This paper presents a modified geometric active contour model or edge detection and segmentation of computed tomography(CT) scan images. The method is based on the level setup approach developed by Osher and Sethian and the modeling of propagation fronts with curvature dependent speeds by Malladi. Based on above algorithms, the geometric active contour is obtained through a particular level set of hypersurface lowing along its gradient force and curvature force. This technique retains the attractive feature which is topological and geometric flexibility of the contour in recovering objects with complex shapes and unknown topologies. But there are limitations in this algorithm which are being not able to separate the object with weak difference from neighbor object. So we use speed limitation filter to overcome those problems. We apply a 2D model to various synthetic cases and the three cases of real CT scan images in order to segment objects with complicated shapes and topologies. From the results, the presented model confirms that it attracts very naturally and efficiently to the desired feature of CT scan images.

This paper is about an optimal investment portfolio strategy. Financial data of stocks, bonds, and savings from January 2. 2001 through October 30. 2009 were utilized in order to suggest the optimal portfolio strategies. Fundamental analysis and technical analysis were used in stocks-related strategy, whereas passive investment strategy and active investment strategy were used in bond-related strategy. The score is assigned to each stock index according to the suggested strategies and set trading rules are based on the scores. The simulation has been executed about each 29,400-portfolios and we figured out with the simulation result that 26.75% of 7,864 portfolios are more profitable than average stock market profit (22.6%, Annualized). The outcome of this research is summarized in two parts. First, it's the rebalancing strategy of portfolio. The result shows that value-oriented investment(long-term investment) strategy yields much higher than short-term investment strategies of stocks or active investment of bonds. Second, it's about the rebalancing cycle forming the portfolios. The result shows that the rate of return for the portfolio is the best when rebalancing cycle is 12 or 18 months.

MANET에서 정책 기반 망 관리(PBNM)에 대한 연구는 이동 노드들 간의 신뢰성과 효율성을 확보하기 위해 연구되고 있다. 그러므로 노드의 이동을 감지하고 정책을 배포할 관리영역을 효과적으로 결정하는 것이 필수적이다. 정책 기반 망 관리 메커니즘에서 정책결정자(PDP)노드가 관리 영역(cluster)을 결정하고, 정책수행자(PEP) 노드들을 관리함에 있어 기존의 k-hop cluster 기법보다 효율적인 메커니즘으로써 Active PDP Discovery 기법이 제안되었다. k-hop cluster에서는 PDP노드가 관리할 PEP노드들을 선택하는 데 비해 Active PDP Discovery는 이동하는 PEP노드에서 능동적으로 PDP 노드를 선택할 수 있게 한다. 이 방법은 k-hop cluster에 비해 PDP에 연결되지 않은 고아노드를 방지하고 주기적인 방송메시지를 감소시킨다. 본 논문에서 노드의 이동감지를 하기 위하여 COPS-PR을 확장하고 PDP노드에 MNL을 추가하여 관리영역을 결정하는 Active PDP Discovery를 실제 네트워크에서 구현하고 성능을 분석한다.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the wife and husband role division in household financial management between dual-income household and single-income household. Household financial management included the following five categories: financial planning, consumption/expenditure management, savings/investment management, risk management and credit management. Data for this research was collected through 610 married women living in Seoul, Korea. Using SAS-PC program, Chi-square and t-test Analyses were executed. The results showed that dual- and single-income households tend to have different perspectives on marital role division in household management. Wives of dual-income households had more significant roles in financial management rather than wives of single income households. Especially, wives of dual-income managed more active credit management and saving/investment management. On the other hand, wives of single-income households played a major role in making decision over cheap items than that of wives of dual-income household.

Design for Safety 개념이 반영된 건설안전관리정보모형을 개발함에 있어 본 연구는 도입의 필요성을 입증하고 안전관리시스템과 안전관리정보모형의 기본개념을 제안하는 선행적 성격을 가진다. Design for Safety 개념의 필요성은 재해 원인모형에 관한 이론고찰, 사망재해에 대한 사례조사를 통해 입증하였으며, 주체별 안전책임과 역할, 안전관리프로세스, 유해위험평가기법으로 구성된 안전관리시스템은 국내 $\cdot$ 외 관련연구를 종합하여 제안하였다. 또한 안전관리정보모형의 기본개념은 현행 안전정보 인프라에 대한 문제점과 안전관리시스템 구성요소의 특징에 따라 제시되었다.

Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.

Most of the urban transit operation company in Korea have a passive surveillance system to monitor the status of the passengers and facilities in the urban transit service area. The surveillance system is based on CCTV, closed circuit television, and several sensors, such as a fire sensor. However, this system has some limitations to prevent and cope with the emergency quickly. So the urban transit operation companies have plans to be change their surveillance system to be active. The active surveillance system has an intelligent function to detect the event predefined by managers automatically. To construct the active surveillance system, there are a standard concept design and a function analysis. In this paper, we propose the classification of the functions of the active surveillance system for urban transit. We divide the functions into five parts, ordinary monitoring, safety monitoring, environment monitoring, administration support, and record management. And we describe the systems related to the every functions to clarify the classified functions.

본 중국에서는 시중은행들이 모바일뱅킹을 출시하고 있으며, 동질화된 상품으로 모바일뱅킹 경쟁이 치열하다.모바일뱅킹 월간 활성고객(MAU)은 모바일뱅킹 운영 성과를 평가하는 중요한 지표로 시중은행들이 직면한 과제이다.본 연구의 목적은 자동판매기를 이용하여 모바일뱅킹의 월간 고객활성화를 위한 전략을 모색하는 것이다. 본 연구는 문헌법과 사례법을 통해 연구를 수행하였으며, 연구 결과에 따르면 자동판매기를 사용하면 모바일뱅킹의 월간 활성고객을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차별화된 전략을 실현하여 모바일뱅킹 시장을 점유할 수 있다.동시에 이 연구는 상업 은행의 비즈니스 발전에 일정한 도움과 지도 의의가 있다.

The importance of indoor air quality management has recently been highlighted due to environmental problems such as indoor air pollution. Among indoor air pollutants, carbon dioxide occurs in cooking, heating, burning, and causes forgetfulness, dementia and amnesia. Radon, which occurs in building materials, soil and ground, is a type 1 carcinogen that causes lung cancer in the body through breathing. These substances can be released from the room through ventilation, but there is a limit to reducing the amount of indoor activity due to reduced ventilation conditions due to increased indoor activity time. However, these substances can be removed from the gas by adsorption. The purpose of this study was to identify the properties of granular active and powdered active white soil and mix them to make cement-based active white soil adsorbent matrix for carbon dioxide, fine dust and radon gas adsorption, and to evaluate indoor air improvements according to the mixing scale. The results of the experiment showed that active carbon dioxide adsorption performance increased for carbon dioxide and radon as the exchange rate increased through physical adsorption. In particular, the higher the replacement rate of the granular active bag, the better adsorption performance was shown.
