  • This study attempted to explore how online game is endowed new meaning and function and changed into totally different product in result by recognition and consuming behavior(game activity) of game users. The subjects of this study are famous Internet based online games called 'Lineage' and 'EverQuest'. These two online games are physically similar games. Both are MMORPG and community-based games. While Lineage became a cyber world as a part of the real world, EverQuest was a game product. This study explored the recognition of garners about game world and different consuming behavior pattern(game activity pattern) in game world made by different recognition of online game. The result from exploring the differences in the recognition of game world showed Lineage garners regarded Lineage world as another living space or a part of real world they can explore and express psychological need and self-identity or self-image and live through diverse activities. But EverQuest garners regarded EverQuest as a product for experience of fantasy world. The result from comparing the game consuming behaviors showed that different recognition of game world made the differences in the game consuming behavior. The results of the present study supported that the recognition of consumers about digital images or content poducts like online game can be different by the value and experience of consumer, and the different recognition make the different consuming behavior of similar or same products. The results supported that the meaning and value of digital images or digital content are endowed by consumers.

  • Bacillus sp. secretes high levels of extracellular enzymes into the culture medium. The signal recognition particle (SRP) and the SRP receptor play a central role in targeting pre secretory proteins to the translocase. By the analysis of the DNA microarray of B. lentimorbus WJ5, it was detected that WJ5m12, antifungal activity deficient mutant induced by gamma radiation, had a down-regulated expression of the SRP receptor gene (B. subtitis srb homologue, srbL). To determine the relationship of SRP receptor to antifungal activity, srbL of B. lentimorbus WJ5 was amplified by PCR and ligated into pQE30 vector, and then transferred into WJ5m12. The transformant, WJ5m12::srbL, recovered the antifungal activity. From the 2-DE analysis, the several presecretory proteins accumulated in the mutant cell and decreased to a level of the wild type in WJ5m12::srbL. It seems that the srbL could play an important role in the secretion of the antifungal activity related proteins of B. lentimorbus WJ5.

  • Trichoderma species/isolates exhibited varied degree of agglutination on sclerotial (Sc) and hyphal (Hy) surface of Macrophomina phaseolina. The agglutination efficiencies on Sc and Hy ranged from $11\;to\;57\%$. Isolates of T. harzianum (Th) and T. viride (Tv) showed greater agglutination on Sc ($23-57\%$) and Hy ($16-47\%$). Different enzymes (trypsin, pepsin, proteinase k, a-chymotrypsin, lyticase and glucosidase) and inhibitors (tunicamycin, cycloheximide, brefeldin A, sodium azide, dithiothreitol and SDS) reduced the agglutination potential of conidia of Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98; however, the extent of response varied greatly in different treatments. Different fractions of Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98 exhibited haemagglutinating reaction with human blood group A, B, AB and O. Haemagglutinating activity was inhibited by different sugars and glycoproteins tested. Crude haemagglutinating protein from outer cell wall protein fraction of Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98 were eluted on Sephadex G-100 column. Initially Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98 exhibited two peaks showing no agglutination activity; however, lectin activity was detected in the third peak. Similar to crude lectin, the purified lectin also exhibited haemagglutinating activity with different erythrocyte source. SDS-PAGE analysis of partially purified lectin revealed single band with an estimated molecular mass of 55 and 52 kDa in Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98, respectively. Trypsin, chymotrypsin and b-1,3-glucanase totally inhibited lectin activity. Similarly, various pH also affected the haemagglutinating activity of Th-23/98 and Tv-25/98. From the present observations, it can be concluded that the recognition/attachment of mycoparasite (T. harzianum and T. viride) to the host surface (M. phaseolina) may be most likely due to lectin-carbohydrate interaction.

