Pain disorder is a category of somatoform disorder that be diagnosed when the pain is starting and getting worse associated with psychological factors. At the recent study, it revealed that stress might be more strong factor in occurring and sustaining the somatoform disorder. In this case, a 42 years old female patient had a chronic pain disorder 3 years ago, suddenly complained of an eyeball pain due to retina rupture induced by severe stress. In the view of oriental medicine, pain disorder belongs to GuQiJakTongJung. So, we diagnosed her state as GuQiJakTongJung and treated her such as herbal medicine, acupuncture and phlebotomy therapy. In result, the chronic pain of the patient was improved, and also general condition was getting better.

Objectives : This study aimed to analyze the structure and the trend of utilization and expenditure for Korean Medicine (KM) in Korea. Methods : Data were drawn from the 2008-2013 annual Korea Health Panel (Version 1.2.2), a national representative sample. We combined the data of household members with the data of outpatient KM service use. The volume of KM use was estimated based on the frequency of use and co-payment. Results : The KM utilization rate slightly increased in recent years, and it is presumed to be resulted from the increase of elderly population. Most KM outpatient visits were being concentrated in treating musculoskeletal diseases, and the procedures used frequently were acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and physical therapy. The imbalance of KM use between lower income group and higher income group was deepening. Conclusions : To expand restricted disease areas KM covered, the more herbal prescriptions should be insured and the insured form of herbal medicines need to be diversified.

I. PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF RESEARCH The presentation of research direction for compositive study and application of oriental medicine is urgently demanded. Since there is few investigation for the interest in basic and clinical field of oriental medicine, and we hope that compositive study and concentrative research between instruction in college and local clinics is established by this research. II. RESEARCH CONTENT ${\cdot}$ Analysis of survey in basic field of oriental medicine as instruction curriculum. ${\cdot}$ Analysis of survey in clinical field of oriental medicine as the classification of disease. III. RESULT The result of investigation shows that the most interested field is acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical field and diagnostics in basic field of oriental medicine. And oriental medicinal clinic doctors are concerned about prescription and a newly-developed techniques such as new acupuncture therapy, new machines. They hope that a study of oriental medicine in clinical field be accomplished with the special clinics as leader. According to the previous results, we can work out the foundation of compositive study and concentrative research between instruction in college and local clinics, and on this ground it is considered that we can grope for the presentation of research direction of local clinics.

Objectives : Cerebrovascular disease in children is more common than once recognized and the etiology. In stroke patient, dysphagia is a common. Dysphagia often affects the rehabilitation of stroke patients by increasing the risk of aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition. This is the clinical report about 1 case of patient with dysphagia who had a stroke developed after operation. Methods : The herb medicine, moxibustion and acupuncture therapies were applied for treating this patient's chief symptom. Results : This patient's dysphagia was improved by oriental medical therapy. Conclusions : The result suggests that the herb medicine and acupuncture therapies is efficacious against dysphagia associated with stroke. We though that more studies about the Oriental medical treatment on dysphagia associated with stroke are needed.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report two cases of adolescent patient with structural spinal scoliosis treated by Chuna therapy. Methods: We examined two adolescent patients with an X-ray examination. These patients were diagnosed with structural scoliosis, and we used acupuncture and Chuna method at these patients. Cobb's angle and VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) were used to evaluate effects of the treatment. Results and Conclusions: After the treatment, we got these improvement results : In one case, the Cobb's angle was improved by $8.4^{\circ}$ ($19^{\circ}$ to $10.6^{\circ}$) at thoracic level (44.2% correctability) and VAS has been changed from 5 to 1-2. In another case, the Cobb's angle was improved by $4.3^{\circ}$($11.3^{\circ}$ to $7^{\circ}$) at lumbar level(38.0% correctability) and VAS has been changed from 7 to 1-2.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effect of Korean Medicine Treatment for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome. Methods : A patient with ophthalmoplegia treated with herbal medicine, cupping therapy and acupuncture(including pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture). We used photographs of eye movement to evaluate the changes in symptoms, Scott and Kraft score of left eye, visual field test for measuring peripheral visual field, subjective symptom, and VAS for headache, subjective symptom. Results : After treatment, Scott and Kraft score increase from -4 to -2. Visual field of left side improved from 45° to 80°. Also, other symptoms such as diploma, dizziness, headache, gait disturbance was also improved. There are no adverse effects and no relapse of ophthalmoplegia after 20 days of discharge. Conclusions : This case report suggests that Korean Medicine Treatment can be effective for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effect of Gagamtongchung-san and Korean medicine on the treatment of nummular eczema. Methods : A 52-year-old male had suffered from nummular eczema in forearm, dorsum manus and fossa cubitalis. We treated him with herbal medicine, acupuncture and herbal external medicine. In order to evaluate the results of these treatments, we observed pruritus and heat sensation of the patients and took photographs of the lesions. Results : After treatment, the nummular eczema lesions of patient was remarkably disappeared, NRS of pruritus and heat sensation decreased from 10 to under 2 and DLQI score changed from 28 to 9. Conclusions : According to the result, Gagamtongchung-san and Korean medicine can be effective for the treatment of nummular eczema and the improvement of quality-of-life.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is the evaluation of conservative medical treatment on the herniation of intervertebral disc(HIVD) patient after the fusion surgery of a lumbar segment. Methods: We used acupuncture, herbal medication, and manipulation for this patient. And we measured of VNRS score and SLR test result to evaluate effect of conservative medical treatment. Results & Conclusions: Patient's low back and left leg pain VNRS is decreased, and the SLR test result is improved.

Objectives: The Purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medical treatment on patient of peroneal neuropathy caused by sitting cross-legged. Methods: The patient diagnosed as peroneal neuropathy was treated by Acupuncture, Bee Venom therapy, Herbal medicine. To evaluate the effects of Korean treatment, we used Range of Motion(ROM) of Ankle, Visual Analog Scale(VAS), Numeric Rating Scale(NRS), Ankle-Hind-foot Scale(AHS), Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(DITI). Results: After treatment, ROM of Ankle, VAS, NRS, AHS were improved. Temperature Difference(${\Delta}T$) was decreased on DITI. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medical treatment might be effective on sitting cross-legged patient diagnosed as Peroneal Neuropathy.

Objectives : The purpose of this clinical case is to evaluate the efficacy of Korean Medicine treatment on Syringomyelia with Herniated Intervertebral Disc(HIVD) of C-SPINE. Methods : We used Acupunture, herbal acupuncture, herbal medicine for this patient. This patient received hospital treatment for 15 days. Results : Patient's chief complain were neck pain and trapezius pain. NRS of chief complaint decreased from 6 to 2 and Patient's NDI decreased from 46 to 14. Conclusions : We experienced improvement of symptoms in this case by acupuncture stimulation, herbal medicine. and we hope this study is helpful for the treatment of Syringomyelia with HIVD of C-SPINE.
