Ubiquitous computing is a technique to provide users with appropriate services, collecting the context information in somewhere by attached sensor. An intelligent system needs to automatically update services according to the user's various circumstances. To do this, in this paper, we propose a design of context ontology, trigger rule for mining service pattern related to users activity and an active mining architecture integrating trigger system. The proposed system is a framework for active mining user activity and service pattern by considering the relation between user context and object based on trigger system.

Big data is an emerging technology which deals with wide range of data sets with sizes beyond the ability to work with software tools which is commonly used for processing of data. When we consider a huge network, we have to process a large amount of network information generated, which consists of both normal and abnormal activity logs in large volume of multi-dimensional data. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is required to monitor the network and to detect the malicious nodes and activities in the network. Massive amount of data makes it difficult to detect threats and attacks. Sequential Pattern mining may be used to identify the patterns of malicious activities which have been an emerging popular trend due to the consideration of quantities, profits and time orders of item. Here we propose a sequential pattern mining algorithm with fuzzy logic feature selection and fuzzy weighted support for huge volumes of network logs to be implemented in Apache Hadoop YARN, which solves the problem of speed and time constraints. Fuzzy logic feature selection selects important features from the feature set. Fuzzy weighted supports provide weights to the inputs and avoid multiple scans. In our simulation we use the attack log from NS-2 MANET environment and compare the proposed algorithm with the state-of-the-art sequential Pattern Mining algorithm, SPADE and Support Vector Machine with Hadoop environment.

In order to supply suitable services to users in ubiquitous computing environments, it is important to consider both location and time information which is related to all object and user's activity. To do this, in this paper, we design a spatial-temporal ontology considering user context and propose a system architecture for active mining user activity and service pattern. The proposed system is a framework for active mining user activity and service pattern by considering the relation between user context and object based on trigger system.
Electrocardiogram being the recording of the heart's electrical activity provides valuable clinical information about heart's status. Many re-searches have been pursued for heart disease diagnosis using ECG so far. However, electrocardio-graph uses foreign diagnosis algorithm due to inaccuracy of diagnosis results for a heart disease. This paper suggests ECG data collection, data preprocessing and heart disease pattern classification using data mining. This classification technique is the FB(Frequent pattern Bayesian) classifier and is a combination of two data mining problems, naive bayesian and frequent pattern mining. FB uses Product Approximation construction that uses the discovered frequent patterns. Therefore, this method overcomes weakness of naive bayesian which makes the assumption of class conditional independence.

A routing scheme for a group of mobile users for wireless ad-hoc networks is presented. The proposed scheme mines social activity patterns from wireless traces, and exploits social user group for efficient data routing among users based on a data publish approach. Simulation results based on real-world wireless traces show that our routing scheme reduces routing cost for a large mobile user group with a factor of 1.8 compared to a baseline counterpart.
With the development of Smartphone, Smartphone contains diverse functions including many sensors that can describe users' state. So there has been increased studies rapidly about activity recognition and life pattern recognition with Smartphone sensors. This research suggest modeling of the activity data to classify extracted data in existing activity recognition study. Activity data is divided into two parts: Physical activity and Logical Activity. In this paper, activity data modeling is theoretical analysis. We classified the basic activity(walking, standing, sitting, lying) as physical activity and the other activities including object, target and place as logical activity. After that we suggested a method of visualizing modeling data for users. Our approach will contribute to generalize human's life by modeling activity data. Also it can contribute to visualize user's activity data for existing activity recognition study.
In order to provide useful services for user in ubiquitous environment, a technique that can get the helpful information considering user activity and preference is needed and also user's interest actually changes as time passes. Therefore, the discovering method which reflects the concern degree of service information is needed. In this paper, we present the finding method of frequent pattern with dynamic weight on individual item based on service ontology we design. Our method can be applied to provide interested service information for user depending on context.
The various services are required to user in time and space. It is important to provide suitable service to user according to user's circumstance. Therefore it is need to provide services to user through mining by latest information of user activity and service history. In this paper we propose a mining method to search association rule using service history based on spatiotemporal information and service ontology. In this method, we find the associative service pattern using level-cross tree on service ontology. The proposed method is to be a basic research to find the service pattern to provide high quality service to user according to season, location and age under the same context.

The significant aim of this research has always been to evaluate the mechanism for efficient and inherently aware usage of vitality in-home devices, thus improving the information of smart metering systems with regard to the usage of selected homes and the time of use. Advances in information processing are commonly used to quantify gigantic building activity data steps to boost the activity efficiency of the building energy systems. Here, some smart data mining models are offered to measure, and predict the time series for energy in order to expose different ephemeral principles for using energy. Such considerations illustrate the use of machines in relation to time, such as day hour, time of day, week, month and year relationships within a family unit, which are key components in gathering and separating the effect of consumers behaviors in the use of energy and their pattern of energy prediction. It is necessary to determine the multiple relations through the usage of different appliances from simultaneous information flows. In comparison, specific relations among interval-based instances where multiple appliances use continue for certain duration are difficult to determine. In order to resolve these difficulties, an unsupervised energy time-series data clustering and a frequent pattern mining study as well as a deep learning technique for estimating energy use were presented. A broad test using true data sets that are rich in smart meter data were conducted. The exact results of the appliance designs that were recognized by the proposed model were filled out by Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Networks (LSTM and GRU) at each stage, with consolidated accuracy of 94.79%, 97.99%, 99.61%, for 25%, 50%, and 75%, respectively.

Workflow process mining is becoming a more and more valuable activity in workflow-supported enterprises, and through which it is possible to achieve the high levels of qualitative business goals in terms of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the workflow-supported information systems, increasing their operational performances, reducing their completion times with minimizing redundancy times, and saving their managerial costs. One of the critical challenges in the workflow process mining activity is to devise a reasonable approach to discover and recognize the bottleneck points of workflow process models from their enactment event histories. We have intuitively realized the fact that the iterative process pattern of redo-activities ought to have the high possibility of becoming a bottleneck point of a workflow process model. Hence, we, in this paper, propose an algorithmic approach and its implementation to discover the redo-activities and their performers' involvements patterns from workflow process enactment event logs. Additionally, we carry out a series of experimental analyses by applying the implemented algorithm to four datasets of workflow process enactment event logs released from the BPI Challenges. Finally, those discovered redo-activities and their performers' involvements patterns are visualized in a graphical form of information control nets as well as a tabular form of the involvement percentages, respectively.
