유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 역할만족도와 관련된 변인 연구 - 제주지역을 중심으로 - (Factors Associated with Role Satisfaction of Fathers' with Young Children - Based on Jeju Island -)

  • The present study examined how demographic, paternal, and children's variables were associated with role satisfaction of Korean fathers with young children. Subjects were 236 fathers of 3-5 year old children living in Jeju island in Korea. Data were collected using questionnaires. Among demographic variables, father's income is an only variable that effects on role satisfaction. Role satisfaction is positively associated with child care, marital, job satisfaction, and child-rearing participation in terms of psychological variables. According to multiple regression, role satisfaction was positively predicted by income, gender, and adaptability of children. Moreover, day care, marital, job satisfaction and child-rearing participation were significant predictors of role satisfaction.

An Analysis of The Kindergarten-elementary School Transition Policy from The New Perspective of "Bidirectional Articulation"

  • In March 2021, the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School> issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to child oriented. This goal of this policy is based on the idea of "living education" proposed by Mr. Heqin Chen in 1940, which indicates that a true understanding of children is necessary before talking about educating them. The core goal of "bidirectional articulation" is to strengthen the sense of articulation between kindergartens and elementary school, scientifically prepare for and adapt to school enrollment, and promote the smooth transition of children. Moreover, the <Guidance Points for Kindergarten Readiness Education> and the <Guidance Points for Elementary School Adaptation Education>, which were released at the same time as the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School>, also place special emphasis on the cultivation of children's life preparation and adaptability. The aim of the bidirectional articulation "bridging" is to realize a two-way exchange of curriculum between kindergarten and elementary school, and to reform the curriculum at three levels through the curriculum spirit of "gamification", the continuous curriculum structure, and the developmental curriculum evaluation.

간호대학생의 학업스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향과 학업탄력성의 조절효과 (The Effect of Academic Stress and the Moderating Effects of Academic Resilience on Nursing Students' Depression)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of academic stress on depression suffered by college nursing students and the moderating effects of academic resilience. Methods: For this survey, 257 students (1st and 2nd year) participated, and it was performed over two weeks in September 2014. In this study, statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 for Windows and as a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The students' academic stress had a significant impact on their depression (${\beta}=.279$). The moderating effects of academic resilience did not have a significant impact, which is presumably as a result of there being more complex, nonlinear effects, rather than a simple, linear relationship between academic stress and resilience. Conclusion: It may be incorrect to assume that academic resilience is a moderating variable that lessens academic stress. It is implied that academic resilience can have a significant impact when internal and external support conditions are met, and that the effects can be reinforced when family support, a learning environment, and improved adaptability to life at school are also provided.

역량기반의 전문대학 교육과정 개선 방안 (Development of the College Curriculum using the Competency-based Model)

  • 최근 교육개혁과 관련하여 자주 언급되고 있는 '역량'이라는 단어는 학문과 지식을 중시했던 기존 교육이 현실 사회 적응력을 중시한 교육으로 변화됨을 나타낼 때 주로 사용된다. 전문대학의 교육도 장차 직업생활에서 요구되는 실천적 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는데 적합하도록 교육과정의 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전문대학 교육과정 운영 실태에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 해결방안을 모색해 보았으며, 역량기반 교육모델에 대한 선행연구 자료를 검토하여 전문대학 교육과정에 적용 가능성을 분석하여, 도입이 타당함을 제시하였다. 또한 한국산업인력공단에서 개발한 직업기초능력 표준을 직업교육의 교과내용으로 반영하고 이를 운영할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써, 효과적으로 교육과정을 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

벼 도복저항성 다수성 신품종 '화원7호' (A New High-yielding Rice Variety 'Hwaweon 7' with Lodging Tolerance)

  • 일품벼의 주요 농업적 특성에 모로베레칸의 수당립수와 내도 복성을 조절하는 유전자가 이입된 근동질계통을 육성하기 위해 일품벼와 모로베레칸을 교배하고, 계속적인 여교배와 MAS를 병행 실시하여 유망한 계통 CR28-30-2 계통을 선발하였다. 생산력검정 시험 결과 조사된 형질 중 수당립수와 간기경 등을 제외한 기타 형질에서는 일품벼와 유사한 근동질계통으로, 품종보호출원 조건에 부합하여 화원7호로 명명하고 품종보호원을 출원하였다. 1. 화원7호는 출수기가 보통기재배에서 8월 15일로 일품벼보다 4일 정도 빠른 중만생종 품종이다. 2. 천립중은 23.8g으로 일품벼보다 무거웠으나 통계적인 유의한 차이는 없었다. 3. 흰잎마름병과 줄무늬잎마름병에는 이병성이다. 4. 완전미율은 일품벼에 비해 약간 낮았고, 아밀로스 함량은 일품벼보다 높았으나 통계적인 차이는 없었다. 5. 화원7호의 정조수량은 '10-'11년 2개년간 실시한 생산력검정 시험에서 평균 6.20 MT/ha 로 일품벼와 유사하였으나, 예산에서는 6.48 MT/ha로 일품벼 대비 104% 수준이었다. 6. 화원7호는 일품벼에 비해 수당립수가 많았다 그리고 간기경이 두꺼운 특성을 보였는데 이는 모로베레칸의 APO1 유전자의 영향으로 판단된다.

