$MnSO_4$용액조 장치 개발 연구 (The Development Study of A Manganese Sulphate Bath System)

  • 중성자 측정의 국가표준을 확립하기 위하여 국제원자력거주(IAEA)로 부터 기술지원을 받아서 $MnSO_4$용액조장치를 개발하였다. 본 용액조장치는 구형의 s.s. 316L $MnSO_4$용액조(두께 3.5mm, 내경 125cm), 용액의 순환계 및 5$^{56}Mn\;{\gamma}$-선 검출계동으로 구성되어 있다 .용액조 본체로부터 퍼내어진 용액은 2개의 $3.8cm{\phi}{\times}3.8cm$ NaI(T1) 검출기가 설치된 Marinelli 비이커형의 모니터 용기로 진입되어 순환된다. 본 장치의 성능검사는 $^{241}Am-Be$$^{252}Cf$ 중성자 선원 을 사용하여 수행하였다. $^{56}Mn$ 방사능의 붕괴 곡선을 분석한 결과, $^{252}Cf$의 중성자 방출율은 1985년 11월 15일 현재 $3.71{\times}10^7\;n/s\;per\;50{mu}g$ 으로 얻어졌다.

  • The e-CALLISTO is a network of CALLISTO (Compact Astronomical Low-frequency, Low-cost Instrument for Spectroscopy in Transportable Observatories) spectrometers which detect solar radio bursts 24 hours a day in frequency range 45-870 MHz. The number of channels per spectrum is 200 and the time resolution of whole spectrum is 0.25 second. The Korean e-CALLISTO station was developed by Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) collaborating with Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich) since 2007. In this paper, we report replacement of the tracking mount and development of the control program using Visual C++/MFC. The program can make the tracking mount track the Sun and schedule CALLISTO to start and to finish its observation automatically using the Solar Position Algorithm (SPA). Daily tracking errors (RMSE) are 0.0028 degree in azimuthal axis and 0.0019 degree in elevational axis between 2014 January and 2015 July. We expect that the program can save time and labor to make the observations of solar activity for space weather monitoring, and improve CALLISTO data quality due to the stable and precise tracking methods.

운동프로그램의 효과 -소규모사업장 근로자를 대상으로- (Effects of Exercise Program for Workers in Small Enterprises)

  • Physical activity is one of important factors of the chronic disease. It was reported that Most of Korean workers didn't take exercise regularly. The purpose of this study is testing effects of exercise program, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. 30 subjects participating in this study are workers in small enterprises and have not taken exercise regularly. Exercise program, which includes education, support, monitoring, and counseling, was conducted for 6 weeks. Effects of this program was evaluated by the change of exercise, attitude, subjective norm, perceived control. intention of exercise, perceived health states, and fatigue. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. There was the significant difference between pre and post-test in the subjective norm, perceived control. and intention of exercise, but not the significant difference in the attitude of exercise. 2. 53.3% of the subject of this study had taken exercise regulary in the post-test. 3. There was not the significant difference in the perceived health states and fatigue, From the results, it can be concluded that the exercise program is effective, leading to the change of intention and exercise rate. On the other hand, it was not effective in Physiological aspects. It seems that these result was due to short term program. Thus, it can be recommended that studies are needed with longer term program and larger sample.

지체장애인의 생활체육 참여정도가 객체화된 신체의식(OBC)에 미치는 융합 연구 (Fusion research is the degree of participation leisure sports physically disabled persons on the objectified body consciousness(OBC))

