Objectives: Health behaviors among young people group are strongly linked to healthy habit or life style in adulthood. This study performed to explore the essential components and effective strategies to develop the standardized program on healthy campus that could contribute to health status and sustainable health promotion among students, faculty, and staff in university health. Methods: To set up the priority and weighting of essential components and strategies on health promoting university, thirty one professionals who had majored in health promotion were selected for Delphi in Oct. 2011. Results: Barriers to success of the health promoting university were lack of interest and policies, incomplete process of health planning, absence of health-related personnel, and inadequate action plan. Essential components of healthy campus were raising fund, healthy policy, participation, human resource, and health promotion programs. Effective strategies were expanding of health promotion programs to improve lifestyle, improvement of campus environment, planning of healthy campus, development of infrastructure, and building up a healthy and safety campus. Conclusions: Health promoting university services support to achieve academic goal of student and helps to reduce absenteeism of university faculty and staff through the on-campus services that are accessible, student-focused, cost-effective, and high quality.
In reliability engineering, failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (FRACAS) is an useful tool for effective failure reporting and related operations. FRACAS is generally mainly focused on implementation of its closed-loop process, but also includes various related information which has to be effectively managed such as failure types, failure modes, failure mechanisms, and corrective actions. In this study, we adopt and utilize the concept of process knowledge, and create it through abstraction of FRACAS information. At each step of closed-loop process, the necessary type of knowledge, priority and usability are clearly defined. This study also suggests corresponding management tools such as business process management system, knowledge management system, and their key elements and functions to deal with process knowledge. A prototype system using simple closed-loop process with its process knowledge is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed work.
Subcontractors have an increased risk of accidents compared to large contractors. Subcontractors' safety management system is in close association with workers in construction sites. Contractors should strengthen subcontractors' roll and responsibility and provide continual support to prevent an accident. And also these supporting system should be provided to subcontractors' headquarters as well as construction site. Contractors' priority management for subcontractors safety should be transferred from the post management for disciplinary action to the preventive management to improve subcontractors participation and safety performance. Subcontractors can not establish the safety management system with just a one time supporting only. Contractors support and monitoring should be provided to subcontractors regularly and continuously to establish their self safety management system. The subcontractors safety management system improvement program(SSMSIP) suggested in this study will be a effective supporting system for subcontractors to establish and improve their safety management system. If we carry out the objective and quantitative evaluations and supporting system such as SSMSIP and provide the consequential incentive program to subcontractors, it can contribute to the accident reduction.
Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. The job shop scheduling problem (JSSP) plays a critical role in smart manufacturing, an effective JSSP scheduler could save time cost and increase productivity. Conventional methods are very time-consumption and cannot deal with complicated JSSP instances as it uses one optimal algorithm to solve JSSP. This paper proposes an effective scheduler based on deep learning technology named self-supervised long-short term memory (SS-LSTM) to handle complex JSSP accurately. First, using the optimal method to generate sufficient training samples in small-scale JSSP. SS-LSTM is then applied to extract rich feature representations from generated training samples and decide the next action. In the proposed SS-LSTM, two channels are employed to reflect the full production statues. Specifically, the detailed-level channel records 18 detailed product information while the system-level channel reflects the type of whole system states identified by the k-means algorithm. Moreover, adopting a self-supervised mechanism with LSTM autoencoder to keep high feature extraction capacity simultaneously ensuring the reliable feature representative ability. The authors implemented, trained, and compared the proposed method with the other leading learning-based methods on some complicated JSSP instances. The experimental results have confirmed the effectiveness and priority of the proposed method for solving complex JSSP instances in terms of make-span.

The COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world has rendered a large proportion of the workforce unable to commute to work, to mitigate the spread of the virus. This has resulted in both employers and employees seeking alternative work arrangements. Due to the pandemic, most if not all workers experienced work from home Hence work from home has become a policy priority for most governments. Individuals have started to change their behavior to stick to the curfew and rapidly conform to the new way of life. This study is conducted to understand how organizations and people adjust to these developments and challenges. Numerous organizations are changing to the online method of working because of the COVID-19. Because of the continuous adoption of a specific behavior after the COVID-19 pandemic situation ended, employees were expected to continue working from home. To investigate deep into the behavioral consequences of such a pandemic situation, in-depth interviews were conducted in several companies in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted by extending the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the theory of reasoned action (TRA) to explore and assess the various factors that determine the continuous adoption intention of work-from-home by the Saudis. The finding shows that the employees' positive attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy affect the employees' intention to adopt work from home. The continuous adoption of work from home has been affected by employees' relevant intention and controllability.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the health management experience of Vietnamese Married Immigrant Women living in the city. Methods: The study participants were 11 Vietnamese immigrant women residing in the urban area who felt bad about their health. Data collection was conducted in depth through individual interviews, and the collected data were analyzed through Strauss & Corbin data analysis. Results: The core category was "health is not a necessity but a choice in a strange land called Korea". The contextual conditions were, "The hard thing-exposing "myself" to the world", and "Hurts hidden, to be away from people's eyes". For the causal condition, the categories of "Unfamiliar life to live alone", "Unfamiliar life different from expectation", and "Symptoms of body suddenly suffering alone", were derived. Through action-interaction, the immigrant women revealed that in their Korean social-structural context, they tended to follow "Health pushed away in turbulent life". The intervening conditions were "a person who is able to help me", "places that can give a helping hand nearby", and "Vietnamese women's grit". A Vietnamese married immigrant woman had her own "Health in the chain with life". As a result, they gained "Health, which is a top priority in life" or "Health oppressed by the weight of life". Conclusion: This study enhanced the understanding of the healthcare process of Vietnamese married immigrant women living in urban areas.