  • As interest in wellness grows, There is a lot of research about monitoring individual health using wearable devices. Accordingly, a variety of methods have been studied to distinguish exercise from daily activities using wearable devices. Most of these existing studies are machine learning methods. However, there are problems with over-fitting on individual person's learning, data discontinuously recognition by independent segmenting and fake activity. This paper suggests a detection method for exercise activity based on the physiological response principle of heart rate up and down during exercise. This proposed method calculates activity intensity and heart rate from triaxial and photoplethysmography sensor to determine a heart rate recovery, then detects exercise by estimating activity intensity or detecting a heart rate rising state. Experimental results show that our proposed algorithm has 98.64% of averaged accuracy, 98.05% of averaged precision and 98.62% of averaged recall.

  • Due to the large differences in human activity within classes, the large similarity between classes, and the problems of visual angle and occlusion, it is difficult to extract features manually, and the detection rate of human behavior is low. In order to better solve these problems, an improved Faster R-CNN-based detection algorithm is proposed in this paper. It achieves multi-object recognition and localization through a second-order detection network, and replaces the original feature extraction module with Dense-Net, which can fuse multi-level feature information, increase network depth and avoid disappearance of network gradients. Meanwhile, the proposal merging strategy is improved with Soft-NMS, where an attenuation function is designed to replace the conventional NMS algorithm, thereby avoiding missed detection of adjacent or overlapping objects, and enhancing the network detection accuracy under multiple objects. During the experiment, the improved Faster R-CNN method in this article has 84.7% target detection result, which is improved compared to other methods, which proves that the target recognition method has significant advantages and potential.

  • This study was aimed at knowing the recognition of teachers' nutrition knowledge and nutrition education at day-care centers in Seong-nam. Teachers were all female, most of whom were in the 20, and their careers were less than 3 years. And $76.2\%$ of the teachers graduated from high school and junior college. The score of the nutrition knowledge was average $14.3\pm2.2$ (out of 20). It shows that they are lack of general information of nutrition. As the teachers had higher education, they scored higher nutrition knowledge levels (p < 0.01). It also says that there was meaningful interrelationship between the nutrition knowledge and the number of children they had (p < 0.05). $93\%$ of the teachers said that nutrition education should be given when children are three years old, at least and most of the teachers thought that nutrition education is necessary and should be taught in a separate course. $50.4\%$ of the teachers thought that nutrition education for early childhood should be taught by a nutritionist, but $35.2\%$ of them thought that the teachers themselves should be in charge of it. About $60\%$ of the teachers thought that 'Cooking Activity for Early Childhood' course should be established and it is desirable that the nutrition education should be in the area of cooking activity for childhood at day-care centers. The teachers thought that dietary habit is the most important subject in nutrition education and they got more information from the internet rather than in the class related to nutrition. • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of problem solving models and middle school students' recognition inproblem solving activities and to get implications of problem solving activities in science education. We took the position of problem solving as consisting of four sequential stages: search of problems, performance of the plan, presentation of results, and evaluation of the presentation. Taking into account thechosen activity factors for each stage of problem solving, we developed detailed activity tools that are supposed to guide the stage. Recognition of problem solving activities in 7th grade middle school students were positive. Students felt that problem solvingactivities made them engage more and interested in science classes, and that they were helpful in solving problems in everyday life. Even though they found real problems in everyday life, they preferred problem solving activities to deal with real problems rather than simple minded ones.

  • Human activity recognition is widely used in smart homes, health care and indoor monitor. Traditional approaches all need hardware installation or wearable sensors, which incurs additional costs and imposes many restrictions on usage. Therefore, this paper presents a novel device-free activities recognition system based on the advanced wireless technologies. The fine-grained information channel state information (CSI) in the wireless channel is employed as the indicator of human activities. To improve accuracy, both amplitude and phase information of CSI are extracted and shaped into feature vectors for activities recognition. In addition, we discuss the classification accuracy of different features and select the most stable features for feature matrix. Our experimental evaluation in two laboratories of different size demonstrates that the proposed scheme can achieve an average accuracy over 95% and 90% in different scenarios.
