The personal information extrusion accident(hacking, improper maintenance) by the internet has been increased rapidly during the last ten-year period. The personal information includes Korean resident registration number, name, cellphone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc. Korean resident registration number is unchangeable from the cradle to the grave. Illegally accessed personal information can be wrongfully resoled or used at phishing scam. In this paper, we propose a alternative means of Korean resident registration number using the authorized certificate. The authorized certificate is in use safely in Internet. The authorized certificate(included Chinese name) is in used in offline service, the authorized certificate(included English name) is used in online(for government service) and the authorized certificate(not included name) is used in online(for private service). The authorized certificates are possible for discard, republication. The method can reduce the possibility of the personal information extrusion.

6LoWPAN based on IEEE 802.15.4 is a realistic standard platform for various Internet of Things (IoT) applications. To bootstrap the LoWPAN (Low-power Wireless Personal Area Network), each device must perform 6LoWPAN-ND address registration to assign a unique IPv6 address. Without adequate security mechanisms, 6LoWPAN-ND is vulnerable to a variety of security attacks including corrupted node attacks. Several security mechanisms have been proposed as a supplement to the vulnerability, but the vulnerability exists because it relies solely on IEEE 802.15.4 hop-by-hop security. In this paper, we propose and analyze a vulnerability of 6LoWPAN-ND address registration and a new security mechanism suitable for preventing the attack of damaged node. It also shows that the proposed security mechanism is compatible with the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standard and is more efficient than the mechanism proposed in the IETF 6 lo WG.

An authentication procedure on wired and wireless network will be done based on the registration and management process storing both the user's IP address and client device's MAC address information. However, existent MAC address registration/administration mechanisms were weak in MAC Spoofing attack as the attacker can change his/her own MAC address to client's MAC address. Therefore, an advanced mechanism should be proposed to protect the MAC address spoofing attack. But, existing techniques sequentially compare a sequence number on packet with previous one to distinguish the alteration and modification of MAC address. However, they are not sufficient to actively detect and protect the wireless MAC spoofing attack. In this paper, both AirSensor and AP are used in wireless network for collecting the MAC address on wireless packets. And then proposed module is used for detecting and protecting MAC spoofing attack in real time based on MAC Address Lookup table. The proposed mechanism provides enhanced detection/protection performance and it also provides a real time correspondence mechanism on wireless MAC spoofing attack with minimum delay.

The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.

The Korean resident registration number has been used since 1962 as a personal identification number. The Korean government assigns this number to each korean citizen and it is not able to be changed. In 2000s, as the Internet was rapidly spreaded out, personal information such as the Korean resident registration number, name, home address, and phone number was leaked. The companies provide diverse internet service while collecting personal information. However, personal information was sometimes leaked because of hacking, poor information management and so on. As s results, some of citizens asked government and court of Korea to change the Korean resident registration number because they suffered material damage and emotional distress. The constitutional court decided to be able to change the number from 2018. In this study, the Korean resident registration number which is possible to change, serial number, public certificate, I-PIN, and My-PIN were analyzed comparatively. In addition, considerations when the Korean resident registration number was changed were discussed. The public certificate and I-PIN were appropriate to the case of on-line Korean resident registration number. The Korean resident registration number, serial number, My-PIN were appropriate to the case of off-line Korean resident registration number. Lastly, it would be efficient to manage the Korean resident registration number separately such as on-line and off-line.

As internet is spreaded widely, the number of cyber terror using hacking and virus is increased. Also the hacking to the internet shopping mall go on increasing. If the large shopping mall is attacked by the hacker, a number of user's information are exposed to the hacker. The private information as like a resident registration number, user's real name, the date of user's birth, the mobile phone number, the office phone number / address, the home phone number / address and so on include the information. These information are used in the phishing e-mails / call and spam. And them are selling and buying maliciously. The large internet shopping mall 'auction' was hacked in April, 2008. After the incident, this paper suggested a countermeasures on the hacking for the internet shopping mall. The technical item and political item are included among the countermeasures. The countermeasures can protect the hacking not only the internet shopping mall but also the web sites basically.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the independent factors associated with the registration rate for the community-based post suicidal care program in the emergency department (ED). Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted between March and December 2013 at the academic ED at the tertiary urban hospital. During the study period, the pre-designed registry was recorded. The variables examined included the following: patients' demographic data (Sex, age, address, type of insurance, marital status, level of education, and history of previous psychiatric disease), suicide-related data (suicidal methods, combined drink of alcohol and number of previous attempts), and management-related data (disposition at ED, physician's training level, etc.). Univariated and multivariated logistic regression analyses were performed for identification of factors affecting the registration rate for the community-based post suicidal care program. Results: A total of 163 suicides were included during the study period. Of these, 33 (20.2%) patients were registered in the post-suicide care program. Factors including a patient's address (OR: 14.92, 95% CI: 3.606-61.711), immediate intervention by psychiatric healthcare center (OR: 5.05, CI: 1.688-15.134), admissions in hospital (OR: 3.69, CI: 1.286-10.605), and history of previous psychiatric disease (OR: 3.52, CI: 1.216-10.201) showed significant association with registration for the program. Conclusion: The community-based post-suicidal care program, which is available 24 hours a day, should be operated in each district in order to increase the registration rate. Emergency physicians should actively consider the inpatient treatment program for suicidal patients and strongly recommend registration to the program, particularly for patients without previous history of psychiatric disease.

The humidifier disinfectant disaster (HDD) was not a simple poisoning accident by biocides, but a singular disaster in history created by chemicals in household products. This disaster was a result of the failure of a system for the management of chemical and product safety. Since the management authority for chemical usage safety is different from those for chemical safety in products, many blind areas for chemical safety management in products still remain. The 'Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (ARECS)' or the new 'Biocidal Product Act' must not only address the blind areas in the management system for chemical and product safety, but also prevent a second HDD. To prevent another HDD, an integrated registration, evaluation, and management system for chemicals and consumer products must be incorporated into the 'ARECS' as an essential part for chemical safety in consumer products.

Among legal unit of land registration, the minimum unit of land is one parcel. We give the parcel number according to numbering system to confirm the specification of the parcel. In Korea, this parcel number is used for daily life such as the sign of fixed place(address) and the property, of the place of register, of identification card and of legal action. It also plays the important role as a key item connecting the layer of other information system in organizing Land Information System. It is also valued as the sources looking for the process of developing of the country. This study will devote to cadastral history, reform and reestablishment of the country.

The construction quality control of hull blocks is of great significance for shipbuilding. The total station device is predominantly employed in traditional applications, but suffers from long measurement time, high labor intensity and scarcity of data points. In this paper, the Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) device is utilized to obtain an efficient and accurate comprehensive construction information of hull blocks. To address the registration problem which is the most important issue in comparing the measurement point cloud and the design model, an automatic registration approach is presented. Furthermore, to compare the data acquired by TLS device and sparse point sets obtained by total station device, a method for key point extraction is introduced. Experimental results indicate that the proposed approach is fast and accurate, and that applying TLS to control the construction quality of hull blocks is reliable and feasible.
