Active NPC 인버터의 손실 분배 제어를 위한 뉴턴의 냉각법칙 기반의 간단한 열 모델링 기법 (Convenient Thermal Modeling for Loss Distribution method of 3-Level Active NPC Inverter using Newton's Law of cooling)

  • This paper proposes a convenient thermal modeling method for loss distribution control method of 3-level Active NPC(Neutral Point Clamped) inverter. In the drawback of conventional 3-level NPC, the generated losses can occur unbalance in each switching device, as a result, thermal utilization of designed system has been decreased. In order to compensate unbalanced losses, Active NPC inverter performed loss balancing control with thermal modeling during operation of each switching device. Therefore, this paper deals with a convenient thermal modeling method based on newton's law of cooling rather than conventional thermal modeling method. Both simulation and experimental results based on 10kW 3-level Active NPC inverter confirm the validity of the analysis performed in the study.

  • Surrogate models aim to approximate the performance function with an active-learning design of experiments (DoE) to obtain a sufficiently accurate prediction of the performance function's sign for an inexpensive computational demand in reliability analysis. Nevertheless, many existing active-learning methods are limited to the Kriging model, while the uncertainties of the Kriging itself affect the reliability analysis results. Moreover, the existing general active-learning methods may not achieve a fully satisfactory balance between accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, a novel active-learning method GLM-CM is constructed to yield the issues, which conciliates several merits of existing methods. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed method, four examples, concerning both mathematical and engineering problems, were selected. By benchmarking obtained results with literature findings, various surrogate models combined with the proposed method not only provide an accurate reliability evaluation while highly alleviating the computational burden, but also provides a satisfactory balance between accuracy and efficiency compared to the other reliability methods.

  • This work proposes a simple control method of a buck-type active power decoupling circuit that can minimize the ripple values in the dc link voltage. The proposed method utilizes a simplified duty calculation method and an optimal compensation gain tracking algorithm with variable-step approach. Thus, the dc link voltage ripple can be effectively reduced through the proposed method along with rapid response in tracking the optimum compensation gain. Moreover, the proposed method has better dynamic responses in the load fluctuation or abnormal situation. MATLAB/Simulink simulation and hardware-in-the-loop-simulation(HILS)-based experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

  • XML은 웹 데이터의 표현과 정보교환을 위한 표준이다. XML의 급격한 사용증가로 인하여 XML 저장 관리 시스템 및 XML 문서의 변화에 자동으로 대응할 수 있는 규칙기반의 기술개발에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 능동 규칙은 사건, 조건, 조치로 구성되며 데이터베이스의 상태 변화에 자동으로 대응할 수 있는 특성이 있으므로 이러한 요구를 충족시킨다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 XML 문서를 자동으로 관리하기 위한 XML 기반의 능동 규칙 언어를 제안하고 이 규칙언어로 정의되는 능동 규칙에 대한 종료 분석 방법을 제시한다. 아울러 XML 문서의 능동적 관리를 위한 규칙의 적용 사례를 제시하고 분석 방법의 효율성에 대해 검증한다.

  • 단상 능동전력필터에 있어서 비선형 부하전류를 직접 검출하지 않고 능통전력필터의 직류측 커패시터 전압을 이용해 추정하여 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 이는 부하전류와 능동전택필터의 직류측 커패시터 전압을 봉사에 검출하는 기존의 방식에 비해 부하전류 검출단을 제거할 수 있음으로써 설치가 간편할 뿐만 아니라 가격을 낮출 수 있으면서도 동일한 성능의 능동전력필터의 구현을 가능하게 한다. 또한 직류측 커패시터 전압제어를 위해 샘플-흘드와 비례제어빙식을 사용하므로 기존의 저역통괴필터와 PI 제어시 적분기로 인한 지연을 없앨 수 있어 빠르고 우수한 과도응답특성을 나타낸다. 전원전압과 보상전류, 스위치 상태에 따라 8개의 모드로 나누어 능동전력필터의 동작을 설명하였으며, 제안한 방법의 성능을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents a novel fuzzy logic based control method for shunt active filters. Since the fuzzy sets are based on linguistic description, therefore they don't need to the mathematical model of the investigated systems. The proposed method is very suitable to nonlinear and time variant loads. The controller is robust, reliable and it has a smooth response. Also transient response of method is much better than the other classical methods. The simulation results confirm the suitable performance of the filter using this control method.

  • A simplified control method for the single-phase active power f1Iter is proposed. This method has the advantages of using only one current sensor, a simple control circuit and low implementation cost. A model of this method is derived. A prototype is also developed to demonstrate the performance of this method. The test results show that the proposed active power filter has the expected performance.

Active Learning과 군집화를 이용한 고정키어구 추출 (Keyphrase Extraction Using Active Learning and Clustering)

  • We describe a new active learning method in conditional random fields (CRFs) framework for keyphrase extraction. To save elaboration in annotation, we use diversity and representative measure. We select high diversity training candidates by sentence confidence value. We also select high representative candidates by clustering the part-of-speech patterns of contexts. In the experiments using dialog corpus, our method achieves 86.80% and saves 88% training corpus compared with those of supervised method. From the results of experiment, we can see that the proposed method shows improved performance over the previous methods. Additionally, the proposed method can be applied to other applications easily since its implementation is independent on applications.

  • Nano Pd spot-coated active carbon powders were synthesized by a hydrothermal-attachment method (HAA) using PVP capped Pd colloid in a high pressure bomb at $250^{\circ}C$, 450 psi, respectively. The PVP capped Pd colloid was synthesized by the precipitation-redispersion method. PVP capped Pd nano particles showed the narrow size distribution and their particle sizes were less than 8nm in diameter. In the case of nano Pd-spot coated active carbon powders, nano-sized Pd particles were adhered in the active carbon powder surface by HAA method. The component of Pd was homogeneously distributed on the active carbon surface.
