The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of customer value and customer trust as a mediator of flexibility influence on customer retention. The study applies SEM tools with WarpPLS analysis and translates customer value and customer trust as mediation. This study was organized into three parts: exploratory research, descriptive research, and explanatory research. The quantitative approach in this study uses a survey method by taking samples from the population. This is a latent variable that is measured using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Prima Logistics Terminal Teluk Lamong by taking primary data, in the form of assessments or perceptions from respondents, so a survey was conducted by submitting a questionnaire directly to 194 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to answer the research hypothesis. Flexibility is very influential in increasing customer retention so to develop customer retention, it is necessary to increase flexibility, customer value, and customer trust. The novelty in this research lies in identifying the role and position of customer value and customer trust as mediation that affect customer retention.

Ethnocentrism in users plays an important role in predicting user behavior when deciding between imported and domestic goods. The purpose of this study is to look into the influence of ethnocentrism in customer behavior on brand image, perceived value, perceived quality, brand trust, and brand buy intention. Vietnamese customers prefer homegrown brands. The moderate role of consumer ethnocentrism in the conceptual framework emphasizes the country origin of the product is the most important factor. It also demonstrates how the intention of Vietnamese consumers to buy domestic brands is substantially influenced. To test the hypothesis, this article used a quantitative technique utilizing PLS-SEM software. With 917 samples, the study used the quota sampling approach to collect data from students at 10 universities in Ho Chi Minh City. The data suggest that all players have a positive association and that consumer ethnocentrism has a moderate impact in the Vietnamese brand context. Following that, suggestions are made to help Vietnamese firms create and retain their brands in the face of severe competition from global brands in the domestic market. To increase consumer intent in purchasing behavior, the Vietnamese local company needs to establish a strong brand.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Teamwork on Engagement among employees of private primary and secondary schools in Plateau State, Nigeria using the dimensions of Teamwork, which are Communication, Leadership, Team Structure, Situation Monitoring, and Mutual Support on Employee Engagement. Research design, data, and methodology - To analyze the relationship among the variables, the study adopted the descriptive and explanatory research design, and a cross-sectional survey method using a survey questionnaire containing 29 items, with a 5-point Likert scale. The samples of 274 employees (both academic and non-academic) were selected using a simple random probability sampling technique. Multiple Regression was used to analyze data with the aid of the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS version 23.0). Result - This shows that Communication, Leadership, and Situation Monitoring have a positive and significant relationship on Employee Engagement, while Team Structure and Mutual Support show a negative direction but still maintained a significant relationship. Conclusion - The management of private primary and secondary schools should pay attention to Communication, Leadership, Team Structure, Situation Monitoring, and Mutual Support among their employees to promote Employee Engagement in the workplace. It also recommends that future studies should be carried out in other sectors.

Purpose: The study aims to identify the key factors that influence consumers' propensity to utilize community group buying platforms, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework. Research design, data and methodology: The research design involved selecting 192 consumers with experience in community group buying and analyzing the data statistically using SPSS 23.0. Hypotheses were tested utilizing the structural equation modeling software AMOS. Results: Key findings indicate that the attributes of products offered on community group buying platforms significantly enhance consumers' perceptions of usefulness and ease of use. Furthermore, these perceptions directly correlate with consumers' intentionsto use the platform. Conclusions: Thisresearch, grounded in the TAM, delves into how external factors of the community group buying platform impact perceived usefulness and ease of use, and subsequently, how these perceptions affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Based on these insights, several recommendations can be proposed for the platform's development: The platform should strive to enhance product quality and cultivate a positive reputation. Strategic promotional initiatives should be designed to attract new users while retaining existing customers. Continuous optimization of platform functionalities is necessary to augment users' perception of usefulness. These measures are anticipated to foster user engagement, increase adoption rates, and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the community group buying platform.