In this study, we tried to evaluate the relative importance and find out the differences in consumer perceptions regarding service recovery strategies and the service provider in the distribution industry by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis method. Therefore in this study, we tried to systematize various recovery strategies which were considered very important during service failure process in the distribution industry and analyze the relative importance for each recovery strategy. We set hierarchy composed of four items of monetary, action-oriented, psychological, and assured level as primary selection criteria and a total of 16 items(indemnity, refund, gift, gift certificate, prompt resolution, exchange, manager support, explanation, apology, empathy, acknowledge, kindness, assortment, after service, manage subcontractor, manage employee) as secondary selection criteria. We tried to take one step further from the service sector and study service recovery strategies specialized in distributor services. This study suggests various implications about service recovery strategies of distributors. First, this study can provide practical implications - e.g. service recovery efforts should be applied differently depending on service channels. There is a perceptual difference with respect to the importance of the types of service recovery strategies between service provider and final customer. Second, we can find theoretical implications in terms of identifying the priorities through hierarchy design of new recovery strategies and comparison of each element from the classifications of the current fractional recovery strategies. We hope to help service providers to build more efficient recovery strategy system based on the results of this study.

The purpose of this study is to find out how construction sites workers experience adaptation processes in relation to the prevention of safety accidents in the workplace through the method of grounded theory. In order to understand the experience of preventing safety accidents of workers at construction sites, a grounded theory analysis method was chosen. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the first questionnaire was sent to 17 people working in the construction site by e-mail, and the participants of the study were met one by one for in-depth interviews. As a result of this study, the paradigm model of the experience of preventing safety accidents of workers at construction sites was classified into causal conditions, contextual conditions, central phenomena, intervening conditions, action/interactions, and outcomes. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, forming a safety culture that can improve the safety awareness of construction sites is a priority. Second, it is necessary to improve self-management capabilities so that construction workers can accurately diagnose their current state such as their own body, emotion, and cognition and provide appropriate safety education. Third, providing safety education for construction workers with negative thoughts or distorted beliefs about safety accidents needs to include psychological treatment and counseling, such as methods of emotional purification, methods of relieving and managing stress, and methods of removing trauma.

Background: The current study reports measurements of activity concentrations of radon (220Rn) and thoron (220Rn) in dwellings, followed by inhalation dose assessment of the public, and then by the development of regulation and the national radon action plan (NRAP) in Cameroon. Materials and Methods: Radon, thoron, and thoron progeny measurements were carried out from 2014 to 2017 using radon-thoron discriminative detectors (commercially RADUET) in 450 dwellings and thoron progeny monitors in 350 dwellings. From 2019 to 2020, radon track detectors (commercially RADTRAK) were deployed in 1,400 dwellings. It was found that activity concentrations of radon range in 1,850 houses from 10 to 2,620 Bq/㎥ with a geometric mean of 76 Bq/㎥. Results and Discussion: Activity concentrations of thoron range from 20 to 700 Bq/㎥ with a geometric mean of 107 Bq/㎥. Thoron equilibrium factor ranges from 0.01 to 0.6, with an arithmetic mean of 0.09 that is higher than the default value of 0.02 given by UNSCEAR. On average, 49%, 9%, and 2% of all surveyed houses have radon concentrations above 100, 200, and 300 Bq/㎥, respectively. The average contribution of thoron to the inhalation dose due to radon and thoron exposure is about 40%. Thus, thoron cannot be neglected in dose assessment to avoid biased results in radio-epidemiological studies. Only radon was considered in the drafted regulation and in the NRAP adopted in October 2020. Reference levels of 300 Bq/㎥ and 1,000 Bq/㎥ were recommended for dwellings and workplaces. Conclusion: Priority actions for the coming years include the following: radon risk mapping, promotion of a protection policy against radon in buildings, integration of the radon prevention and mitigation into the training of construction specialists, mitigation of dwellings and workplaces with high radon levels, increased public awareness of the health risks associated with radon, and development of programs on the scientific and technical aspects.
