주요 5개 도시의 실내외 라돈농도 조사연구 (A Survey of Indoor and Outdoor Radon Concentrations in Five Major Cities)

  • This outline survey of indoor and outdoor radon concentrations in five major cities in Korea was carried out with Electrostatic Integrating Radon Monitor(EIRM) from February to December, 1996 and January to december, 1998. The mean indoor and outdoor radon concentrations in five major cities in 1996 were $21.9{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$ and $9.6{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$, respectively. The mean indoor and outdoor radon concentrations in 1998 were $20.8{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$ and $9.0{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$, respectively. These were below the U.S.EPA radon action level. The range of indoor to outdoor radon concentrations were $0.8{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3{\;}~{\;}45.6{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$ in 1996, $0.5{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3{\;}~{\;}15.2{\;}Bq/\textrm{m}^3$ in 1998, respectively. The result of our analysis showed that radon concentrations in indoor air were clearly higher than those in outdoor air. Inspection of seasonal distribute pattern indicates the enhancement during winter relative to summer.

재귀적 패턴과 거북 마이크로월드 설계 (Designing a Microworld for Recursive Pasterns and Algebra)

  • In this paper, we consider changes of algebra strands around the world. And we suggest needs of designing new computer environment where we make and manipulate geometric recursive patterns. For this purpose, we first consider relations among symbols, meanings and patterns. And we also consider Logo environment and characterize algebraic features. Then we introduce L-system which is considered as action letters and subgroup of turtle group. There are needs to be improved since there exists some ambiguity between sign and action. Based on needs of improving the previous L-system, we suggest new commands in JavaMAL microworld. So we design a microworld for recursive patterns and consider meanings of letters in new environments. Finally, we consider the method to integrate L-system and other existing microworlds, such as Logo and DGS. Specially, combining Logo and DGS, we consider the movement of such tiles and folding nets by L-system commands. And we discuss possible benefits in this environment.

중력에 의한 오옥신의 횡적이동에 대한 에칠렌의 작용에 관한 연구 1. 세포내 전분체와 골지체의 이동 (Studies on the Action of Ethylene in Gravity-induced Lateral Auxin Transport I. Intracellular displacements of amyloplasts and Golgi bodies)

  • Ethylene was found to reverse the direction of gravity-induced lateral auxin transport and to cause an accumulation of auxin in the physically upper sides of horizontally placed pea shoots. The pea shoot displayed a slightly positive (downward) geotropic curvature in the presence of applied ethylene. Golgi bodies were found to be distributed preferentially in the bottom halves of cells as against the top halves following geotropic stimulation, and this pattern of intracellular distribution of dictyosomes was also reversed by ethylene treatment. Intracellular displacement of amyloplsts as a result fo geotropic induction was not reversed by the action of ethylene. In view of a positive correlation between the direction of auxin movement and the displacement patern of dictyosomes, it is suggested that the Golgi bodies are involved in the perception of gravity and/or subsequent redistribution of auxin or differential elongation in geotropism.

  • The agricultural is plagued by agricultural damage from wild boars every year. As a result, research on systems to repelling wild boars continues, and most of the systems are to detect objects with body temperature through sensors and then repelling them with actions such as light and sound. The problems of these system are operating regardless of wild boars and people, which can cause significant accident when using electric fence. In addition, If the same repelling action is repeated, wild boars can be adapted to that repelling action. As a solution to the two problems, Adaptation problem can be solved by random sounds and distinction problem can be solved by YOLO V4.

산란계 맹장 유산균의 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Characteristics of Lactobacillus Isolated from Hen′s Cecum)

  • Preset study was carried out to evaluate characteristics of lactic acid producing bacteria(LAB) in hen's cecum as probiotics value. Distribution of LAB in intestinal tracts was investigated using 5∼25 weeks - old hens. So, 12 strains to LAB with different morphology were isolated purely. Acid tolerance of LAB tested at pH 1, 2, 3, and 4, and bile resistant also tested at 0, 0.3% and 0.5% bile salt concentration. Growth pattern of LAB observed to 60h. All strains of cecal LAB couldn't survive at pH 1, and decreased linearly survival colony after incubation at pH 2 although some strains could survive for 2h. Most of LAB maintained constant number at pH 3 and 4. The bacterial action could increase linearly at 0% bile salt concentration in all of tested strains. However, only one strain could multiply at 0.3% bile salt, others were influenced by bile salt. That tendency was similar at 0.5% bile salt. Growth was peaked at 12 to 18 h after innoculation. After peak, the decreasing pattern of colony was different to strains which some strains decreased rapidly or maintained for long time. The LAB of hen's cecum was similar to intolerance acidity, but different to resistant to bile salt and growth pattern by strain. So, we choose three strains which have probiocs value, and identified as Lactobacillus amylovorus LLA7, Lactobacillus crispatus LLA9 and Lactobacillus vaginalis LLA11.

모바일 게임에서 나타나는 게이머의 경험 패턴에 대한 연구 (A Study For Gamers' Experience Patterns in mobile Games)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 게임에서 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 게임 패턴에 대한 내용을 담고 있다. 본 연구에서 사용하고 있는 '패턴'이라는 용어는 곽이삭(2016)이 <게임의 사용자 경험에 대한 연구: 게임 공간의 패턴과 속성을 중심으로>에서 사용한 개념을 계승한다. 앞선 연구와의 차이점은 '패턴'은 게이머의 경험 패턴을 '게임 공간'에서 '모바일 게임 시장'으로 범위를 확대하여 사용한다는 점이다. 모바일 게임 시장은 급속도로 성장하고 있으나, 모바일 게임을 개발하는 측면에 있어서는 개발 시간의 축소, 장르 파괴 등으로 인해 게임이 획일화되어가는 경향을 보인다. 때문에 연구자는 이러한 상황을 인지하여 현재의 모바일 게임 시장에서 나타나는 경험의 패턴을 '익숙한 플레이의 반복', '가치 있는 게임 행위', '시간의 가치와 소비', '취향과 선택'의 패턴으로 요약하여 설명하고자 하였다.