  • 이 연구의 목적은 생활체육 참여정도가 지체장애인의 객체화된 신체의식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 A시에 거주하면서 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인들 221명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 구체적인 요인에 대한 분석은 독립 t검증과 일원변량분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의 수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 연구결론으로는 첫째, 지체장애인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 성별(남성), 연령별(40대, 50대), 장애등급별(4급)에 따른 객체화된 신체의식 수준에는 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지체장애인의 생활체육 참여정도(운동기간, 운동시간, 운동강도)는 객체화된 신체의식의 신체 수치심에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 신체 감시성에서는 운동기간, 신체수치심에서는 운동강도, 통제신념에서는 운동시간이 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 고령화에 따른 의료비 증가와 일상생활에서의 건강관리 중요성이 부각되면서 소비자들은 적극적인 건강증진과 예방 활동을 통해 최적의 건강상태와 높은 수준의 삶의 질을 추구하고 있다. 이에 헬스케어 서비스는 스마트기기 보급의 확산과 지능화된 헬스케어에 대한 소비자의 니즈로 인해 다앙한 스마트기기를 활용한 스마트 헬스케어 단계로 진화하고 있다. 하지만 개인 의료기기와 스마트 디바이스 간의 연결성 및 상호운용성이 부족하고 이에 따라 개인 의료기기를 통한 데이터의 축적이 미비한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV를 기반으로 Bluetooth HDP를 통한 개인 의료기기와의 연결성을 확보하고 지속적은 생체 정보를 모니터링하기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

전신 마취 중 심박동변이도와 맥파전달시간 변화의 비교 (Comparison of Heart Rate Variability with Pulse Transit Time during General Anesthesia)

  • Autonomic nervous system of the anesthetized patients can be influenced by the many kinds of stimulations such as intubation, surgical incision and so on. The changes of the heart rates and blood pressures are surrogates of responses of the autonomic system to the external stimulations. Recently, the power spectral analysis of the heart rate variability (HRV) made it easy to know the fractions and changes of sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic systems. In this study, the changes of pulse transit time, one of the response of vessels to stimulations, was investigated in relation to the HRV. Ten patients were examined and average age is 22.5 $\pm$ 11.04, average weight is 63 $\pm$ 14.4 kg. The patients were anesthetized only by sevoflurane inhalation. Pulse transit time is determined by calculating the difference of the time between the R peak of ECG and the characteristic point of the plethysmography. Power spectral density (PSD) of the HRV was achieved in the frequency of 0.04-0.15 (LF) and 0.15-0.4 (HF). Compared to preanesthetic period the values of LF and LF/HF ratio of HRV were decreased (p<0.05). HF and PTT was increased in anesthetic state with sevoflurane. Otherwise, after intubation, the HF was decreased and LF, LF/HF ratio and PTT were increased. PSD of the HRV is well-known for the index of the autonomic nervous activity. Not only HRV but PTT analysis also is a useful index reflecting the autonomic responses to various stimulations. And this analysis is useful in bed side monitoring because the calculating method is simple and it takes shorter processing time compared to the HRV analysis.

Valproic acid와 Carbapenem계 항생제 병용 투여로 인한 Valproic acid의 약동학적 변화 및 경련 발생에 대한 고찰 (The effect of Valproic acid - Carbapenem antibiotics Interaction on Pharmacokinetics of Valproic acid and Seizure Development)

  • Background: Valproic acid is widely used in the treatment of generalized tonic-clonic and partial seizures. The carbapenem class is the most potent and widest spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Concomitant administration of carbapenems and valproic acid has been reported to decrease the serum concentration of valproic acid, which is sometimes associated with seizures. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the changes in valproic acid concentration and half life and the frequency of seizure during concomitant administration of valproic acid and carbapenems. Method: This study was performed retrospectively on total 40 cases with identified valproic acid concentration during concomitant administration of valproic acid and carbapenems at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital from February 1st, 2006 to October 31st, 2011. Patients were classified into 3 groups: ertapenem group (n=14), imipenem group (n=12), meropenem group (n=14). Results: The mean serum concentrations in each group during combined treatment were $9.50{\pm}8.84$, $21.88{\pm}8.17$ and $10.62{\pm}8.67$ mg/L, respectively (p < 0.001). The mean half-lives in each group during concurrent use of valproic acid and carbapenems were $3.18{\pm}0.81$, $4.63{\pm}1.97$ and $2.67{\pm}1.69$ hr, respectively (p < 0.001). The valproic acid serum concentration decreased by 75.5%, 54.1% and 84.1% and the half-life of valporoic acid decreased by 65.6%, 35.7% and 73.5%, respectively. Total cases with seizure were 12(30%) with 5(35.7%) in the ertapenem group, 3 (25.0%) in the imipenem group and 4(28.6%) in the meropenem group (p=0.911). There were no specific factors to influence on seizure development during combined treatment. Conclusion: Concurrent use of carbapenems and valproic acid should be avoided. If concomitant administration is essential, very close serum concentration monitoring and clinical observation are necessary.

