The importance of information media in personal lives has increased rapidly, indicating the average ages of users are becoming younger. School-age children, despite the inconsequential differences, are reported to have used the internet for their free time, information search, communications, and education. Recent researches are focused on various variables affecting internet-addictions since these problems have become a major issue in education due to prolonged use of the internet or mobile. The regulations as a preventative measure and the setting of standard are also considered as major issues of research. In terms of policy, there should be revisions on laws and regulations about the internet and mobile in order to protect school-age children from vicious environments. For the education's part, there should be appropriate amount of education, for children and their parents, on how to use computers and the internet properly and how to prevent internet-addiction.
As game industry prospers, the negative side of games becomes highlighted as well as its contributions to economy growth. In spite of strong arguments for the necessity to regulations as a means to decrease addiction or overindulgence, research has produced future suggestions rather than quantifiable evidence. In this paper, we propose adopting a simulation approach in addition to quantitative approaches to better understand optimal regulatory levels since a simulation approach can visualize unexpected side effects of regulations. In this study, we suggest the application of an agent-based model (ABM) as a smart service to measure the effects of regulatory policies. We review cases applying ABM in various domains and consider the possibility of using an ABM to understand the effectiveness of web board-game regulations. We find that the ABM approach would be useful in several areas, such as the analysis of regulatory effects that reflect a variety of characteristics, the measurement of micro-regulatory effects, and the simulation of regulations.
Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between smartphone addiction propensities and compare muscle activity of the forearms and brain wave depend on the type of smartphone when inputting text messages. Method: We used an EMG to measure the change in muscle activity by attaching pads to the four muscles in both forearms of all 16 participants. We simultaneously conducted EEG measurements by observing the changes in alpha and beta waves recorded from electrode attached to both ears and the forehead of the participants. The participants had to input a given text using three different types of smartphones for ten minutes each. Result: The comparison of the EMG when inputting text involved a one way analysis of variance and the results showed that the iPad3 was highest for muscle activity followed by GALAXY Note2 and iPhone4. For EEG measurement, a one way analysis of variance was also used and the results showed iPhone4 was higest followed by GALAXY Note2 and finally iPad3 for EEG stress score. Conclusion: The results are thought to be used as reference data for smart phone users.
Background: This study evaluates physical function, balance, and cognition rehabilitation motivation. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The subjects include 67 stroke patients to measure physical function, balance, and cognition rehabilitation motivation. For evaluation of physical function, Manual Muscle Test, Range of Motion, Modified Ashworth Scale for spasticity, grasping power, and balance was measured using Functional reach test (FRT), Berg Balance Scale (BBS). For evaluating Cognition, Korean-Mini Mental State Examination, motivation for rehabilitation scale was used to measure for motivation. Results: The results of this study that the moderating effect of rehabilitation motivation was significant in the effect of physical function on BBS (p<0.01), The moderating effect of rehabilitation motivation was significant in the effect of FRT on physical function (p<0.01), The moderating effect of external motivation was also significant in the effect of FRT on physical function (p<0.01). However, the results of the rehabilitation motivations generally divided into three groups (Lower, Average, Upper) and all three results were statistically significant only in groups of average and lower. Conclusion: This study confirms that the rehabilitation motive has demonstrated significant adjustment effects between the body function and balance. In this study, physical function, balance and cognition were significantly correlated with each other, and rehabilitation motivation proved a significant moderating effect between physical function and balance.

Arthritis is a major cause of joint pain, stiffness, and subsequent disability which adversely affects quality of life. Seriously, it can lead to long term social and psychological effects including loss of independence, depression, and anxiety. Arthritis is usually treated with joint replacement surgery or medications. However, the artificial joint is temporary and pharmacological measures have side effects, such as addiction or hypersensitivity. Thus, orthotics has been developed to improve arthritis as a nonpharmacological measure. The increased regional load across compartments of articular cartilage is an important factor in the cause of the arthritis. Mubal$^{(R)}$, a clinical shoe insole, has a sliding function to help people to walk straight and realign the body balance. The slide of Mubal$^{(R)}$ reduces the knee joint loading in patients with arthritis. In addition, pumping function of Mubal$^{(R)}$ can mitigate arthritis by stretching the squashed nerves from lumbar to cervical vertebral and actively circulating blood of pelvic limb. In addition, Mubal$^{(R)}$ could help to stimulate the growth plate. Therefore, Mubal$^{(R)}$ can be used for the child with short stature as well as patients with arthritis.
