Investments in new technologies have grown significantly in size, and science and technology have a large and complex impact on society at large. With people's great interest in technology, the government has the duty to accurately assess the influence of new technologies on society to facilitate their acceptance in society. For this purpose, technology impact assessment should be performed to facilitate a social consensus. There has been research on the initial methods of technology assessment for 50 years. Following various academic studies and discussions based on numerous new technology response policies, coupled with the examination of trends and changes over time, academia and policymakers around the world have paid attention to the multilateral analysis of the impact of new technologies on future society. This study focuses on research changes such as the stage of forecasting factors that should consider the technology assessment of new technologies, despite differences between the development methods for the assessment between developed countries and South Korea. The analysis yielded three factors of technological understanding of awareness, professionalism, and gender characteristics, in addition to a previously identified factor. The three factors are then suggested as forecasting factors for new technology. The findings of this study provide both academic and policy evidence for technology assessment based on the country's Framework Act on Science and Technology.

Despite the easing of social distancing, demand for non-face-to-face services continues to rise. Recently, the EU is pursuing a comprehensive plastic use reduction by expanding the scope of plastic use regulations for packaging plastics according to the New Cyclical Economy Action Plan(NCEAP). In response to this trend, the packaging industry is moving away from conventional non-degradable/petroleum-based plastics and conducting research on packaging materials using biodegradable plastics such as PLA(Poly Lactic Acid), PBAT(Poly Butylene Adipate-co-butylene Terephthalate). On the other hand, ginkgo leaves occur in large quantities in Korea and act as a cause of slip accidents and flooding. In this study, a method to utilize ginkgo biloba leaf as a new alternative biomass resource was proposed by producing lactic acid through pretreatment, enzymatic saccharification, and fermentation processes. For the efficiency of lactic acid production, a comparative analysis of lignin content from before and after browning was performed. In addition, the degree of glucan extraction was evaluated by applying a pretreatment method using three catalysts: hot water, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide. It is difficult to expect high production of lactic acid with single process. Therefore, an integrated process operation using both the pretreated hydrolyzate and the residual solid enzymatic saccharification solution must necessarily be applied.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to objectify the analysis results using the disaster safety awareness survey for high school students, which has been systematically and continuously educated since the Ferry Sewol disaster, and to promote educational effects by identifying the educational status. Method: The 12 questions of the disaster safety awareness survey were answered using the direct entry method on a Likert 5-point scale, and the SPSS 24 and varimax (orthogonal rotation) methods were used to establish and test research hypotheses. Result: As a result of the verification, it was found that the independent variables, knowledge competency and attitude competency, had a positive effect on the dependent variable, behavioral competency, and there was no multicollinearity, so it was verified that it was meaningful. Conclusion: As a result of the survey analysis, domestic disaster safety education showed a significant impact on the level of disaster safety awareness as an education that meets its goals. Various aspects of disasters show that the educational effect can be improved only when education is established as education by life cycle.
The choice of business method is a necessary decision at the last moment of life, and to this end, we use several criteria. Our funeral methods were dominated by ancestral worship culture and religion, not nature. It is only recently that nature was used as a means from a human perspective, but natural field methods such as consideration for nature and symbiosis with nature have emerged. The recent high public preference for natural fields is today's strong zeitgeist and nature-friendly values. Based on statistics in 2021, Korea's national cremation rate exceeded 92%, and compared to less than 20% of the cremation rate just 20 years ago, our business method has changed rapidly. As the cremation promotion movement and government policies, which began in the early 90s, were systematically developed, the enshrinement facility was established next to us. However, while this was also subject to criticism of national damage, the Jang Act called natural field was introduced into the system in 2008, and about 15 years have passed, but the revitalization of natural field is slower than expected. One of the reasons for the stagnation of development is to forget the basic spirit of the natural field (once you return to the forest), and to think like a graveyard grave. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the background of the introduction and current operation of natural fields and present development measures to improve memorial services to make natural fields loved by the people.
Since the enactment of the Act on the Management of Presidential Archives in 2007, the cases of electronic records transfer in the 16th President Roh Moo-hyun's administration have played the role of an advance guard in managing public records and served as a test bed for new electronic records management. When transferring the electronic records of the 19th President Moon Jae-in's administration, the electronic records transfer method of President Roh's administration was inherited, while several innovative attempts were made. For instance, the Presidential Archives have for the first time converted the electronic documents from institutions advising the President into a long-term preservation package and transferred them online. In addition, considering the characteristics of the data, the administrative information dataset of the Presidential record creation institutions was transferred to the SIARD standard. Furthermore, the Presidential Archives had websites transferred in the form of OVF as a pilot test and collected social media directly through the API. Thus this study investigated the transition process of the presidential electronic records transfers from the 16th President Roh Moo-hyun's administration to the 19th President Moon Jae-in's. In addition, major achievements and issues were analyzed centering on the transfer method by type of electronic records during President Moon Jae-in's administration, and future improvement plans were presented.
This study examines correlations among factors that reportedly affect adjustment to military life: self esteem, locus of control,, social support and stress coping strategies. The study also attempts to validate the structural model to enhance understanding of the process of adjusting to the military life. The subjects of the study were 447 listed soldiers from private to sergeant currently stationed and serving in an army post in Gangwon-Do, Korea. The following tools were used for this study. Based on self-inventory questionnaires, evaluations were made regarding self esteem, locus of control, social support, stress management, adaptation to military life. Reliability of each criterion was evaluated based on reliability examination, correlations among parameters were analyzed, and the structural equation model was validated to verify the research model. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, internal control and self esteem have significant positive influence on social support and stress coping. Second, internal control and self esteem affect adjusting to military life through social support and active coping, two factors mediated in this study to act as parameters between self-esteem and internal control and military adaption. This study emphasizes intervention such as establishment of a social support system and training for taking necessary actions as limitations of studies dealing with internal traits and military adaptation. Since the subjects of this study were chosen from an army based in a single location for convenience' sake, it may be difficult to generalize the results to analyze the entire military.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of parental overprotection on Korean college students' moral behaviors. To test the prediction that overprotected participants will show more immoral behaviors in moral dilemma situations, we measured perceived parental overprotectiveness and morality. Participants were 113 college freshmen. Two types of modified experimental paradigms were used to assess participants on their levels of justice-oriented and prosocial morality. Based on whether they displayed moral behavior (i.e., honest or helping behavior) or not, participants were included in either moral or immoral group. Second, the levels of perceived maternal overprotectiveness and paternal overprotectiveness were assessed using Korean-Parental Overprotection Scale (K-POS) and were compared between moral and immoral group. For justice-oriented morality, the results showed that the immoral group reported a significantly higher level of perceived maternal overprotection compared to the moral group (t = 2.16, p < .05). On the contrast, paternal overprotection was not related to participants' honesty. The results indicate that participants who experienced overprotective parental care are more likely to act immorally in moral dilemma situations dealing with justice. Meanwhile, for prosocial morality, both maternal and paternal overprotection levels did not result in significant difference between two groups. More Implications and limitations were discussed.

