기업에서 인적자원에 대한 투자의 중요성이 증가하고 실질적인 금전적 지출이 커지고 있는 상황에서 교육의 실질적인 성과 향상을 기할 수 있는 방안으로서 액션러닝에 대한 관심이 최근에 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 새로운 교육방법으로서 액션러닝을 소개함과 동시에 액션러닝 방식을 활용한 교육프로그램의 구체적인 개발 및 운영과정을 분석하여 액션러닝 운영상의 시사점을 도출하려 한다. 본 논문은 2005년 9월부터 2006년 1월까지 진행된 (주) 효성의 과장승격후보자과정에 대한 액션러닝을 적용한 사례를 심층 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 액션러닝은 관리자들이 직무 수행하는데 문제가 되는 불필요한 과정을 개선하는데 도움을 주었다. 둘째, 액션러닝을 적용하는데 있어, 내부/외부 Facilitator들의 통합적 활용이 교육효과 극대화에 기여하였다. 셋째, 최고경영자 및 경영층의 지원과 인재개발팀장의 액션러닝에 대한 적극적 추진이 주요한 성공요인으로 판단된다.

Traditional cost system is distorted due to the using unit-based measure. It is being criticized that it do a poor job of attributing the expenses of support resources to the production and sales of individual product. Activity Based Cost System expend the range of second-stage cost assignment drivers beyond the traditional measures of labor and machine times, units produced, and material quantities to allow for drivers that measure the amount of batch-level, product-sustaining, and facility-sustaining activities performed. It is a resources consumption model of organization, not just a more complex cost accounting of cost allocation system. This paper proposes a enterprise resource planning by activity based management. To effective performance system for company that want to be setting competitive levels, the information systems must support a fast moving, rapidly changing. Activity based management is a process of accumulating and tracing cost and performance da to a firm's activities and providing feedback of actual results against the planned cost to initiate corrective action where required. Therefore this system provides a highly powerful decision-making tool. To construct this system, we need Enterprise Resource Planning System. Since ERP is designed around the idea that rapid change and a degree of unhandled change is normal, it allows driving the customer's rapidly needs much deeper through the business cycle.

This paper suggests an event-based scenario manager capable of creating and editing a scenario for shipbuilding process simulation based on multibody dynamics. To configure various situation in shipyards and easily connect with multibody dynamics, the proposed method has two main concepts: an Actor and an Action List. The Actor represents the anatomic unit of action in the multibody dynamics and can be connected to a specific component of the dynamics kernel such as the body and joint. The user can make a scenario up by combining the actors. The Action List contains information for arranging and executing the actors. Since the shipbuilding process is a kind of event-based sequence, all simulation models were configured using Discrete EVent System Specification (DEVS) formalism. The proposed method was applied to simulations of various operations in shipyards such as lifting and erection of a block and heavy load lifting operation using multiple cranes.

본 연구는 고등학교를 대상으로 교육현장에 실질적 도움이 될 수 있는 실행연구(action research)를 통해 학교도서관 관점에서 독서방법이 조합된 독서전략이 고등학생의 읽고 이해하는 능력에 어떤 교육적 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보았다. 그리고 독서전략이 청소년의 독서태도에 미치는 영향과 부가요인으로 독서태도의 변화가 텍스트 이해력과 관계성을 가지는지 확인하였다. 특히 독서조합의 긍정적 시너지 효과는 텍스트 이해력의 성취와 독서태도의 변화라는 독서성과로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 텍스트 이해력과 독서태도 변화 간의 정적 관계가 확인되어 향후 청소년의 텍스트 이해력의 향상을 위한 독서태도의 효과적인 변화의 방향을 제안하였다.

Analysis of construction tender documents in overseas projects is a very important issue from a risk management point of view. Unfortunately, majority of construction firms are biased by winning contracts without in-depth analysis of tender documents. As a result, many contractors have incurred loss in overseas projects. Although a lot of risk analysis techniques have been introduced, most of them focus project's external unexpected risks such as country conditions and owner's financial standing. However, because those external risks are difficult to control and take preemptive action, we need to concentrate on project inherent risks. Based on this premise, this paper proposes a project-oriented risk mining approach which could detect and extract project risk factors automatically before they are materialized and assess them. This study presents a methodology regarding how to extract potential risks which exist in owner's project requirements and project tender documents using state of the art data analysis method such as text mining, data mining, and information visualization. The project-oriented risk mining approach is expected to effectively reflect project characteristics to the project risk management and could provide construction firms with valuable business intelligence.

