The study aims at analysing the practical effects of "blended learning system" and participatory research methodology. The business programs are running by RDA. Even though many leading farms have been tried on binding technology and agribusiness, however business of farms in Korea are still in the beginning stage. The business program for leading farms of RDA is not only education program but also participatory research program. This program consist of on-line and off line, seminar and business homework etc. The main results of this paper are as follows: 1) to make organization of farms to accomplish business goals 2) to find out solution for urgent problems and subjects of farm management 3) to construct system for leading farms and on-line communities 4) to practice profitable business model for leading farms. Farms needs are not only technology transference, but business model for success of farm management.

Purpose - In this study, we tried to find out the determinants of the customer satisfaction in using mobile banking applications. Design/methodology/approach - We conducted an empirical study for hypotheses testing through the analysis using survey data of experienced users in Mongolia. In this study, reliability test, factor analysis, and regression were conducted using SPSS 26.0. Findings - We found that the customer's perception of information quality and system quality in using the mobile banking application is positively associated with the customer satisfaction. in addition, it was found that the convenience in using banking applications is also positively related with the customer satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - Based on the results of an analysis, it was confirmed that the quality of the banking applications is important in retaining customers. the number of viewers is found in most American films released in Korea.

An Evaluation System of Personal Information Competency was developed to evaluate individual Information competency and maturity levels in the enterprises of the information environment. The Evaluation System measures the requirements of information knowledge, skills, and mindset with the evaluation indices of personal information maturity. The indices are customized to four types of business departments - strategy Planning, development/maintenance, business applications, and administration support. Also, a maturity model of personal information competency is defined for interpretation of the evaluation results. The system was applied to assessment of actual human resources, 124 workers in an enterprise, to testify to its practical value. The case evaluation procedures include a series of questionnaires, written tests and application tests.

This paper focused on Privacy and open of information data by the Prosecutor and Police in korea. Privacy rights include that transparency information, communication, and protections for the rights of the individuals. It is necessary to be lawfulness of processing, individuals consent while Prosecutors investigations. especially we need explicit condition and National agency need to obtain in order to legitimize their processing of personal information data. The author emphasize are as follows: first, to examine Privacy rights information' necessity and problem, second, to understand Privacy rights and limits, third, to suggest improvements for the purpose of Transparency, codes of conduct and Democracy of information.

The results showed that the male teachers' have higher expectations of the free learning semester compared to the female teachers'. Furthermore, the teachers who had experienced the free learning semester felt less job burdens than the teachers who did not. In addition, the subject teachers showed higher expectations of the free learning semester than the general teachers or the homeroom teachers. Therefore, in order to establish a stable system of free learning semester, it should be preceded by development of differentiated program of special education, free learning semester, strengthening of advance training, establishment of the system for participating in the whole school and the simplification of administration.

Understanding and adapting to changes of customer behavior in internet shopping mall is an important aspect to survive in continuously changing environment. This paper develops a methodology based on decision tree algorithms to detect changes of customer behavior automatically from customer profiles and sales data at different time snapshots. We first define three types of changes as emerging pattern, unexpected change and the added/perished rule. Then, it is developed similarity and difference measures for rule matching to detect all types of change. Finally, the degree of change is developed to evaluate the amount of change. A Korean internet shopping mall case is evaluated to represent the performance of our methodology. And practical business implications for this methodology are also provided.

This study investigates the effectiveness of time delay neural networks(TDNN) for the time dependent prediction domain. Although it is well-known fact that the back-propagation neural network(BPN) performs well in pattern recognition tasks, the method has some limitations in that it can only learn an input mapping of static (or spatial) patterns that are independent of time of sequences. The preliminary results show that the accuracy of TDNN is higher than the standard BPN with time lag. Our proposed approaches are demonstrated by the stork market prediction domain.

As the number of legacy database systems and the size of data to manipulate have been vastly increased, it has become more difficult and complex to analyze characteristics of data. To improve the efficiency of data analysis and help administrators to make decisions in business life, BI(Business Intelligence) system is used. To construct data warehouse and cube from legacy database systems makes it easy and fast to transform raw data into integrated and categorized meaningful information. In this paper, we built a BI system for an University administration. Several source system databases were integrated to data warehouse to build data cubes. The implemented BI system shows much faster data analysis and reporting ability than the manipulation in legacy systems. It is especially efficient in multi dimensional data analysis, nonetheless in single dimensional analysis.

Role-Based Access Control(RBAC)은 처리과정 오류를 줄이는 것처럼 접근통제 정책의 관리단가를 낮춰준다. RBAC 개념에서 가장 중요한 요소가 관리도구이다. RBAC 보안시스템을 위한 관리도구는 RBAC 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 사용자역할과 역할-역할 관계의 무결성을 유지하여야 한다. 따라서, 데이터베이스의 무결성을 정의하는 집합, 함수, 특성들이 요구된다. 본 논문은 Linux 서버 시스템 환경에서 RBAC 기술을 이용한 보안 시스템을 설계할 때 사용자-역할과 역할-역할 관계에 관한 데이터베이스의 무결성에 관하여 정의하고, 이들 관계를 관리하기 위한 동작에 대한 형식 명세를 제안한다. 제안된 형식 명세는 관계 집합처럼 정의된 RBAC 데이터베이스를 위해 일관성 요구를 유지한다. 또한, 동작의 형식 명세화를 함으로써 RBAC 관리도구의 구현을 쉽게 이끌어 내고, 더 효율적인 관리도구를 구현하기 위한 최소 집합을 유도하기 위함이다.

The purpose of an internal control system is to prevent the occurrence of errors and fraud in the process of producing accounting information, thereby providing investors with reliable information. For the effective operation of an internal control system, it is necessary to secure a sufficient number of personnel and experienced staff. This study focuses on the personnel directly involved in producing accounting information, examining whether companies that invest in their internal control staff experience a mitigation in the phenomenon of valuation errors. The analysis revealed that the size and experience months of the personnel responsible for internal control have a significant negative relationship with valuation errors. This result implies that by securing sufficient personnel for the smooth operation of the internal control system and placing experienced staff within the system, investors can effectively make judgments about the intrinsic value based on quality accounting information, thereby reducing valuation errors.
