The purpose of Defense Acquisition Project is that the superior weapons validated needs and performance are supplied to military user with limited financial resources and time. The Warship Acquisition Project is not only like this, But also has special characteristics of long project period and first-constructed ship's operation employment. So, The Warship Acquisition Project need systematic and efficient procedure & management. And this paper researches System engineering application of imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project based Systems Engineering Handbook ver.3.1 published by INCOSE, the lead of field. The Imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project applied the four processes(technical project, Enterprise & Agreement, Enabling Systems), the basis of INCOSE Engineering Handbook ver.3.1, and the each process output compared with DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration)'s warship acquisition procedure.

The purpose of this study is to propose the reasonable method for effective public building construction process. Public building service administration is necessary to make efficient public building supply and demand program. As a result, current public building precess need four steps(organize public assets, various process, establish public building service administration, design criteria). 1. Planning phase : Participation of Private Experts is guaranteed to enhance public building's function such as welfare, entertainment. 2. Design Phase : Detailed design review makes efficient and user oriented public building. 3. Construction Phase : Public Architect solve various problems among the participator especially in case of government local building construction. In conclusion, well formulated design criteria and Public building service administration make public building efficient in various field.

Port Authority in Korea does not have financial independence nor fair recruitment practices, thus the prospects of the establishment of the Port Authority is not adequate. Therefore independent and effective port administration cannot be achieved. To overcome this situation, this paper examines the port administration system in Korea and identifies its problems. This paper then provides an 'modeling of Analytical Hierarchy structure' for evaluation. An alternative solution is provided by carrying out a public survey, analysing the significance of the evaluation factor using the techniques of the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The significance of profitability was identified. The role of central government is significant when assessing the public service function of port administration; and the role of the private company is significant when assessing the independence. In addition, the private company is significant when assessing profitability. The private company is the alternative for port administration in Korea, based on the evaluation of various alternatives.

최근 들어 병원들은 심화되는 경쟁 환경에 처하고 있다. 이런 상황에서는 병원의 업무를 환자의 시각에서 조명하고 이를 반영하는 정보시스템을 갖추는 것이 경쟁력 강화에 있어서 필수사항이라 할 것이다. 일부 병원에서는 업무프로세스를 통합하지 않고, 부분적인 정보만을 제공하고 있으며, 정보의 혼재 및 중복으로 환자 및 의료인에게 적절한 정보를 제공하지 못하고 있는 상태이다. 병원의 목적은 환자진료인 만큼 환자정보를 중심으로 병원정보를 재구성하고 그러한 정보를 중심으로 진료 및 관리체계를 구축하는 것이 중요한 병원관리 영역이 될 것이다. 이를 위해 ARIS 툴을 이용하여 원무프로세스를 분석하고 재설계하였다. 외래원무프로세스 재설계후의 결과를 AHP 기법을 통해서 분석하였고 그 결과를 예시하였다.

To Manage the Defense Acquisition Process more efficiently, DAPA has looked over the applying SE process to the Eagle Acquisition Program. Based on comparing 'Requirement' with 'items suggested in the proposal' in RFP and analyzing the result by using Cradle, those items have been discovered with IPT, actualized and corrected. In addition, the computerized data base system makes easier to trace all changed and more efficiency to manage programs. Therefore, this study using SE in other acquisition program.

Generally, the weather forecast system has been run using prescribed ocean condition. As it is widely known that coupling between atmosphere and ocean process produces consistent initial condition at all-time scales to improve forecast skill, there are many trials on the application of data assimilation of coupled model. In this study, we implemented a weakly coupled data assimilation (short for WCDA) system in global NWP model with low horizontal resolution for coupled forecast with uncoupled initialization, following WCDA system at the Met Office. The experiment is carried out for a typhoon evolution forecast in 2017. Air-sea exchange process provides SST cooling and gives a substantial impact on tendency of central pressure changes in the decaying phase of the typhoon, except the underestimated central pressure. Coupled data assimilation is a challenging new area, requiring further work, but it would offer the potential for improving air-sea feedback process on NWP timescales and finally contributing forecast accuracy.

This paper describes the application method of systems engineering for systems of systems and addressed the evolution in approach as organizations have evolved from standalone platform providers to architect of SoS. There is an increasing need to perform Systems of Systems Engineering(SoSE) in a global environment This has stimulated the development of new, innovative SoSE approaches that surpass current military and industry state-of-the-art systems engineering processes. The simple scaling of the former process was ineffective in dealing with global distributed large-scale integration efforts of network-centric systems of systems. A new SoSE process has been developed which is a significant breakthrough in the development of large complex systems and net-centric systems of systems. The SoSE process provides a complete, detailed and systematic development approach for military and civil SoS. In this point of view, this paper analyzes functionally the architecture framework, process and integrated verification & validation of SoSE. From results of this analysis, perspectives on the application of SoSE suitable for Korea aquisition environment are presented.

A lot of research works in the BPM area focuses on the development of new techniques in process mining. Even though the application of process mining to analyze real life process logs is important, only few case studies are available. Thus, in this paper, we conduct a case study on how to analyze a real life process log which comes from a Korean company in the heavy industry area. We analyze a customer service process that consists of a series of activities to enhance the level of customer satisfaction. In this case study, five research questions are derived based on collected questions from the company. Then we focus on bottleneck analysis, basic performance analysis and pattern analysis that are selected in order to answer the research questions. The analysis shows some abnormal behaviors in the process and possible ways to improve current processes are suggested.

2006년 5월 국제전기기술위원회(International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC) TC62(의료용전기기기기술위원회) SC62A(의료용전기기기 공통특성에 관한 세부분과위원회)에서 의료기기 소프트웨어의 생명주기 프로세스에 관한 국제규격인 IEC 62304, Ed.1을 제정하였다. 전체 내용은 크게 일반적인 요구사항(General requirements)과 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수에 대한 프로세스(Software development & maintenance process)로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수 프로세스가 진행되는 동안에 기본적으로 확보되어야 하는 소프트웨어 위험관리와 형상관리에 대한 프로세스 Software risk management & configuration management process)를 규정하고, 또한 문제 발생 시 이를 해결하기 위한 소프트웨어 문제 해결 프로세스(Software problem resolution process)를 규정하고 있다. 이는 기존의 정보통신 분야에서 사용되던 소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스인 ISO/IEC 12207 규격과 외형상 많은 차이를 나타내고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 의료기기 소프트웨어의 생명주기 프로세스에 관한 국제규격인 IEC 652304를 분석하여 실제 의료용 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지보수 작업들이 어떠한 방식으로 이루어지는지를 분석하고, 또한 기존의 소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스인 ISO/IEC 12207 규격과의 차이점을 비교 분석하여 본 규격에 대한 근본적인 활용 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is that analyzing the causal relationship between Infra, Process and Performance of companies which are executing the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) with their subcontractors and partners. Korean Standards Association(KSA) provides the Supply Chain Quality Management Model and Quality Collaboration Index for 4 years, but a few study has investigated the critical variables and their causal relationship to organizational performance. Therefore we examine the SCQM model and related index and choose the quality, human resource and risk management processes for identifying the path to organizational performance. In addition, exploratory factor analysis is conducted for figuring out the major factors among the 3 processes. Structural Equation Model are successively used for determining which characteristics of the infra and processes are the most critical variables to performance. The data was collected from KSA and composed of 52 companies and 346 their partners. The result shows that risk management process has no significant effect on the organizational performance and pre-production process collaboration.
