정신장애인 가족의 대처에 관한 연구 (A Study on Families' Coping with the Mentally III)

  • 본 연구는 일차적 보호제공자인 가족들이 만성 정신장애인으로 인한 스트레스에 적극적 대처를 하는 것이 그들의 치료와 재활에 중요한 요소라는 전제하에 정신장애인 가족의 적극적 대처에 어떠한 요인들이 관련되는지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 따라서 총 191명의 만성정신장애인 가족들을 대상으로 그들의 인구사회학적 요인과 정신장애인에 대한 보호부담, 사회적 지지가 적극적 대처와 어떤 관련을 갖는지 그리고 그러한 요인들의 적극적 대처에 대한 영향력은 어느 정도인지 알아보았다. 그 결과, 인구학적 배경에서는 대상 가족의 성별과 교육정도가 적극적 대처와 유의한 상관관계를 보였고 가족이 느끼는 여러 가지 보호부담과의 관계에서는 사회적, 제도적 지원부족에 대한 부담만이 통계적으로 의미 있는 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 사회적 지지와의 관계에서는 사회적 지지의 하위 척도인 판단적 지지, 정서적 지지, 물질적 지지 모두가 적극적 대처와 높은 정적 상관 관계를 보였다. 적극적 대처에 영향을 주는 요인들을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 인구학적 배경, 보호부담, 사회적 지지는 적극적 대처에 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났고 그 설명력은 26.2%이다. 또한 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 정서적지지, 사회적, 제도적 지원부족에 대한 부담, 대상자의 교육정도가 적극적 대처에 영향력 있는 예측요인이었고 이 3가지 요인만으로도 21.9%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 정신장애인 가족들의 대처를 강화하기 위해 지지집단의 활성화와 정서적 지지, 교육, 가족치료를 포괄적으로 제공하는 교육 및 지지모델의 임상적 활용을 제안하였다.

Asymmetric Semi-Supervised Boosting Scheme for Interactive Image Retrieval

  • Support vector machine (SVM) active learning plays a key role in the interactive content-based image retrieval (CBIR) community. However, the regular SVM active learning is challenged by what we call "the small example problem" and "the asymmetric distribution problem." This paper attempts to integrate the merits of semi-supervised learning, ensemble learning, and active learning into the interactive CBIR. Concretely, unlabeled images are exploited to facilitate boosting by helping augment the diversity among base SVM classifiers, and then the learned ensemble model is used to identify the most informative images for active learning. In particular, a bias-weighting mechanism is developed to guide the ensemble model to pay more attention on positive images than negative images. Experiments on 5000 Corel images show that the proposed method yields better retrieval performance by an amount of 0.16 in mean average precision compared to regular SVM active learning, which is more effective than some existing improved variants of SVM active learning.

보육교사의 보육헌신에 대한 원장과 동료의 정서적지지, 능동적 교직선택동기, 셀프리더십 및 보육효능감 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Principals and Fellow Teacher's Emotional Support, Child Care Teacher's Active Motivation for Choosing the Teaching Profession, Self-Leadership, and Child Care Efficacy and Commitment)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the structural analysis of the relationships among principals and fellow teacher's emotional support, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession, self-leadership, and child care efficacy and commitment. Methods: Data were collected from 465 child care teachers and analyzed by means of structural equational modeling(SEM). Results: First, principals and fellow teacher' emotional support was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through teacher's self-leadership. Second, teacher's active motivation for choosing the teaching profession was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through self-leadership and child care efficacy. Third, teacher's self-leadership was found to have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment, as well as an indirect effect through child care efficacy. Fourth, teacher's child care efficacy was to found have a direct effect on teacher's child care commitment. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for a great deal of utility to improve teacher's child care commitment.

또래 애착과 정서조절 양식이 청소년의 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Peer Attachment and Emotion Regulation Style on Adolescents' Depression)

  • This study was to investigate differences in peer attachment, emotion regulation style and depression perceived by adolescents according to age and gender of adolescents. Also, aim that identifies variables which have influences on adolescents' depression. The subjects were 2279 middle and high school students(male 1150, female 1129) who live in Seoul and Kyonggi. All respondents answered by self-report questionnaire. The scales of emotion regulation style consist of three parts: support-seeking, avoidance/distraction, and active problem-solving. Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA, t-tset and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings were as follows. First, older male and female adolescents perceived less peer attachment than younger adolescents. Specially female adolescents showed more differences between older adolescents and younger adolescents. Second, male adolescents showed more avoidance/distraction style and active problem-solving style but less support-seeking style than female adolescents. Third, older adolescents perceived more depression than younger adolescents. Fourth, peer attachment, age, avoidance/distraction style, active problem-solving style, support-seeking style and gender had a significant effect on adolescents' depression. In other words, adolescents who had more avoidance/distraction style and support-seeking style, who had less peer attachment and active problem-solving style, who had more avoidance/distraction style and support-seeking style, who had less peer attachment and active problem-solving style, who was older adolescents than younger adolescents, and who was female adolescents than male adolescents perceived more depression. The study results suggest that the degree of peer attachment was the most powerful predictor of adolescents' depression.

