지능형 전기품질 평가모델 개발 (Development of Intelligence Electric Power Quality Assessment Model)

  • This paper presents a power quality assessment model based on the Analytic hierarchy process. This model can assess unified power quality index which provide an overall performance of the distribution system. To obtain the unified power quality index, we propose the use of the AHP model which has three states: [Ideal]-[Actual]-[Worst]. The proposed method is especially useful and effective for planning. We have applied the proposed method to an actual relatively large system, and verified the usefulness.

  • Seismic damage assessment program for containment structure is developed. The program has been established through the combination of inelastic seismic analysis program and 3-D animation program. Damage indices at finite element level and structural level have been introduced for the seismic damage assessment. The seismic damage assessment program makes it possible to analyze in real-time the actual resistance capacity and damage level of containment structure. It will be expected that the program enables to establish the measures more quickly under the earthquake event.

  • 네트워크의 발달은 전통적인 교육이 가지고 있는 한계점을 보완해 주는 웹 기반 교육(WBI : Web Based Instruction)이라는 교육 분야를 창출하였고 지금 이 순간에도 웹 기반 교육에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지면서 다양한 모양의 학습 모형이 제시되며 구현되고 있다. 웹 기반 교육에서의 평가는 기존의 객관식 위주의 채점평가가 그대로 적용이 되고 있는 상황이고 학생의 실제적인 수행을 검사하고 판단하는 수행평가(Performance Assessment)에 대해서는 상당수 구현이 되어 가고 있는 반면에 실제로 점수를 부여하고 행정적으로 처리를 하는 선생님의 입장에서 구현이 되어진 수행평가 프로그램은 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 편의를 위해서 널리 보급되어 있는 인터넷을 이용한 수행평가 방법이외에 실질적인 행정업무를 처리하는 선생님의 입장에서 보다 편리하게 수행평가를 수행할 수 있도록 수행평가 프로그램을 구현하였다.

예비교사의 TPACK 역량 측정 설문과 수행평가 결과의 차이 (The difference of measurement results between the questionnaire and performance assessment of Pre-service teacher's TPACK competency)

  • 이 연구에서는 예비 교사들이 갖고 있는 TPACK의 실천적 역량을 측정하기 위하여 기존의 연구들에서 사용한 TPACK 측정 설문지와 수행평가를 통해 드러난 TPACK 역량의 관계를 비교하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 예비 교사의 TPACK 설문지를 개발하였다. 또한 '달과 천체의 변화'에 관련된 수행평가 과제 및 면담을 통해 예비 교사의 TPACK 역량의 실제를 분석하였다. 설문 분석 결과에서는 예비교사들의 PCK와 TPK이 높게 나타났고, 상대적으로 TCK와 TPACK이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 설문에서는 TPK가 낮은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과 TPK가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 설문에서는 TPK가 높은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과 TPK는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 설문에서 TCK가 낮은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과, 반대로 TCK가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 설문에서 TCK가 높은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과, 실제 TCK 역량은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. TPACK가 설문에서는 높게 나타난 경우에도 수행평가의 실제 결과를 통해서는 TPACK가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 TPACK 측정 도구들이 실행 역량 보다는 자기효능감을 측정하는 것임을 확인하였다.

  • The assessment of exposure is an important component of the risk assessment process. Exposure information is used in risk assessment in at least two ways: 1) in the identification of hazards and the epidemiologic research investigating exposure-response relationships and 2) in the development of population exposure estimates. In both of these cases, the value of a chemical risk assessment is enhanced by improvements in the quality of exposure assessments. The optimum exposure assessment is the direct measurement of population exposure; however, such measurements are rarely available. Recent developments in methods for exposure assessment allow estimates to be made that are valid representations of actual exposure. The use of these exposure estimates to classify exposures correctly enhances the likelihood that causal associations between exposure and response will be correctly identified and that population risks will be accurately assessed.

빌딩공사의 안전관리정보시스템 개발 (A Development on the Safety Management Information System in Building Work)

  • There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as foundation, erection, structure, equipment finish and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in building. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop assessment model for selection of new DSM investment programs. In this research, MAUT method which find assessment value by each attributes related to selecting new DSM investment programs using utility function and integrate with structural frame was used to develop assessment model. In order to validate the usefulness of the model, assessment model was applied for actual candidate group of new DSM investment programs in natural gas domain. By utilize this assessment model to select new DSM investment programs, it is expected to minimize risk of new program launching and to maximize efficiency of DSM investment programs.

제주 한천유역의 실제 증발산량 평가 (Assessment of Actual Evapotranspiration in the Hancheon Watershed, Jeju Island)

  • In this study, estimation methods for actual evapotranspiration have been studied using the concept of potential and actual evapotranspiration. Among the diverse estimation methods, SWAT-K application is chosen for hydrological modeling. For Jeju island we have characterized annual and monthly evapotranspiration using SWAT-K. In the results, simulated potential evapotranspiration reached to the 91% of small pan evaporation. With respect to the temperature lapse rate($-6^{\circ}C/km$) depending on the altitude of Halla mountain, evapotranspiration rate decreased by 7.5% compared to the status when the temperature data from the Jeju weather station were applied to the watershed. As the average of annual rainfall increased, potential evapotranspiration was increased, actual evapotranspiration was, however, decreased.

Comparing the Use of Self and Peer Assessment: A Case Study in a Statistics Course

  • In this study, we compare the assessments made by self, peer and instructor in a statistics course. The goal is to investigate the following two questions: (1) Is it reasonable or fair to expect students to be responsible for assessing the work of their colleagues and themselves? (2) What are students' opinions about the learning effect after they participate in the assessment process? As part of the study investigating these questions, we designed a prototype for a Web-based assessment tool and a procedure to apply the assessment techniques in a statistics course. In addition, we collected and analyzed the data produced in the assessment processes from students and the instructor. The analysis results are summarized as follows: First, self assessment was not accord with instructor assessment, but peer assessment was similar to the assessment by instructor. This result reflected that it is reasonable or fair to expect students to be responsible for assessing the work of their colleagues. Second, peer assessment of their colleagues successfully helped students increase their understanding of the course, and the students increased their skills in the actual assessment process by assessing the work of their colleagues. Finally, many students indicated a high interest level on the assessments.

공급사슬 위험평가 및 위험관리전략이 공급사슬 운영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Risk Assessment Effects of SCM and the Strategy of Risk Management on Supply Chain Performance)

  • This study outlines possible risk factors in the SCM of a company and correlates risk assessment, the strategy of risk management, and the supply chain performance. The data is surveyed from an international Korean company and is analyzed by the structure equation model of actual proof. The research model verifies the correlation between the risk assessment, the strategy of risk management, and the supply chain performance as dependent variables after the risk factors of the SCM are defined as independent variables. The research shows that there are consecutive links among the risk factors of the SCM, the risk assessment, and the strategy of risk management. The strategy of risk management was conclusively determined to have an effect on supply chain performance. Therefore, improving the supply chain performance of a company requires the constructive process for risk management based on a correlation between risk assessment and the strategy of risk management.