Recently, the consuming efficiency of energy and natural resources has been a hot issue because of the continuous increasing of energy consumption and soaring of international oil prices. We tried to seek an action plan for the government's new paradigm 'Low-Carbon, Green Growth' by consuming energy efficiently and improving in energy management based on ubiquitous IT technologies. In this study, the library survey method is adopted for this study and IP-USN(internet protocol based ubiquitous sensor network) is considered as a core technology among various ubiquitous IT technologies. The purpose of this study is to deliver a method of energy management through integrating the context information gathered from sensors with digital space models and visualizing them together. The details are to survey the technologies of digital space modeling, USN based monitoring, building energy management and to integrate these technologies all together. This study will contribute to the enhancement of efficient building energy management by grasping the accurate situation of energy consuming in the building in realtime and minimizing unnecessary energy wastes.

Under the circumstance of increasing international trade volumes and limitation of customs human resources, it is necessary to shift the customs' revenue collection activities and audit method from a transaction-based approach to an account-based approach. Thus, in 1997, U.S. Customs services established the Account Management Program. The Account Management Program is designed to increase importer compliance and improve customer service through one-on-one interaction with business entities and a designated Customs representative(Account Manager). The Account Management Program is a comprehensive process that includes the following stages and activities ; selection of a potential Account, establishment of the Account, management of the Account. In 2009, Korea Customs service introduced and executed the Account Management Program. But owing to its early stages, Korea Customs service does not suggest effective direction of development of the AM program. So I can propose the following improvements of the Account Management Program in Korea. Firstly, the Account Managers have to be assigned more traders than AEOs(Authorized Economic Operators). Secondly, it is necessary that Customs service appoints part-time port Account Managers to help more traders to improve customs compliance. Thirdly, thought should be given as to Account can be expanded to encompass both small and medium enterprises(SME) by providing customs brokers managing their customs business on the behalf of the SME with the Account Managers. Lastly, Customs service has to establish performance measures and action plan for the Account Management Program.

네트워크 관리는 다양한 네트워크 장비들을 적절하게 구성하고 운용하는 것이다. 대부분의 네트워크 관리 시스템은 장치구성 관리자, 성능관리자, 장애 관리자 등과 같은 기본부분으로 구성된다. 최근 광역의 개방형 인터넷의 등장으로 네트워크의 규모가 커지고 복잡해짐에 따라 다양한 네트워크 장비 및 호스트들에 대한 관리 역시 복잡해지고 중요하게 되었다. SNMP기반의 네트워크에서 다양한 종류의 네트워크 장비들을 관리하기 위한 네트워크 관리 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모된다. 따라서 네트워크 환경을 확장하고 다양한 네트워크 장비들을 효율적으로 제어하기 위해서 이 논문에서는 트리거 기반의 네트워크 관리프로그램 자동생성기를 가지는 능동적인 네트워크 관리시스템을 제안한다. 트리거는 이벤트 컨디션 액션의 능동규칙으로 표현되어지며 네트워크 환경에 상태 변화가 생기는 경우 이를 감지하는 역할을 한다. 제안된 능동적인 네트워크 관리 시스템은 네트워크 엘리먼트들을 추가하거나 변경하는 경우 트리거 규칙이 활성화되고 네트워크관리시스템의 구성요소들이 상호작용하여 SNMP라이브러리에서 제공되는 정보들을 이용하여 새로운 네트워크 장비 관리 프로그램을 자동으로 생성한다. 능동적인 네트워크 관리 시스템은 자동생성된 네트워크 관리 프로그램을 이용하여 SNMP 네트워크 구성을 효율적으로 확장하는 것이 용이하다. 또한 ANMS 는 네트워크 관리프로그램의 개발기간 단축과 비용절감의 효과를 가져온다는 것을 실험을 통해서 확인 할 수 있었다.

최근 세월호 침몰사고 등 대규모재난이 끊이지 않고 발생하고 있는 실정이며, 재난현장에서 피해를 감소시키기 위해 대응기관 간 신속한 정보의 전달, 공유는 피해의 규모를 결정하는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 그러나 긴급하게 대응활동을 실시해야 하는 재난현장에서 재난대응기관 간 적절한 통신이 이루어지지 못하는 상황이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 위기관리체계 확립을 위해 각 기관 간 통신방법, 무선망 등의 운영 실태에 대하여 주목을 하였고, 각 기관의 현황, 업무의 내용파악 등을 통하여 효율적이고 효과적인 통신망 구축방안을 제시하였다.

It become increasingly important to design user interface to carry low complexity. The cognitive limitations of users severely restrict utility of highly intelligent but complex modern systems. Since humans are known to use schemas to reduce cognitive complexity, imposing good consistency to an interface design that may help that user form useful schemas will provide powerful control over the complexity. This present a research effort to develop a quantitative method for evaluating interface complexity that the user would experience planning his or her course of action. Taking into account the user's potential schemas, a quantitative measure based on information theory was develped to assess the navigational complexity. This approach does not rely on the subjective judgment of the researcher as most schemes dealing with user schemas do. The proposed method may benefit the rapid prototyping approach to design a better user interface by allowing handy assessment of the design.