  • 네트워크 트래픽 세션 데이터를 이용한 공격 분석 및 시각화 방법들은 세션 데이터 내의 송신지 및 수신지 IP주소 및 연결관계를 시각화하여 네트워크 이상 현상들을 감시한다. 트래픽의 송수신 방향은 이상 현상을 탐지하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 특징이지만, 단순히 송신지와 수신지 IP주소를 좌·우 또는 상·하 대칭적으로 시각화하는 것은 분석을 난해하게 만드는 요소가 된다. 또한, 시계열적인 트래픽 세션들의 시간 특성을 고려하지 않고 시각화 인터페이스를 설계할 경우에는 시간별 보안 상황 정보가 손실되는 위험을 감수해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 방사축을 이용하여 시계열 트래픽 데이터를 시각화하고 IP주소를 네트워크 부분과 호스트 부분으로 분할 및 원통좌표계에 표출시켜 효과적으로 네트워크 공격을 감시할 수 있는 시각화 인터페이스와 분석 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법은 네트워크 공격을 직관적으로 인지하고 공격 활동을 시간흐름에 따라 파악할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

  • 본 논문은 독거노인을 위한 보조 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 착용형 RFID 시스템과 게이트웨이 시스템, 서버 시스템으로 구성된다. 착용형 RFID 시스템은 장갑형태로 구성되며, 싱크노드와 RFID 리더기를 갖는 센서노드로 구성된다. 센서노드는 가구나 약병, 설탕, 소금 등의 다양한 일상생활 물체에 부착된 RFID 태그를 읽는다. 센서 노드는 무선 패킷을 싱크노드로 전송한다. 싱크노드는 수신된 패킷을 게이트웨이로 보내고, 게이트웨이는 수신된 패킷을 서버로 전달한다. 서버 시스템은 데이터베이스 서버와 웹 서버로 구성된다. 착용형 RFID 시스템에서 전달된 데이터는 데이터베이스에 저장되고, 사용자의 일상 생활 활동정보를 표시한다. 처리된 데이터는 가족이나 수발제공자, 병원관계자 등 사용자의 일상생활 패턴을 원하는 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다.

신생아 간호단위 간호중재 분석 - 3차 개정 Nursing Intervention Classification(NIC)을 적용하여 - (A Survey of the Nursing Interventions Performed by Neonatal Nursing Unit Nurses Using the NIC)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify nursing interventions performed by neonatal nursing unit nurses. For data collection this study used the taxonomy of Nursing Intervention Classification(NIC : 486 nursing intervention) which was modified by McCloskey & Bulecheck(2000). The new 58 nursing interventions was translated into Korean, and then modified by pannel group, which consist of clinical experts and nursing scholars and finally the 419 nursing interventions was selected. The data were collected from 112 nurses. 168 nursing interventions were performed at least monthly by 50% or more of the nurses. The high frequency of performed nursing interventions were Family domain. 37 nursing interventions were performed at least once a day. The nursing interventions receiving the highest item mean score were neonatal care, neonatal monitoring, photo-therapy; neonate, bottle feeding and temperature regulation. 56 nursing interventions were rarely performed by 90% or more of the nurses. Most of them were in the behavioral domain. The rarely used interventions were urinary bladder training, art therapy, religious addiction prevention, religious ritual enhancement and bladder irrigation. Therefore, neonatal nursing units nurses used interventions in the Physiological: basic domain most often on a daily basis and the interventions in the behavioral domain least often. These findings will help in building of a standardized language for the neonatal nursing units and enhance the quality of nursing care. Further study will be needed to classify each intervention class and nursing activity and validate NIC in pediatric care unit.
