Objective : This study assessed the effect of a combination of Korean medicine on a thyroid papillary cancer patient who was diagnosed with local lymph node metastasis after thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection but did not want surgery. Methods : Gami-Palmultang administration and moxibustion(large Bmoxa cautery) were performed for six years. Treatment outcomes were evaluated with Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI), Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G), blood test/ CT imaging results, and patient's statements. Results : After the treatment, all symptoms have been alleviated, the quality of life has increased, and it has been maintained without further metastasis of tumors for six years. Conclusion : Korean medicine treatment along with active observation can be an alternative to patients who do not want surgical treatment after recurrence of local lymph nodes in thyroid papillary cancer, and can have positive results in improving the quality of life.

우리나라의 대학은 존립과 성장을 위해 대학생의 비교과 활동을 다양하게 제시하고 있다. 비교과 활동의 목표는 다양하지만 가장 중요한 요인 중 하나는 대학생의 학업성취도 개선이다. 본 연구에서는 비교과 활동을 난이도별로 가중하여 누적한 비교과 활동점수와 학업 성취도의 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 학생들의 기초적 수학능력을 통제하더라도 비교과 활동은 학생의 성취도에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있다. 이는 대학이 보다 다양하고 학생들의 요구에 맞는 비교과 활동을 제공하여 학생들의 참여율을 높여야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 여학생의 비학점 활동 참여도는 남학생과 비슷하지만 성과는 매우 높게 나타나고 있는 반면, 고학년 학생은 참여도와 성과가 모두 높게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 점은 여학생과 저학년 학생의 참여율을 적극적으로 높일 필요가 있다는 점을 의미하는데 이를 위해서는 비학점 활동에 대한 홍보나 장학금 등 경제적 보상 뿐 아니라 교수자의 적극적인 관심과 참여가 필요할 것이다.

라이브 커머스의 방송 데이터를 수집하여 채팅 활성화 정도를 기준으로 방송을 분류하고, 방송 내의 소비자가 생성한 텍스트 반응 분포 데이터를 분석하였다. 국내 라이브 커머스 시장에서 가장 점유율이 높은 '네이버 쇼핑라이브'의 총 2,282개의 방송 가운데 시청자의 반응이 가장 활발하게 나타난 200개 방송을 선별하였으며, 그 가운데 시청자의 반응이 급격하게 증감하는 구간이 존재하는 방송을 최종적으로 선별하였다. 라이브커머스 시청 의도 및 참여 동기에 관한 기존 문헌의 변수들을 종합하여 연구 목적에 맞는 변수 테이블을 생성하였고, 이를 방송 내의 장치 및 이벤트에 대입하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기존 연구들에서 발견된 소비자 반응에 관한 변수들이 방송 내의 어떤 요소에 의해 자극되는지를 확인하였으며, 라이브 커머스에 참여하는 소비자의 심리를 데이터를 통해 실증적으로 확인하였다.

Purpose : Sleep disturbances in patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) are related to health problems after discharge. Therefore, active prevention and management are required. Hence, identification of the factors that affect sleep in patients who are critically ill is necessary. Methods : The PubMed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, EMBASE, and Web of Science databases were searched. Selection criteria were observational and experimental studies that assessed sleep as an outcome, included adult patients admitted to the ICU, and published between November 2015 and April 2022. Results : A total of 21,136 articles were identified through search engines and manual searches, and 42 articles were selected. From these, 22 influencing factors and 11 interventions were identified. Individual factors included disease severity, age, pain, delirium, comorbidities, alcohol consumption, sex, sleep disturbance before hospitalization, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cardiovascular disease, and high diastolic blood pressure (DBP), low hemoglobin (Hb), and low respiratory rate (RR). Environmental factors included light level, noise level, and temperature. Furthermore, treatment-related factors included use of sedatives, melatonin administration, sleep management guidelines, ventilator application, nursing treatment, and length of ICU stay. Regarding sleep interventions, massage, eye mask and earplugs, quiet time and multicomponent protocols, aromatherapy, acupressure, sounds of the sea, adaptive intervention, circulation lighting, and single occupation in a room were identified. Conclusion : Based on these results, we propose the development and application of various interventions to improve sleep quality in patients who are critically ill.

A new protectionism caused by the US-China competition and a following new Cold War would have a negative impact on global FDI. In this time, this study researched the effects of the long lasting global openness and liberalization on Korea's Inward FDI. 1,387 foreign invested companies in Korea were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. First, Korea's FDI has been expanded under the environment of globalization. The IFDI amount and share in GDP increased. Seven countries out of the world top 10 were listed in Korea' the top 10. However, the share of the US and Japan's FDI in Korea's IFDI decreased. Second, non-manufacturing industry became prevalent in Korea's IFDI. Considering it's local market-oriented characteristics, the biggest investment motivation by global companies was Korean market pursuit. The US was more local market-oriented than Japan. Third, cross-border M&A, which became active in developed countries since 1980s, also kicked off in Korea from late 1990s. Global companies managed foreign-invested companies in Korea with shares close to wholly owned. The US had higher share ratios than Japan. The implications by this research are as follows. First, looming protectionism by a New Cold War would negatively affect Korea's IFDI through the adverse function of globalization. Second, Korea's IFDI has been converted to a market pursuit type being mainly leaded by non-manufacturing industry. Since GDP is the largest FDI motive in this type of FDI, the key policy for IFDI promotion is lying in the expansion of domestic market rather than deregulation.

