This study is intended to prepare an revitalization plan of region where rural development project is completed through an analysis of the actual condition of facility operation and maintenance in the region where the project is completed. The results of survey of actual condition of facility operation in the region where rural development project was completed showed that the facilities were not self-sufficient in terms of operation and maintenance cost. Therefore, a prerequisite to the revitalization of region where the project is completed is to prepare an alternative plan for increasing the efficiency and applicability of currently already prepared facilities. Second, a project operation organization system should be streamlined and the competency of operation personnel should continue to be strengthened. Third, it is necessary to prepare a support system and establish cooperation networks for increasing the extensibility of project and continuing to induce community revitalization in the region where the project is completed in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

The purpose of this study is to understand the actual condition of Bogumjari Housing Complex residents' management consciousness and to provide suggestions on ways to induce residents' volunteer participation and practice of the apartment management. This study was performed on Bogumjari Housing Complex which was occupied in 2012 and the similar-sized apartment complex of the private condominium to compare and analyze their actual condition of management and consciousness of their residents. The results of the analysis could be summarized as follows: 1) In terms of management of operation, there is no distinct difference. In terms of maintenance management, Bogumjari Housing Complex has difficulty in maintenance because of lack of management manpower. Also, the apartment complex of the private condominium has higher spontaneous participation rate, which seems to be influenced by activation of various organizations. 2) In terms of the satisfaction of management process, Bogumjari Housing Complex has have higher satisfaction with promotion of the apartment Management Rules, but it has lower satisfaction with public hygiene, community facility maintenance and operation of program than that of apartment complex of the private condominium. 3) Bogumjari Housing Complex has higher maintenance and participation consciousness, drawing conclusion that Bogumjari Housing Complexs' residents have higher expectations for apartment, a keen interest and strong will.

본 연구에서는 댐군을 연계운영할 경우 발생하는 효과를 이수측면에서 평가할 수 있는 방법을 개발하여 한강수계 댐군 운영 실적의 평가에 적용하였다. 개발된 평가방법에서는 용수공급과 유황개선 부분에서 연계운영의 효과를 평가하기 위하여 평가지점에서 필요수량에 대한 충족률과 유황안정도를 평가지표로 사용하였다 발전 부분에서 연계운영의 효과는 댐군에 의해 생산된 총발전량을 평가지표로 사용하였다. 실제 운영실적은 공칭공급량을 공급하는 단독운영과 최적화 모형에 의한 평가지표들과 비교하여 평가되었다. 한강수계의 2001년부터 2004년까지의 실제 연계운영 실적을 단독운영과 최적화 모형의 결과와 각 연도별로 비교해 보면, 용수공급 측면에서 필요수량 충족률은 단독운영은 $94.36{\sim}99.68%$, 실제운영은 $97.16{\sim}99.90%$, 최적화 모형은 4개년 모두 100.0 %를 나타냈다. 댐 운영 방법별로 하상계수와 유황계수를 사용하여 유황안정도를 평가해 보면, 유황이 단독운영 보다 실제운영과 최적화 모형이 더 안정적인 결과를 나타냈다. 실제 총발전량을 다른 운영방법의 결과와 비교해 보면, 최적화 모형은 실제 총발전량 보다 $-3.47{\sim}6.54%$ 증가된 결과를 나타냈으며, 단독운영은 실제 총발전량 보다 $12.68{\sim}38.94%$ 감소된 결과를 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

In this paper, the recent technologies of a guardlamp are surveyed and the research on the actual condition of the management and maintenance is carried out. In addition, this paper intends to arouse people's attention to the electrical disasters caused by neglecting the installation, operation, management and maintenance of the guardlamp. In the process of the research, a field survey, a meeting of interested persons and manufacturers were performed and their opinions were reflected.

The reliable operation of onsite emergency diesel generator(EDG) should be ensured by a conditioning monitoring system designed to maintain, monitor and forecast the reliability level of diesel generator. The purpose of this paper is to develop condition diagnosis algorithm(logic) and analysis program of engine for the accurate diagnosis in actual condition of emergency diesel generator engine. As a result of this study, we confirmed that developed engine condition diagnosis algorithm and analysis program could be efficiently applied for actual EDG engine in nuclear power plant.

This paper is concerned with the performence of a steam reformer for 25kW class MCFC, which is compared with the theoretically calculated results at various operating conditions. The theoretical $H_2$ production amount and $CH_4$ conversion rate are calculated with variations of temperature and steam/carbon (S/C) ratio using fortran program, and the actual values are measured from flowmeter and gas chromatography. As a result of the comparison of theoretical and actual values, the theoretical $H_2$ production amount is calculated by $24.4m^3/hr$ at the normal operating condition(LNG $9m^3/hr$, S/C ratio 5, absolute pressure $2.77kg/cm^2$, $610^{\circ}C$), but the actual production amount is only $19.4m^3/hr$, which is 79.5% of the theoretical value. Nevertheless, at the normal operating condition, the reformer for 25kW class MCFC performed well for a 2,100 hr long run operation, constantly producing $H_2$.

To boost the Korean peninsula as a logistical hub of North-East Asia in 21st century is an important part of Korean development strategies. This research has been conducted on the premise that the connection and operation of the Korean Peninsula break-railway and Euro-Asian railway network will be a great drive for Korean economy and railway technology development. For the preparation to do a further research on this subject, this paper introduces the general condition and related basic material for the railway network operation through the countries along the corridor. It also provides the basic data of railway and actual operation condition in the involved Euro- Asian areas, such as Russia, China, Mongolia, Kazakh-stan, etc.
