchers and practitioners. However, literature still shows that only structured conditions have been explicitly considered, despite the fact that unstructured conditions should be rendered as well. In this sense, this paper proposes a new negotiation support mechanism to incorporate causal relationships between structured and unstructured conditions in the process of B2B negotiation. Fuzzy cognitive map was used as a main source of causal knowledge as well causal inference engine. A prototype named CAKES-NEGO was developed to perform experiments with an illustrative example. Results revealed the robustness of our proposed negotiation support mechanism.

종양전문간호사가 제공한 간호서비스의 구조.과정적 측면의 분석 (Analysis of Nursing Services of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurses from the View Point of Structure and Process)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing services of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurses(OAPNs) from the view point of structure and process. Methods: Roles and practices of OAPNs for cancer patients on chemotherapy were investigated by semi-structured interview and survey. Subjects were 14 OAPNs in 3 hospitals. Results: OAPNs had high level of education and certification than registered nurses. Most subjects of OAPNs were patients on chemotherapy and OAPNs used most of their time in education and expert nursing practice. 57.1% of OAPNs used delegated order. They were satisfied with their job in general, but satisfaction in communication with nurse manager or resident doctor was low. Conclusion: These results will be the concrete explanation for the nursing services of OAPNs. On the basis of theses results, more study about effects of OAPNs will be needed.

21세기 농촌지도사업의 새 패러다임 (New Paradigm for Agricultural Extention Service in the 21st-Century)

  • The objectives of this study were 1) to review the developmental process of agricultural extension services since 1960 in Korea, and 2) to suggest new paradigm of agricultural extension education in the 21st century. The study suggested major objectives of agricultural extension service in Korea should be focused on; 1) Agricultural technology transfer for environmentally friendly food production, 2) Diffusion of energy saving and safe farming technologies and upbringing export oriented agriculture, 3) Education and training of capable farmers for competitive world, and 4) Technological support for home improvement considering harmony of human, environment and life. To achieve major objectives of extension services the following strategies should be employed; 1) National administration and financing. 2) Farmer oriented services should be performed since extension education is originally two-way communication process to help farmers in better decision making, 3) Human resource development for extension educators to meet increasing demands of target population, and policy measures should be implemented to increase morale of extension educators, and 4) Role of public extension should be strengthened to meet needs of majority farmers and public interests in the knowledge based information society in the 21st century.
