Analysis of the Problem of fire Qualification Information and Employment Information Due to Incomplete Information in the Job Search Process

  • This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

국방 무기체계 획득방안 연구 방법론 제안 (A Study on Analysis Model for Weapon Acquisition Alternatives)

  • 최근 획득방안 도출을 위한 선행연구 조사 분석의 객관성 및 신뢰성이 확보된 과학적 결과에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 획득방안 연구 방법론에 대한 검토가 진행되고는 있으나, 아직까지는 초기 단계이며 비 전문적인 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실무에 활용할 수 있도록 일반적인 의사결정 방법 및 국가 연구 개발 사업 의사 결정 방법, 현재 활용 중인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), ANP(Analytic Network Process), KAAM(Knowledge-based Alternative Analysis Model) 등의 무기체계 획득 방안 연구 방법론 등을 비교하여 무기체계 획득방안 연구에 가장 적합한 AHP 기법을 방법론으로 제안하였다. AHP 항목으로 비용, 효과, 전력화 시기, 사업 관리 위험 등의 종합적인 요소들을 비교 분석함으로써 무기체계 획득방안 연구의 객관성과 신뢰성을 높이고, 정량적인 비교 분석으로써 과학적인 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 AHP를 활용하여 보다 무기체계 획득방안을 과학적이고 정량적으로 비교 분석할 수 있게 기여하였다.

  • Naval weapons systems of the Republic of Korea are acquired through the Defense Planning Management System. Recently, acquisition of some naval ships have been delayed, and the causes of the delays have been recognized as inappropriate project management at the Execution Phase. However, we argue that the delay problem in naval ships acquisition should be approached, with due regard for the entire Defense Planning Management System. That is, We should try to investigate from Planning Phase to those of Programming, Budgeting and Execution Phases. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the actual cases of the delay in naval acquisition at all phases of the Defense Planning Management System. Based on the investigation, we tried to identify the naval ship Acquisition Delay Factors and find out the Weights of those factors. As the next step, we calculated the Influence Measures on the naval missions, including the Cost of Naval Capability Gap derived from the delays in acquisition of naval ships. As a final step, we calculated the Acquisition Delay Measures based on the interrelationship between the Acquisition Delay Factors and the Influence Measures. Then we evaluated and analyzed what the results stand for. Finally, we made suggestions for future improvement. The improvement suggestions we made for preventing delay in acquisition of naval ships in this study are as follows. First, we need a shift in perception. It is necessary to measure the Acquisition Delay Factors in acquiring naval ships and manage them from the Planning Phase. Second, resolution must be concerted efforts. All relevant agencies, not just a few, should work together to resolve the problems of acquisition delay. Third, analysis must be based on the accumulation of data. This allows the elaborating of naval ship Acquisition Delay Factors and Delay Measures. If this research method is applied to other military weapons systems in the future, we may be able to not just identify the Acquisition Delay Factors in acquisition of other military weapons systems, but also pursue improvement in those cases.

  • 무기체계의 획득은 획득과정 초기단계에서 시험평가 자료의 원천으로 모델링 및 시뮬레이션의 사용이 적극적으로 권장되고 있다. 이와 같이 무기체계의 획득에 있어서 신뢰성은 가장 중요한 부분 이라할 수 있고, 이를 위해 M&S를 적용하여 시험평가의 신뢰성과 정확성을 제공할 수 있으며, 시험에 소요되는 시간과 비용의 절감, 사전 예측 및 사후 검증등이 가능한 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 M&S의 이론적인 고찰과 무기체계의 획득을 위한 M&S 활용의 중요성, 획득모델의 특징, 무기체계 획득을 위한 활용실태 등을 고찰하여 효과적인 무기체계 획득을 위한 M&S의 활용방안을 찾고자 한다.

