The purpose of this study was to identify the actual condition of residential environment for the elderly residing in Daejeon. The data were collected through interviews and structured questionnaires. The sujects were 583 elderly people over the age of 65 in Daejeon. Sociodemographic characteristics, living characteristics, housing characteristics, neighborhood environment types, actual usage condition of neighborhood environment, relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and actual usage of neighborhood environment, actual condition of unit interior, were surveyed. The data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, χ²-test, mean using the SPSS package. The major findings were as follows. Features of unit interior which pointed generally were deterioration, soundproofing and size. Features of unit interior which need to be carefully planned were removal of height difference of entrance, removal of the thresholds, installation of emergency bell and room heating control facility. The facilities provided highly within the subject's residential environment were the eldery facility, church, hospital, bank, restaurant, beauty salon/barbershop, supermarket. and the facilities provided lowly were recreational facility, library, elderly school.

170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

The reliable operation of onsite emergency diesel generator(EDG) should be ensured by a conditioning monitoring system designed to maintain, monitor and forecast the reliability level of diesel generator. The purpose of this paper is to develop condition diagnosis algorithm(logic) and analysis program of engine for the accurate diagnosis in actual condition of emergency diesel generator engine. As a result of this study, we confirmed that developed engine condition diagnosis algorithm and analysis program could be efficiently applied for actual EDG engine in nuclear power plant.

This paper presents a loop impedance(inner loop impedance & external impedance) measurement method in TN system. When the measurement of a loop impedance then the measurement result have a some error by load condition. In this paper suggest the loop impedance measurement on actual loading condition by two experiment. one was laboratory condition and the other was the actual measurement on site. Analysis result, measuring error by load condition has not effect on measuring loop impedance.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual condition of real certification schools of environment-friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As the method of this study, firstly, certification as an examination on certification system of environment-friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment-friendly architecture and eco-school pilot model project, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Secondly, actual condition of ecological environment elements per school grade by collecting actual data of certification schools environment-friendly architecture were analyzed. As a result, total 35 environment-friendly school facilities are clarified that the average composition ratio of ecological area ratio is 23.0% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region.

The needs of integrated play and space for both healthy children and children with Disabilities is increasing due to positive effect of integrated play. However, existing plan of play space have not considered children with Disabilities as the user and Integrated Perspective what children and children with Disabilities can do together is insufficient. For these reasons, establishing guideline of the Barrier Free Play Space and Model Development is required to meet the New Paradigm's demands. The purpose of this research is to deduce present condition and problem of play space through the Actual Condition Analysis of domestic Play Space. This study have given careful consideration to the actual condition of play space for 3 types by Types of Installation method. As a result, there are many problems from research point of view and facilities for the disablilities too. Consequently, element of plan and facilities for the disabled which are problems should be shown the direction focused improvement, moreover major task is build a barrier free play space as a place of social integration.

고령화 사회에서 고령사회로 급격하게 변화하는 시점에서 노인의 특성과 생활실태를 정확히 파악하여 사회전반에서 발생하는 변화의 양상을 인식하고, 이에 대하여 효과적이고도 적극적으로 대응해야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 2008년도에 전국적으로 조사된 노인생활실태 및 복지욕구조사자료를 바탕으로 가구와 개인정보에 대한 노인생활실태를 파악하고 이러한 변수가 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 통계자료분석을 실시하여, 현실적 타당성과 적합성을 지닌 고령사회의 사회정책수립에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Currently in design and manufacturing of railway train overseas markets, criteria for a collision condition between vehicles is noted in design specification. In the event of a train crash, it can be verified by crashworthiness analysis or an actual crash test for car's performance to keep the safety of passengers and to minimize the effect of damaged for vehicles. In this paper, it is described for carbody structure to meet the allowable condition in collision analysis through improvement of shape, position and arrangement for carbody frame. This report describes the shape of end frame for carbody structure and the results of analysis applied to actual cases for overseas.

본 연구는 민간조사 전문직업화의 실태를 분석하여, 이를 기초로 향후 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의와 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문직업화 과정을 밝히는 구조적인 접근방식의 전문직 특징인 전문협회, 전문지식, 교육과정, 자격제도, 윤리규정의 네 가지 요소를 중심으로 민간조사업의 전문직업화 실태를 분석하였다. 실태분석 결과를 바탕으로 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위해서는 법인화를 위한 관련 협회들 간의 적극적인 노력, 전문지식 편중성의 극복, 전문교과 과정의 편성 운영, 공인화된 자격제도로의 전환, 윤리강령의 제정 등이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

This study is intended to prepare an revitalization plan of region where rural development project is completed through an analysis of the actual condition of facility operation and maintenance in the region where the project is completed. The results of survey of actual condition of facility operation in the region where rural development project was completed showed that the facilities were not self-sufficient in terms of operation and maintenance cost. Therefore, a prerequisite to the revitalization of region where the project is completed is to prepare an alternative plan for increasing the efficiency and applicability of currently already prepared facilities. Second, a project operation organization system should be streamlined and the competency of operation personnel should continue to be strengthened. Third, it is necessary to prepare a support system and establish cooperation networks for increasing the extensibility of project and continuing to induce community revitalization in the region where the project is completed in the future.
