남성 재킷의 접착 제작방식과 비접착 제작방식 비교 - 30~49세 남성 재킷을 중심으로 - (Comparison of adhesive and non-adhesive manufacturing methods of men's jacket - Focusing on men's jacket aged 30 to 49 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the production of jackets with high fit by comparing and analyzing the adhesive and non-adhesive production methods of men's jackets. An analysis of the manufacturing method showcased differences between the adhesive and non-adhesive manufacturing methods in the cutting and wick attachment method, the shape and attachment method of the chest reinforcing wick, the sleeve attachment method, and the shoulder pad and sleeve reinforcing cloth attachment method. In evaluating the outfit, the overall fit of the shoulder, the fit of the chest, and the fit of the armpit were found to be high in the non-adhesive production method. In evaluating appearance evaluation, the front shoulder, chest, and sleeve overall appearance showed a high non-adhesive production method. Therefore, in order to increase the wearability of the shoulder pad and the the attachment method of the upper sleeve reinforcing cloth, the non-adhesive production method should be used, and in order to increase the overall wearability and armpit wear of the chest, the difference in the attachment method, and the reinforcement method of the armhole should be used. In addition, to increase the appearance of the jacket, non-adhesive production methods such as differences in wick attachment methods, shoulder pads, sleeve reinforcing cloth, and sleeve attachment methods should be used.

  • In this study, the adhesion performance of the adhesive between the concrete base and the fiber panel was verified through experiments. Attachment to all three types by applying adhesive to panel and attaching to CRC board surface, method of applying adhesive to CRC board surface by panel, method of applying adhesive on panel and CRC board surface respectively, As a result of the performance test, the adhesive strength of the panel attached to the panel on the CRC board after the application of the adhesive was highest on both the back surface of the panel and the surface of the CRC board.

  • 본 연구에서는 복합재료의 접착이음에 대한 강도 평가법을 확립하기 위한 기 초연구로써 접착이음의 가장기본적인 형태의 하나인 겹치기 이음(single-lap joint: SLJ)에 대한 응력해석과 정적 및 피로 강도시험을 실시하고, 종래의 강도평가법의 문 제점을 파악.검토하고 정량적이고 통일적인 접착이음의 강도평가법의 확립 및 설계 기 준의 설정에 대한 새로운 방향을 모색 하고저 한다.

  • Adhesive bonding is becoming one of the popular joining techniques in metal industries, since it has some advantages over other techniques such as welding and diffusion bonding, e.g., any dissimilar metals are easily adhesive-bonded together. In this study, the experiments were carried out in order to provide the statistical data with strength evaluation methods: tension, shear and four-point bending tests for thermoplastic epoxy resin based adhesive-bonded metal joints. We should certificate on the probability of the adhesive strength that has the tendency of brittle fracture, the adhesive bonding strength between metals with thermoplastic adhesive has the best probability at four-point bending test. The strength testing method that has higher probability is four-point bending test, shear test and tensile test in order.

탄소섬유시트의 전단부착강도에 관한 연구 (Adhesive Shear Strength of Carbon Fiber Sheet)

  • 탄소섬유시트의 부착성능을 조사하는 방법으로써 중앙을 절단한 보 공시체를 이용한 휨 거동 형식의 시험기를 개발하여, 콘크리트의 압축강도를 변수로 정적 재하 실험을 실시하였다. 탄소섬유시트의 파단의 결과를 이용하여 이 시험기의 검증과 함께 전단부착강도의 산출식을 도출하려고 노력 하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째로 새로운 형식의 시험기에 의한 부착강도시험의 타당성이 증명되었다. 두 번째는 CFS 표면 변형률의 결과로부터 구해진 전단부착강도는 2종류의 경향이 있음이 발견되었다. 그 데이터 중에서 비교적 안정성이 높은 전단부착강도의 평균치는 3.41MPa, 하한치는 2.11MPa이었다. 이번 실험에서는 콘크리트의 강도가 전단부착강도에 미치는 특별한 영향을 볼 수 없었다.

