170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

본 연구는 민간조사 전문직업화의 실태를 분석하여, 이를 기초로 향후 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의와 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문직업화 과정을 밝히는 구조적인 접근방식의 전문직 특징인 전문협회, 전문지식, 교육과정, 자격제도, 윤리규정의 네 가지 요소를 중심으로 민간조사업의 전문직업화 실태를 분석하였다. 실태분석 결과를 바탕으로 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위해서는 법인화를 위한 관련 협회들 간의 적극적인 노력, 전문지식 편중성의 극복, 전문교과 과정의 편성 운영, 공인화된 자격제도로의 전환, 윤리강령의 제정 등이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

In this study the location condition and the management of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages located around unified Cheongju city has been surveyed or investigated. On the basis of the results of the survey or investigation this study is to suggest a way to make activate the Rural Experience Tourism Villages which have been inactive. The ways of the research include the understanding of what means the activation of rural areas and then this study is to find the problems with the Rural Experience Tourism Villages and to suggest final ways or plans after the field investigation of the condition of the location and management of the Villages. In this study I had full understanding of the concept of the activation for rural areas and the humanistic and geographical characteristics and then made a wide investigation and analysis of the location condition and the management of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages in this area. Based on the theory and the results of the actual investigation I made a suggestion of basic direction for the improvement of the Villages and the ways for activation of the Villages. I really expect these suggestions of mine to make active contribution to make the actual plan through the promotion of the Rural Experience Tourism Villages.

The environmental pollution by noise is recognized by the pollution source made it not only to carry out harm of the Quality of a life of people seriously in most countries, but was generated for most actual problems. The measure to such environmental noise must conduct first investigation which noise generating currently regarded as questionable says in what grade has resulted and the suitable measure by that is studied. The concern of the residents who demand such a comfortable living environment is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the three areas of Jeollabuk-Do judged that noise is comparatively severe was selected. It is going to grasp delicately the noise actual condition of a residential, semi-residential, commercial, industrial area.

This paper describes the investigation into the actual condition of electrical equipments installation and management for establishing the countermeasures against the electric shock in submerged underground. The investigation was carried out for 27 underground premises in conurbation including Seoul, and potential of the exposed electrical equipments negatively affecting on human safety when disaster occurs was measured. The objects to which measurement was carried out were as follows; electrical source; advertising lighting; power equipment. As a result, it was confirmed that potentials more than 230[V] were induced in some equipments. In addition, the electrical equipments installed in most conventional underground premises were left unmanaged.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 운용실태를 조사하였으며 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 설비를 IEC60364에 적용할 시 문제점을 검토하였다. 국내 기술기준에 준해 시공된 건축전기설비는 TT계통과 유사하나 건물내 모든 금속도체를 보호도체(PE conductor)에 접합하여 등전위시키는 IEC60364와 차이점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 건축전기설비 중IEC60364를 적용하여 시공된 설비에 대한 실태조사를 통해 이해 부족 및 기술기준과 IEC60364의 혼용으로 인한 문제점을 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the fire danger of the electric radiant heating system and check the way how to use it and the problems that could be possible through a actual case. We carry out an experiment to identify the possibility of the fire in the similar condition of the actual fire case. The results of this study are as follows. It is a possible condition to fire if the air blast of the electric radiant heating system is blocked by some combustible materials such as plastic bags continuously. A temperature sensor and a residual current device are necessary to disconnect the power source. It is also necessary to attach a notice in front of the electric radiant hearing system that shows users the fire danger to forbid the possible fire. Fires could be happened by internal defects of the electronic products. However, we can also find many external reasons to happen fires. Therefore, we need to check all reasons to make fires in the scene of a fire.

구강보건에 관한 인식도 및 관리실태와 미소평점과의 상관성을 알아보기 위하여 대구시내 남녀 고등학교 학생 150명(남자80명, 여자70명)을 대상으로 그들의 구강보건 지식의 수준과 일상 치아 관리실태에 관하여 설문지를 통해 평가한 후 아무런 부담을 주지 않은 편안한 상태에서 설문지 해당 각자의 미소 시 정면사진을 촬영하였으며, 이연구와 상관이 없고 근무지와 직책이 다른 5명의 치과의사를 무작위로 선출하여 연구 대상자의 미소를 다섯 분류의 점수로 평가한 후 각각의 자료를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 구강보건에 관한 인식도 및 관리실태와 미소평점과는 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 구강보건 인식도조사에서는 오답이 많았지만 관리실태 조사에서는 일상 관리가 잘 이루어지고 있음을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 구강보건의 인지특성이나 관리실태의 실천보다는 미소는 평상시 반복된 습관적 행태에 더 많은 관계가 있을 것으로 사료되었다.