경맥(經脈)과 락맥(絡脈)의 순행(循行) 양식(樣式)과 영.위기(營.衛氣)의 운행(運行) 특징(特徵)의 상관성(相觀性)에 대한 고찰(考察) (The Relativity between the Circulating Pattern of the Channels, the Collaterals, and the Movement Distinction of YoungGi, and WiGi)

  • Analyzed the subject of ‘To heart' meridian system(向心服系), and 'Circulating' meridian system(備環服系), and considered relativity between the circulating pattern of the channels, the collaterals and the circulating distinction YoungGi (營氣), WiGi(衛氣). The subject of 'To heart' meridian system is WiGi, and this system is similiar to the moving pattern of the fifteen major collaterals(十五絡服). The subject of 'Circulating' meridian system is YoungGi, and this system is same with the moving pattern of the twelve regular channels(十二經脈). YoungGi and WiGi have the same origin, and they are intrinsic one thing with functional ambivalency. It is WiGi, the subject of the movement of Collateral, because it is identical the moving pattern of Collaterals(絡服) and that of WiGi as the subject of the movement of Collateral. It is YoungGi, the subject of movement of Channel because it is identical the moving pattern of Channels(經服) and that of YoungGi. It can be defined that Wigi as the subject of the movement of Collateral, also YoungGi as the subject of movement of Channel, but that is from i 염 function and action, there's no need to be separated within the framework of going through Meridian. YoungSuBosa(迎隨補鴻) in acupuncture, defines its basis not only on the moving direction of YoungGi, but on combinated difference between the directions, moments, and sex. Until now it is under discussion the rights and wrongs, It's not contradictory concept between two basis of YoungSuBoSa, from the thought the distinct movement of WiGi and the circulation pattern of Collaterals have no specified directions.

Pyrazosulfuron - ethyl과 Imazaquin의 살초작용 비교 (Comparison of Herbicidal Action between Pyrazosulfuron - ethyl and Imazaquin)

  • Sulfonylurea계 제초제 pyrazoslulfuron-ethyl과 imidazolinone계 제초제 imazaquin을 대상으로 약해발생양상, dymron에 의한 약해경감효과, butachlor와의 상호작용성, ALS에 대한 혼합작용 등을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 제초제에 의한 벼(동진)의 생장저해증상은 pyrazosulfuron-ehtyl 처리구에서 시간이 경과되면서 회복되었지만 imazaquin 처리구에서는 회복되지 않았다. 2. 높은 농도의 pyrazosulfuron-ehtyl에 의한 벼의 약해는 dymron 혼합처리에 의하여 크게 감소되었지만, IMA에 대해서는 약해경감효과가 나타나지 않았다. 3. 혼합처리에 의한 강피의 생장억제효과는 동시 또는 체계처리 모두 동일한 경향으로 pyrazosulfuron-ehtyl과 butachlor은 길항적이었지만 imazaquin과 butachlor은 상가적이었다. 4. Pyrazosulfuron-ehtyl과 imazaquin의 ALS 효소활성 50% 저해농도는 각각 $4{\times}10^{-7}$M, $2.8{\times}10^{-6})$M 이었고 혼합처리할 경우 butachlor은 두 제초제의 ALS 저해작용에 영향을 주지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 보면 pyrazosulfuron-ethyl과 imazaquin이 공통적으로 ALS를 저해하지만 살초기작은 서로 다른 것으로 생각되었다.

게임플레이 경험에 대한 게이머의 인지적 모형에 관한 실증적 접근 : World of Warcraft 게임에서 게이머의 전문성 차이를 중심으로 (An Empirical Approach for Gamer's Cognitive Model on Game Playing Experience : Towards Difference of Gamers' Expertise in World Warcraft Game)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 게임플레이에 대한 게이머의 인지적 처리과정을 살펴보고 게이머의 전문성에 따른 그룹 간 차이를 규명 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 최근 대표적인 MMO(Massively Multi-player Online)게임에 해당하는 월드오브워크래프트 게임에 대한 실증적 실험을 실시하였다. 실증적 실험을 통해 구두조서와 행동조서를 수집하여 게이머의 전문성 별로 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전문가들은 정형화된 행동 패턴을 보인 반면 중급자와 초보자들의 경우 학습곡선과 특정행동 패턴을 형성하는 것을 발견 하였다. 전문가들의 경우 게임 진행 초기 단계에서 수집과 같은 기능적인 행동이 집중된데 반하여 초보자들의 경우 게임 플레이 전반에 걸쳐 7가지 기능적인 행동(탐색, 전투, 3가지 유형의 수집, 회피, 대화)이 분산되어 있는 것이 발견되었다. 본 연구는 게이머의 전문성에 따른 그룹 간 비교분석을 통해서 얻어진 일관성과 차이점을 제시한다. 이는 MMO게임을 디자인 할때, 게임 초보자, 중급자, 전문가에 대한 디자인 지침을 제공 한다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 MMO게임을 디자인 할 때 초보자들에 대한 게임 콘텐츠 개발에 중요한 기초를 제공한다