치위생사의 직무스트레스 대처전략 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determining Factors of Work Stress Coping Strategies of Dental Hygienists)

  • By extracting the variables related to the work stress generated from dental hygiene, identifying their relationships, this study aims to contribute to academic progress on work stress. The test results of this study are as follows for each hypothesis: 1. Among the work stress sensing factors, role ambiguity showed correlation to the active coping strategy and the passive coping strategy, whereas it did not have any correlation to the evasive reation. However, the physical resource environmental factor showed correlation to the active coping strategy, whereas it did not have any correlation to the other reation. 2. The passive coping strategy, among the work stress coping strategies, influences the role ambiguity, B type, work ambiguity, physical resource environmental factor by about 18.7%. 3. The active coping strategy, among the work stress coping strategies, influences the social support, role ambiguity, work place of health center factor by about 18.9%. 4. The evasive reaction, among the work stress coping strategies, was influenced by only the 36 years old over factor by approximately 4.2%. 5. It was found in all work stress sensing factors that the group with lower social support had a more degree of experiencing stress than the group with higher social support. In case of the behavior pattern, the type A experienced more stress than the type B only in role ambiguity. 6. It was found that the group with the higher social support tended to choose more active coping strategy than the lower social support. In case of behavior pattern, the type B coped more actively than type A in the passive coping strategy.

유아교사의 성격유형에 따른 교사 자기 효능감과 놀이지원 (Early Childhood Educators' Teacher Self-Efficacy and Play Support by Personality Types)

  • Objective: The objective of this study is to classify the personality types of early childhood teachers and examine the variations in teacher self-efficacy and play support based on these personality types. Methods: The subjects of this study consisted of 302 early childhood teachers responsible for children aged 3 to 5 years old. The collected data were analyzed using cluster analysis and analysis of covariance. Results: Early childhood teachers were categorized into four types: the "sensitive group" (29%), the "conservative group" (10%), the "passive group" (28%), and the "active group" (34%). Significant differences in mean scores were observed for teacher self-efficacy and play support across these personality types. Notably, the active group demonstrated the highest levels of both teacher self-efficacy and play support. Consequently, the active group emerged as the most effective and functional personality type among early childhood teachers. Conclusion/Implications: This study emphasized the significance of early childhood teachers' personality types in their teaching practices, underscoring the importance of developing in-service and pre-service teacher education programs that take into account these personality types.

Adaptive Partitioning for Efficient Query Support

  • RFID systems large volume of data, it can lead to slower queries. To achieve better query performance, we can partition into active and some nonactive data. In this paper, we propose two approaches of partitioning for efficient query support. The one is average period plus delta partition and the other is adaptive average period partition. We also present the system architecture to manage active data and non-active data and logical database schema. The data manager check the active partition and move all objects from the active store to an archive store associated with an average period plus data and an adaptive average period. Our experiments show the performance of our partitioning methods.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 등장에 따라, 사용자의 자주 변화하는 제약조건에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 망 내에서의 문맥인식성을 고려한 자치적응성(self-adaptation)이 요구되고 있다 그러나 기존 망에 자치적응성 기능을 추가하고자 할 때 느린 망 표준화 문제와 느린 서비스 재배치 문제가 발생한다. 액티브네트워크는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 적합한 환경으로써 망에 새로운 자치 적응성을 추가하고 빠른 재배치를 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 문맥인식성을 고려한 자치적응성 지원을 위해서 에이전트 기반 액티브네트워크와 제약조건 기반 SCE(Service Creation Environment)클 이용한 SAS(Self Adaptation Service)를 제안하였다. 본 SAS의 이점은 망 내에서 문맥인식(context-aware)을 고려한 서비스 지원과 빠른 서비스 재배치 지원이다.

멀티미디어 서비스 프레임워크에서의 Active Networking 기술 적용 방안 (Active Networking Approach for Multimedia Service framework)

  • 본 논문에서는 여러 분류 응용들의 개발 및 운용을 지원하는 멀티미디어 통신 서비스 프레임워크를 정의한다. 본 프레임워크에서는 응용 구조에서부터 분산 처리 기반 구조와 통신망 구조에 이르기까지 다양한 멀티미디어 응용 서비스를 수용하기 위한 구조와 기능을 정의한다. 이를 위하여 응용 계층 구조에서는 멀티미디어 응용들의 요구사항을 분석하고 수직 및 수평 서비스를 도출하고, 이러한 응용들이 분산된 위치에서 상호동작시 필요한 분산 투명성, 자원 공유, 상호 운용성 그리고 응용의 이식성을 보장하는 분산처리 기반 구조를 정의한다. 또한, 필요한 통신 자원을 효율적으로 관리하고, 네트워크 구성요소인 라우터나 스위치가 능동적인 서비스 처리 능력을 갖는 통신망 구조를 Active Networking 기술을 도입하여 정의하였다.

일개대학병원 가족분만실에서 듈라(Doula)식 분만지지간호가 초산부의 불안, 분만통증 및 분만경험지각에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Doula Support in LDR (Labor-Delivery-Recovery) on Anxiety, Labor Pain, and Perceived Childbirth Experience of Primiparas)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Doula support during labor on anxiety, labor pain, and perceived childbirth experience of primiparas. Method: Of 65 primiparas who were hospitalized in LDR from March 1 to September 30, 2007. 32 women were placed in the Doula group and 33 in the control group. VAS was used to measure the degree of labor pain and anxiety in the latent, active, and transitional phases. Perceived childbirth experience was measured within 2 hours after birth. Results: The Doula group had a significantly lower anxiety level than the control group in the active phase (t=-2.13, p=.04) and the transitional phase (t=-3.99, p=.000). The degree of labor pain of the Doula group was significantly lower than that of the control group for the active phase (t=-3.10, p=.003) and the transitional phase (t=-7.24, p=.000). Also, There was no significant difference in perceived childbirth experience between the two groups (t=.19, p=.85). Conclusion: The results of this study show Doula support in LDR decreases not only anxiety of primiparas but also labor pain in the active and transitional phases. Therefore Doula support by nurses in LDR can be a useful intervention during childbirth.