A real-time monitoring system was developed for transfer, receive, backup and analysis of wind power data at three wind farm(Hang won, Hankyung and Sung san) in Jeju. For this monitoring system a communication system analysis, a collection of data and transmission module development, data base construction and data analysis and management module was developed, respectively. These modules deal with mechanical, electrical and environmental problem. Especially, time series graphic is supported by the data analysis and management module automatically. The time series graphic make easier to raw data analysis. Also, the real-time monitoring system is connected with wind power forecasting system through internet web for data transfer to wind power forecasting system's data base.

The purposes of this research were to: a) define the changing trends of DRGs in comparison to the National Data, b) define the changing trends of Nursing Diagnoses and Nursing Interventions for the 5 most frequently occurring Diagnostic Related Groups (DRGs) across 3 years, and c) define the relationships between nursing diagnoses and nursing Interventions for the 5 most frequently occurring DRGs across the 3 years. This study was a secondary data analysis of medical and nursing data based on the United States Nursing Minimum Data Set and the Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set retrieved from a Midwestern USA medical center. The results showed interesting comparisons with national statistics as well as practice relevant trends within the nursing data. Additionally, the results showed the possibility that nursing data can be extracted from the medical data, so they can used in the nursing productivity and cost issues etc. In conclusion, this study supports the power of minimum data sets and nursing classifications to begin to describe a more global perspective the inter-relationships and trends of nursing data within the medical diagnosis context.

전세계적으로 디지털 전환이 확산됨에 따라 유럽연합(EU)은 회원국 간의 포괄적인 데이터 보호 프레임워크를 구축하기 위해 GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation)을 시행하였다. GDPR의 헌법적 뿌리를 고려할 때, EU의 규제 접근법은 다른 데이터 보호 규정들과는 차이가 있다. GDPR은 데이터 보호에 대한 개인의 권리를 강화하였다. 하지만 개인의 데이터를 수집하고 처리하는 기업에 대한 몇 가지 의무 또한 도입하였다. 본 연구에서는 정책적 관점에서 프라이버시, 특히 GDPR에 관한 기존의 문헌을 고찰하였으며, 이를 통해 데이터 규제가 경쟁, 혁신, 마케팅 활동 및 국경을 초월한 데이터 흐름에 미치는 영향을 개략적으로 리뷰 하였다. 그리고 본 연구는 프라이버시와 GDPR이 시장에 미치는 영향 사이의 절충안을 강조한다.

In 2010, symptoms of leaf and stem rot were observed on potted plants (Peperomia quadrangularis) in a greenhouse in Yongin, Korea. The causative pathogen was identified as Myrothecium roridum based on morphological data, internal transcribed spacer sequence analysis, and pathogenicity test. To our knowledge, this is the first report of M. roridum causing leaf and stem rot disease on P. quadrangularis in Korea and elsewhere worldwide.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the clinical application of a bar code medication administration and blood transfusion system and to identify its effects from the aspect of patient safety and nurse satisfaction in a tertiary hospital. Methods: The system in this study was PDA with bar code reading capability and wireless networking function. The logs created during application of the system and administration error reports were analyzed. For nurses' satisfaction with the system, data were collected from 337 nurses using the instrument developed by Otieno et al. and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The system application rate was 98.8%, and the main failure cases in the system application included bar code or network related factors. When the system was applied, 0.02% of errors were prevented. The nurses were satisfied with the system from the aspect of patient safety, however relatively less satisfied with the system from the aspect of work efficiency. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate the usefulness for patient safety of applying the bar code medication administration and blood transfusion system to clinical practice. However technological improvements including bar code and network communication are necessary to ensure higher work efficiency in nursing practice.

Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larva is well-known as an edible insect. The present study aimed to explore the immune-enhancing effect of 30% ethanol extract of Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larvae (PBE) in RAW264.7 macrophage cells. PBE were not cytotoxic to RAW264.7 cells and nitric oxide production increased on PBE treatment in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, PBE significantly promoted the expression of immune-related mediators (Inos and COX-2) and cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β) and the phosphorylation of MAPKs (ERK, p38, and JNK). Taken together, the immune-enhancing effects of 30% ethanol extract of PBE in vitro were identified. These findings can be used as data for the development of edible insect-based functional foods that improve immune function.