  • 식물 RNA 바이러스는 전세계적으로 작물 생산량에 큰 손실을 일으키는 주요 병원체 중 하나로, RNA 바이러스가 갖는 특징인 짧은 복제 주기, 게놈 복제 중의 높은 변이 발생률 등으로 인해 높은 유전적 다양성과 적응성을 가지며 진화해 왔다. 식물 RNA 바이러스는 유전적 다양성을 갖는 유사종 군집으로 존재하며, 환경 변화에 따른 선택압으로 새로운 적합성을 갖는 군집으로의 변천이 빠르게 일어날 수 있다. 식물의 저항성은 일종의 선택압으로 작용하여 바이러스의 적합성에 영향을 미치며, 이는 기주의 저항성을 극복하는 변이 바이러스의 출현으로 이어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 식물 RNA 바이러스에 대한 진화적 관점 및 진화의 원동력을 소개하고, 이를 바탕으로 식물 저항성을 극복하는 변이 바이러스의 출현 기작을 다루고자 한다. 또한 바이러스병에 대한 저항성 전개 및 내구성 향상을 위한 전략에 대해 논하였다.

벼 중생 다수성 중간모본 '화원6호' (A New High-yielding Rice Variety developed from an Interspecific cross, 'Hwaweon 6')

  • 화성벼의 유전적 배경에 O. minuta의 유용유전자가 이입된 근동질계통을 육성하기 위해 화성벼와 O. minuta를 교배하고, 계속적인 여교배와 MAS를 병행 실시하여 유망계통 CR1135-64-2를 선발하였다. CR1135-64-2는 생산력검정 시험 결과 조사된 형질 중 수당립수를 제외한 기타 형질은 화성벼와 유사한 근동질계통으로, 품종보호 출원 조건에 부합하여 '화원6호'로 명명하고 품종보호원을 출원하였다. '화원6호'는 출수기가 보통기재배에서 8월 12일로 화성벼와 유사한 중생종 품종이다. 현미천립중은 21.9g으로 화성벼보다 무거웠으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. '화원6호'는 줄무늬잎마름병을 제외한 다른 병해충에는 약한 반응을 보였으며, 완전미율은 화성벼에 비해 약간 낮았고, 아밀로스 함량은 화성벼와 유사하였으나 통계적인 차이는 없었다. '화원6호'의 정조수량은 '09~'10년 2개년간 실시한 생산력 검정 시험에서 평균 6.57 MT/ha로 화성벼 대비 103% 수준이었다. '화원6호'는 화성벼에 비해 수당립수가 많았는데 이는 O. minuta에서 이입된 qSPP7 유전자의 영향으로 판단된다.(품종보호권 등록번호: 제 5133호)

의과대학 학생들의 생활실태 및 학생지원 방안 (Assessing Life Surveys of Medical Students and Need-Based Student Services)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of a study on the psychological state, lifestyle, self-management ability, and academic adaptation of medical students, and to present examples of improvement of a student support center based on the results. A medical school in Daegu has been surveying the living conditions of students every year for 6 years since 2016. More than 60% of medical students experienced depression and more than 70% experienced stress, but these rates have significantly improved over the past 5 years. There were many cases of drinking or smoking to relieve stress, but the frequency of drinking recently decreased substantially. Some students had difficulties in emotional regulation (11.5%) and time management (16.6%), and challenges in planning and self-management increased significantly during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The satisfaction and adaptability of medical students are high, but the number of students who are not satisfied with but negative response rate is 2%-3% in every year. However, satisfaction has significantly increased in tandem with curriculum changes and COVID-19. Based on these data, the counseling system was reorganized to support psychological stability, the medical humanities curriculum was improved, and changes in actual quality of life were induced by developing and operating non-curricular programs. Furthermore, standardized questionnaires will be developed and data from many medical schools will be shared, which is expected to support medical students more effectively.

Days to Germination and Effect of Growth Regulator on Rhizome Growth in Cymbidium goeringii Hybrid

  • Germination efficiency, such as days to germination and conditions for the hybrid seeds, was tested after hybrid seeds were sown on the medium. Seeds were germinated from 67 to 126 days after seeding in all cross combinations, and germination condition was different among hybrid combinations. There was big difference on days to germination based on the different media, that is, days to germination in the hyponex medium was shorter than that in the Knudson C medium. Mutants such as MMS and NaN$_3$ were used to cause mutation. Germination occurred with 0.1 % NaN$_3$ and MMS. However, even though germination occurred in other treatments (0.01 % and 0.2% of NaN$_3$ and MMS), brownish phenomenon was intense, or did not proceed and got worse after 4-5 months of seeding. In addition, it was performed to choose appropriate medium for the growth of Cymbidium rhizome whose media adaptability is more different than other orchids. Different concentration of NAA and Kinetin was used. As a result, C. goeringii hybrid showed difference for the concentration of NAA and Kinetin combination.

중증 선천성 심질환 아동 어머니의 양육경험 (Child Rearing Experience Among Mothers of Children with Severe CHD)

  • Purpose: To explore the experiences of parenting from the mothers of children with severe CHD and to develop a grounded theory about their experiences. Method: Grounded theory method guided the data collection and analysis. A purposeful sample of 16 mothers of children with severe CHD participated during the period 2003. The data were collected by semi-structured individual interviews. Results: "Raise with dignity" emerged as the core phenomenon. 'Powerlessness' came up as the central concept. The causal conditions working on powerlessness was 'living with a bomb in the heart': uncertainty and the context were 'confronting people's eyes', 'developing child's adaptability'. An intervening condition was 'forming a support system' and consequences for coping with powerlessness were 'overcome' or 'ambivalence' using the strategies for mother's positive personality, care role perception, accepting, acknowledgement, and managing the body and mind. Conclusions: In the results of this study, the mothers of children with severe CHD are continue to struggle with life during children's growth and repeated attacks of disease. They need to be provided with skills to cope with physical and mental problems in rearing the children with expertized information for the entire period of growth.
