This paper grasped the labor productivity actual condition by the standard of per unit working hour and production about the main products of our country's industrial the main materials and could understand the average of our country's labor productivity as compared this with the labor productivity actual condition of Japan. As a countermeasure about these. 1. must convert the way of use of industrial policy. 2. must make a housing development and special serialization of a small and medium enterprise. 3. must establish an organic technical development system. 4. must grope the policy of management rationalization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of labor during the marriage by estimating the total labor-time of husband and wife and to prove the contribution of labor-time to household. The statistical life-time research data of Bureau of Statistics were used to prove the overwork of wives compared with husbands during the marriage. The result of the study can help to prove the wife's contribution of labor-time to household.

It compared subcontractor with contractor that are wages, the labor hour and labor condition of the work environment back are inferior relative. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor.

Subject : The Imminent Labor Pulse(臨産 離經脈, extra-meridian pulse approaching labor) is one of many practical clinical knowledges, unique to Traditional Korean(Eastern) Medicine. Objective : This research explores the origin and change of perception on the subject throughout history, with objective to sort out practical knowledge applicable in the clinic of today. Also, it draws clinical meaning of pulse diagnosis according to the physiological theories, and suggests directions for future clinical researches. Method : First, the Imminent Labor Pulse was examined based on major publications such as the "Nanjing", "Maijing" and theories of major doctors. Second, this previous study was examined through clinical observation research. Third, further research was carried out on pulse theory according to the Traditional Medical theories. Fourth, their clinical practicality and points of further research were sorted out. These points need to be examined through additional clinical research. Conclusion : The following conclusions could be drawn from study of the Imminent Labor Pulse. From the Imminent Labor Pulse which indicated the beginning of the first period of labor in the "Maijing", it developed into trying to grasp the beginning of the second period of labor which is the actual time of labor, through "Zhubingyuanhoulun" and "Shizaizhifang". By Xueji, another pulse that could be felt on the middle finger of the mother had been discovered. The middle finger is where the Pericardium Meridian flows. The child's connection to the uterus becomes disconnected on the first period, but that with the Pericardium meridian which provides blood meridian to the Taichongmai of the child continues throughout labor until the umbilicus chord is cut. Therefore, this middle finger pulse could serve as showing the heart condition of the mother and child during labor. The time of its appearance and disappearance, and their correlation with the child's heartbeat need to be clinically examined.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the ordinances of other local governments to propose implications and improvement plans for the ordinances of Chuncheon City. To this end, cases of overseas legislation related to youth labor rights, domestic laws and major policies of the central government were reviewed. Design/methodology/approach - This study mainly utilized literature research methods. In addition, it was based on foreign laws and case analysis, domestic laws and ordinances, and preceding research and data related to government policies. Findings - Chuncheon city ordinances are superior to those of other local governments. However, the details of the establishment of the implementation plan, the actual condition survey, and the establishment of the consultation system are included in the project contents of Article 6, so it is not concrete and clear. And there were no articles related to the labor environment check. Research implications or Originality - It is proposed to make the contents of the establishment of an implementation plan, survey, and consultation system as independent provisions. It is also proposed to establish a new article related to the youth labor environment check. In addition, it is desirable to establish detailed regulations by establishing the ordinance enforcement regulations.

Labor productivity is a significant factor associated with controlling time, cost, and quality. Many researchers have developed models to define methods of measuring the relationship between productivity and various parameters such as the size of working area, maximum working hours, and the crew composition. Most of the previous research has focused on estimating productivity; however, this research concentrates on estimating labor productivity and developing time and cost data for repetitive concrete pouring activity. In Korea, "Standard Estimating" only entails the average productivity data of the construction industry, and it is difficult to predict the time and cost spent on any particular project. As a result, errors occur in estimating duration and cost for individual activities or projects. To address these issues, this research sought to collect data, measure productivity, and develop time and cost data using labor productivity based on field conditions from the collected data. A probabilistic approach is also proposed to develop data. A case study is performed to validate this process using actual data collected from construction sites. It is possible that the result will be used as the EVMS baseline of cost management and schedule management.

This study investigates the 17 ordinances on the improvement of labor condition and status of social workers in the metropolitan city of Busan that has 16 administrative borough, or gu, and a central headquarter, and further verifies its implementation. Researchers identified the presence of 9 articles in each ordinances, followed by data request being made to all the administrative offices for their implementation. As a result, the articles on obligation, research on the actual condition, support plan and committee establishment have been excluded in many gus, which were in default of implementation or slower than ordinances stipulate. It is suggested that statements about the obligation of the head officers, preceding research on the actual condition before support plan and committee establishment should be made in the independent articles. Regarding its implementation, ordinances are required to have a regulatory power through penalty, reflect the actual demands of social workers in the field and go through a regular evaluation and monitoring on its implementation in order for purpose accomplishment.

The actual conditions of the labor unions are primitive. First, there is no good records management regulation. At this research, I found it that most regulations of the labor unions were all the same. I think they have been copied a kind of one of originality. Second, the definition of records were very narrow, like documentary evidence. Third, the classification, filing, disposal regulations are the below level of the public institution in 1970s. Fourth, there are no standards of the records scheduling for the labor records. What kind of labor records have the historical values? I could not find, only the documentary evidence value. So, I think The actual conditions of the labor unions are primitive. I investigated the collections of the Southern Labor Archives in USA. There were many kind of records. For example, the records of regional labor unions also central labor unions, pamphlets, journals, photos, personal records, oral history, organizational records like protocols article of associations internal rules, minute books etc. Like this the collections of the Southern Labor Archives in USA are very various. But our actual conditions of the labor unions is far from that. Rather, we just have tried collected records for publishing the white papers. But this habitual practice would not be desirable. Because they must manage the records from the producing time. Mostly, 'laborer history HANNAE' were organised, and they are trying the collecting and management of the labor records. Also They are trying the computerizing, compilation. 'HANNAE' has the condition for the transformation of the labor archives. But if they want to be really, they must make the records management infra and so, should normalize the record management firstly. For example, They must be keep the standardized records management regulations, records scheduling redesigned. the developing standard model for the records management. And they have the vision for the hub of the labor archives. When coming to this, it will be realized the labor archives Now the records for the working class are disappearing. The managing the records for the labor is another labor movement. All together should join it. But I think the supporting of the archival science research colleagues will be the essential part.