본 연구는 대학의 온라인 수업 시스템을 사용함에 있어 이용자의 인지된 혜택이 만족도와 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보았다. 또한 충성도의 개념을 인지적, 감정적, 의도적, 행위적 충성도로 구분하고, 단계적으로 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 대학의 온라인 수업시스템 이용경험이 있는 298명의 대학생으로부터 수집한 설문 조사 데이터를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 설문결과, 지각된 실용적 혜택과 상징적 혜택이 온라인수업 시스템만족도에 양의 영향을 미쳤지만, 감정적 혜택은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 지각된 혜택으로 형성된 온라인수업 시스템만족도는 인지적 충성도가 감성적 충성도에 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 능동적 충성도와 행동적 충성도에 단계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학의 온라인수업 시스템 이용자의 지각된 혜택이 만족도에 미치는 영향과 충성도의 4단계 형성과정에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다는 점에 의미를 부여할 수 있다.

현대사회는 디지털 사회로 불릴 정도로 인터넷과 무선 네트워크망, 디지털 기기를 기반으로 한 운영이 이뤄지고 있다. 특히, 금융거래나 정보의 이동, 상업활동 대부분이 온라인을 기반으로 이뤄지면서, 이와 관련한 여러 가지 사회문제와 부작용들이 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 대표적인 예로서 산업스파이 활동이나 산업기술 유출이 있으며, 온라인을 이용한 마약 등의 불법 재화 거래, 온라인 도박 등의 사회문제가 심각한 수준으로 늘어나고 있다. 이와 같은 디지털을 기반으로 한 사회문제를 경찰이나 검찰과 같은 사법기관의 활동과 능력만으로 해결할 수 없으며, 이제는 탐정시장이 개방되었기 때문에 이들을 이용한 적극적인 개입이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 디지털 사회문제 및 범죄문제와 관련하여 탐정의 조사능력 및 증거수집능력을 적극적으로 배양해야 하며, 각 탐정교육기관이나 협회들이 이에 대한 투자와 연구에 적극적으로 나서야 할 것이다.

Interest in the future of the battery market is growing as Tesla announces plans to increase production of electric vehicles and to produce batteries. Tesla announced an action plan to reduce battery prices by 56% through 'Battery Day', which included expansion of factories to internalize batteries and improvement of materials and production technology. In the trend of automobile electrification, the expansion of the battery market, which accounts for 40% of the cost of electric vehicles, is inevitable, and the size of the electric vehicle battery market in 2026 is expected to increase more than five times compared to 2016. With the development of materials and process technology, the energy density of electric vehicle batteries is increasing while the price is decreasing. Soon, electric vehicles and internal combustion locomotives are expected to compete on the same line. Recently, the mileage of electric vehicles is approaching that of an internal combustion locomotive due to the installation of high-capacity batteries. In the EV battery market, Korean, Chinese and Japanese companies are fiercely competing. Based on market share in the first half of 2020, LG Chem, CATL, and Panasonic are leading the EV battery supply, and the top 10 companies included 3 Korean companies, 5 Chinese companies, and 2 Japanese companies. All-solid, lithium-sulfur, sodium-ion, and lithium air batteries are being discussed as the next-generation batteries after lithium-ion, among which all-solid-state batteries are the most active. All-solid-state batteries can dramatically improve stability and charging speed by using a solid electrolyte, and are excellent in terms of technology readiness level (TRL) among various technology alternatives. In order to increase the competitiveness of the battery industry in the future, efforts to increase the productivity and economy of electric vehicle batteries are also required along with the development of next-generation battery technology.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the double mediating effect of effect of diversity sensitivity orientation and positive nursing organizational culture between diversity management and organizational commitment. Methods: Participants were 245 nurses working in six tertiary hospitals located in 3 different regions. Data collection was conducted from February 13, 2023 to March 6, 2023 through online self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 27 and SPSS PROCESS Macro 4.2 program. Results: The direct effect of diversity management on organizational commitment was significant (β = .21, p < .001). The indirect effect of diversity management on organization commitment was .34 (95% confidence interval [CI] = .23~.47). The double mediating effect of diversity sensitivity orientation and positive nursing organizational culture in the relationship between diversity management and organizational commitment was .02 (95% CI = .00~.05). Conclusion: Diversity sensitivity orientation and positive nursing organizational culture show double mediating effect on the relationship between diversity management and organizational commitment. Education program and human resource management strategy for enhancing diversity management, diversity sensitivity orientation and positive nursing organizational culture should be provided to improve organizational commitment, and which are needed active support of the association and nursing organization.

한국은 현재 저출생과 고령화로 인해 지속적으로 고급 기술 인력을 확보하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 노동시장의 수요-공급 불일치 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 대학을 통해 산업체의 요구에 맞춘 교육 프로그램을 체계적으로 개발할 필요가 있다. 산업연계 교육활성화 선도대학 사업(PRIME: PRogram for Industrial needs-Matched Education) 등을 통해 산학협력 프로그램을 개발하는 노력이 진행되고 있으나 특정 대학이나 교수자 개인의 역량에 의존하는 경우가 많다. 또한 행정 프로세스의 중복 및 비체계적인 절차 등이 이를 어렵게 만드는 요소로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업체 수요에 기반한 교육 프로그램 개발 사례를 분석하여 대학과 산업체 간의 교육과정을 개발하고 산학협력을 활성화하는 방안을 모색하였다. 특히, 정보기술을 활용하여 기업이 필요로 하는 분야의 전문 교수를 찾는 방법을 제시하여 기업의 교육수요를 충족시키고 산학협력을 강화할 수 있게 하였다. 이러한 접근을 통해 교육 수혜자(산업체 직원 및 대학 재학생 등)가 받는 혜택이 더욱 확대될 것으로 기대한다.