In this paper, thermal and mechanical properties of electric epoxy with water aging were discussed. We made elastic epoxy specimen adding a ratio of 0〔phr〕20〔phr〕, 35〔phr〕 and 53〔phr〕 with modifier to existing epoxy. We studied mechanical property of elastic resin after absorption in water from 0 to 484 hours. As a result, diffusion factor of elastic epoxy showed 20-21${\times}$10$^{-4}$$\textrm{mm}^2$/s and general epoxy showed 9.5${\times}$10$^{-4}$$\textrm{mm}^2$/s. Elastic property increased linearly according to addiction and decreased according to water absorption. Tensile strength was reduced according to addition. It was affected by water absorption of micro-void of elastic epoxy. Hardness inclined to decrease after increasing according to absorbed time. In water-absorption state, it was experimented a change of heat flow by temperature of elastic epoxy and change of thermal expansion coefficient. DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) and TMA (Thermomechanical Analysis) equipments were used to measure Tg. A temperature ringe of DSC was from -0($^{\circ}C$) to 200($^{\circ}C$). One of TMA was from -0($^{\circ}C$) to 350($^{\circ}C$). In addition, we investigated structural analysis of water absorbed specimen using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope).
Recently people require complex access to problems in various fields of health, medical and welfare by an aging society. For this reason, the need for interprofessional education is required at the site of university education. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of interprofessional education (IPE) on attitudes towards health care teams. The subjects were 29 sophomores in the fields of health, medical and welfare in a university. Attitudes Towards Health Care Teams Scale (ATHCT) was used to measure the attitudes towards health care teams of subjects. The subjects were provided with a IPE program. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and paired t-test using the SPSS 26.0 version program. The attitudes towards health care teams of subjects increased significantly after IPE education (t=-4.28, p<.001). And there were significant differences in the three sub-factors of attitudes towards health care teams (Team efficacy, t=-4.44, p<.001; Benefit of communication, t=-3.30, p=.003; Team value, t=-3.21, p=.003). Therefore, the IPE program is considered to be an effective education program to improve attitudes towards health care teams.

In the present study, we tried to examine whether resveratrol regulates the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) through affecting nuclear factor-kappa B ($NF-{\kappa}B$) in articular chondrocytes. Rabbit articular chondrocytes were cultured in a monolayer, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to measure interleukin-${\beta}$ ($IL-1{\beta}$)-induced gene expression of MMP-3, MMP-1, MMP-13, a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs-4 (ADAMTS-4), ADAMTS-5 and type II collagen. Effect of resveratrol on $IL-1{\beta}$-induced secretion of MMP-3 was investigated in rabbit articular chondrocytes using western blot analysis. To elucidate the action mechanism of resveratrol, effect of resveratrol on $IL-1{\beta}$-induced $NF-{\kappa}B$ signaling pathway was investigated in SW1353, a human chondrosarcoma cell line, by western blot analysis. The results were as follows: (1) resveratrol inhibited the gene expression of MMP-3, MMP-1, MMP-13, ADAMTS-4, and ADAMTS-5, but increased the gene expression of type II collagen; (2) resveratrol reduced the secretion of MMP-3; (3) resveratrol inhibited $IL-1{\beta}$induced activation (phosphorylation) of inhibitory kappa B kinase (IKK), and thus phosphorylation and degradation of inhibitory kappa $B{\alpha}$ ($I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$); (4) resveratrol inhibited $IL-1{\beta}$-induced phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65. This, in turn, led to the down-regulation of gene expression of MMPs in SW1353 cells. These results suggest that resveratrol can regulate the expression of MMPs through affecting $NF-{\kappa}B$ by directly acting on articular chondrocytes.