  • Currently, polymer-based tile cement (Thin-bed method) and epoxy adhesive (Thick-bed method) are mainly used as tile adhesive for polishing and porcelain. In the case of epoxy adhesive, there is a low economic efficiency, there is a problem that the work efficiency is reduced by mixing the resin and the hardener. In particular, the epoxy contains a bisphenol A and amine component, there is a risk of workable disease when a worker is exposed to odor and harmful gases generated in the epoxy adhesive for a long time. Against this background, it is necessary to analyze the hazards of using epoxy adhesives indoors, and develop cementitious high performance tile adhesive products with significantly lower hazards than epoxy adhesives.

  • The study on the interaction forces of some biological materials is important to understanding biological phenomena and their application to practical purpose. This paper introduces a measuring technique for biological adhesive forces using the AFM(Atomic Force Microscope). Since no standardized thesis on adhesive forces exist, the adhesive forces is defined as adhesive forces against a hardened surface of biological materials. To grant the results are meaningful, which is based on the understanding the surface characteristics of biological materials using the AFM, a nominal value of average adhesive force per unit area should be measured. Therefore the modified AFM probe with small micro glass bead was proposed so that it can guarantee the required contact area for measuring the average adhesive forces. A pyrex glass substrate with circular patterns, which was fabricated by micromachining technique, is introduced in order to controll the contact area. The two types of mussel adhesive proteins, Celltak and recombinant-MGFP5, were tested by the proposed measuring method. The test results show that the adhesive force of the mussel adhesive proteins can be reliably measured by use of this method.

접착이음의 계면덧살에 대한 응력특이성 해석 (Analysis of Stress Singularity for the Excess Adhesive of Interface in Adhesively Bonded Joint)

  • The stress singularity for the excess adhesive on interface of adhesively bonded joint was investigated by using the 2-dimensional elastic boundary element method (BEM). To establish a reasonable strength evaluation method and a fracture criterion for the excess adhesive of interface in adhesively bonded joint, it is necessary to evaluate fracture parameters with various bonding conditions. Under the variations of adhesively bonded thickness (h) and diameter (d) for the excess adhesive, a stress analysis was performed, and from the results, the stress singularity index (${\lambda}$) and the stress singularity factor (${\Gamma}$) were calculated. The variations have a great influences on the stress singularity for the excess adhesive of interface in adhesively bonded joint, and the ${\Gamma}$ is reduced as the "h" and "d" increase.

에폭시 수지 접착 강판보강공법의 환경 변화에 따른 부착 특성 검토 (Investigation on Adhesive Properties depending on the Environmental Variation of the Steel Plate Adhesive Strengthening Method by the Epoxy Resin)

  • This study is to investigate adhesive properties depending on the temperature, humidity, and freeze-thraw of the Steel plate adhesive strengthening method by the epoxy resin. The results are summarized as following. For the temperature variation, the debonding failure appear only after 1 cycle of temperature varoation because the coefficient of thermal expansion of the epoxy resin is comparatively large, and the bonding strength is decreased. The deformation properties and ultrasonic pulse velocity on each materials are similar until 4 cycles on the dry and moisture test. As the freeze-thraw test, the epoxy resin is degraded easily subjected to freeze-thaw cycle, comparatively easy, so the debonding failure may occur in short term because of the freeze-thaw repeatition.p

  • 접착 조인트는 환경조건 및 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 접착강도가 크게 변화될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 비파괴 검사법은 매우 중요하다. 최근 접착제에 1-2 wt%의 CNT를 첨가하고 저항변화를 측정하여 접착 체결부의 내부 결함을 검출하는 전기저항법이 제시되었다. 전기저항법에서는 동일조건에서 접착조인트의 저항값이 일정하도록 하기 위하여 CNT의 균일한 분산이 매우 중요하며 이에 따라 결함 검출의 정확도가 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 4가지 분산 방법으로 CNT를 접착제에 분산시켜 접착조인트을 제작하고 전기적 물리량을 측정하였다. 초음파를 이용한 CNT의 전처리 및 기화과정, 물리적 교반 방법등을 선정하여 효율적인 분산방법을 정립하고 분산성을 평가할 수 있는 척도를 제시하였으며 일반적인 분산 방법 대비 선정된 분산 방법을 적용했을 때 전기저항법의 결함검출능을 비교하였다.