Copyright is a legal criterion for determining the scope and method of digital library service. Works with expired protection periods correspond to the public domain and can be freely used by anyone. For this reason, it is a priority consideration in digital library construction and services. The purpose of this study is to examine how actively libraries are using expired protected works for digital library services. To this end, the relevant provisions of the Copyright Act applied to the construction and service of digital libraries were first summarized, and the meaning of the copyright protection period was theoretically examined. The current status of online services for expired works by the National Library of Korea was examined, focusing on the works of three Japanese colonial era writers, Kim Yoo-jung, Lee Hyo-seok, and Chae Man-sik, to check the specific service status of expired works. It reveals that the National Library of Korea is not fully utilizing the scope of the law, and that this situation is linked to the rights of other authors included in the book. Based on these results, it suggests that there is a need to change the service unit to focus on copyrighted works and to use authority records to systematize the management of authors' death years.

In this busy world actually stress is continuously grow up in research and monitoring social websites. The social interaction is a process by which people act and react in relation with each other like play, fight, dance we can find social interactions. In this we find social structure means maintain the relationships among peoples and group of peoples. Its a limit and depends on its behavior. Because relationships established on expectations of every one involve depending on social network. There is lot of difference between emotional pain and physical pain. When you feel stress on physical body we all feel with tensions, stress on physical consequences, physical effects on our health. When we work on social network websites, developments or any research related information retrieving etc. our brain is going into stress. Actually by social network interactions like watching movies, online shopping, online marketing, online business here we observe sentiment analysis of movie reviews and feedback of customers either positive/negative. In movies there we can observe peoples reaction with each other it depends on actions in film like fights, dances, dialogues, content. Here we can analysis of stress on brain different actions of movie reviews. All these movie review analysis and stress on brain can calculated by machine learning techniques. Actually in target oriented business, the persons who are working in marketing always their brain in stress condition their emotional conditions are different at different times. In this paper how does brain deal with stress management. In software industries when developers are work at home, connected with clients in online work they gone under stress. And their emotional levels and stress levels always changes regarding work communication. In this paper we represent emotional intelligence with stress based analysis using machine learning techniques in social networks. It is ability of the person to be aware on your own emotions or feeling as well as feelings or emotions of the others use this awareness to manage self and your relationships. social interactions is not only about you its about every one can interacting and their expectations too. It about maintaining performance. Performance is sociological understanding how people can interact and a key to know analysis of social interactions. According to the 「Rural Spatial Reconstruction and Regeneration Support Act」, enacted on March 29, 2024, all local governments are required to establish a 'Rural Spatial Reconstruction and Regeneration Plan' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rural Spatial Plan'). In order for the 'Rural Spatial Plan' to be appropriately established, this study analyzed the supply and demand of spatial data from the perspective of user stakeholders and derived implications for improving rural spatial planning data utilization. In conclusion, three key recommendations come from this result. Firstly, it is necessary to establish an integrated DB for rural spatial planning data. This can solve the problem of low awareness of scattered data-providing websites, reduce the processing time of non-GIS data, and reduce the time required to acquire data by securing the availability of data search and download. In particular, research should be conducted on the establishment of a spatial analysis simulation system to support stakeholders' decision-making, considering that many stakeholders have difficulty in spatial analysis because spatial analysis techniques were not actively used in rural projects before the implementation of the rural agreement system in 2020. Secondly, research on how to improve data acquisition should be conducted in each data sector. The data sector group with the lowest ease of receiving are 'Local Community Domain', 'Changes in Domestic and International Conditions', and 'Provision and Utilization of Daily Life Services'. Lastly, in-depth research is needed on how to raise each rural spatial planning data supply stakeholder to the position of player. Stakeholders of 'University Institutions' and 'Public Enterprises and Research Institutes' should give those who participate in the formulation of rural spatial plans access to the raw data collected for public work. Stakeholders of 'Private company' need to come up with realistic measures to build a data pool centered on consultative bodies between existing private companies and then prepare a step-by-step strategy to fully open it by participating various stakeholders. In order to induce 'Village Residents and Associations' stakeholders to play a leading role as owners and producers of data, personnel should be trained to collect and record data related to the village. In addition, support measures should be prepared to continue these activities.