Conditional Signal-Acquisition Parameter Selection for Automated Satellite Laser Ranging System

  • An automated signal-acquisition method for the NASA's space geodesy satellite laser ranging (SGSLR) system is described as a selection of two system parameters with specified probabilities. These parameters are the correlation parameter: the minimum received pulse number for a signal-acquisition and the frame time: the minimum time for the correlation parameter. The probabilities specified are the signal-detection and false-acquisition probabilities to distinguish signals from background noise. The steps of parameter selection are finding the minimum set of values by fitting a curve and performing a graph-domain approximation. However, this selection method is inefficient, not only because of repetition of the entire process if any performance values change, such as the signal and noise count rate, but also because this method is dependent upon system specifications and environmental conditions. Moreover, computation is complicated and graph-domain approximation can introduce inaccuracy. In this study, a new method is proposed to select the parameters via a conditional equation derived from characteristics of the signal-detection and false-acquisition probabilities. The results show that this method yields better efficiency and robustness against changing performance values with simplicity and accuracy and can be easily applied to other satellite laser ranging (SLR) systems.

  • macOS는 Apple 사의 제품군에서만 사용할 수 있고 독자적인 시스템 구조, 비공개 커널, 시스템 무결성 보호를 위한 SIP(System Integrity Protection) 등의 보안 기능 등으로 인해 기존에 알려진 메모리 데이터 수집 도구들이 실제로는 제대로 작동하지 않거나 시스템 재부팅을 필수적으로 동반해야 한다는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 macOS와 관련된 메모리 포렌식 관련 연구들과 알려진 도구들의 현황 및 한계점을 분석하고 다양한 macOS버전을 대상으로 메모리 수집과 분석을 위한 방법을 연구했다. 그 결과 OSXPmem과 dd 도구를 사용하여 시스템 재부팅 없이 메모리 데이터를 수집하고 Volatility 2, 3를 활용하여 메모리 데이터를 분석하는 디지털 포렌식 조사에서 실무적으로 활용할 수 있는 메모리 수집 및 분석 프로세스를 개발했다.

The Strategic Process of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Market Using Integrating Change Management

  • Purpose: The present study offers merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy based on prior studies to assist the organizational practitioners in two companies' cultures. In the analysis, a M&A plan to guide the evolving principles was created by present authors using change management model. Research design, data, and methodology: The successful M&A integration is setting goals, reconfiguring the cultural systems to align them with business goals. The employees must be involved, particularly with organizational change. Both companies also ought to undertake employee training following the resolving of worries and needs of employees. Finally, restructuring can include the moving of employees from areas where they may be struggling. Result: Discussing and trying to come to an agreement over which mode of acculturation would be most suitable in that particular state is the main focus. Practitioners of both Company A and Company B might find it much simpler to continue their focus and dynamism in the process of cultural integration. Conclusions: We believe that our approach adds an insight in the M&A literature. Managers at all levels of both organizations must take part in the process of M&A for both organizational cultures to come in sync and for change to take place.

공공도서관의 자료구입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Book Purchases in Public Libraries)

  • 공공도서관의 자료구입과정은 도서관 내부적으로 장서개발과정을 실현하는 역할을 수행함과 동시에, 이를 통해 도서관이 출판물에 대한 공적소비자로서의 역할을 수행하여 출판산업에 기여하는 효과를 창출한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 현재 국내 공공도서관의 자료구입과정을 면밀히 살펴보고 그 과정에서 드러나는 여러 가지 문제들을 조명하여 합리적인 자료구입이 이루어지기 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 자료구입정책, 자료구입을 위한 인력과 조직, 자료구입방법, 자료구입을 위한 계약, 자료구입 할인율과 도서정가제 등 다섯 가지 측면으로 나누어 자료구입의 과정과 방법 등 그 현황을 살펴보았다. 현황 분석을 위한 데이터 수집은 국내 공립 공공도서관 315개관을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌다.

기동무기체계 개발에서 외형 디자인 결정 프로세스에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Exterior Design Decision Process of the Maneuver Weapon System Development)

  • The Core in Weapon system R&D is to realize the user required capabilities in limited schedule and cost. Therefore, the design of weapon system focuses to functional design for realization of requirement capabilities. However, the weapon system should not only basically bring the confidence to friendly forces bring fear to enemy forces to maximize the operational effectiveness of weapon systems and we consider the exterior design as the important factor to compete with foreign systems in international defense market besides capabilities and cost. For that reason, we made study case about the visual design decision process applied to the LVT(light tactical vehicle) project which was recent successful deployment among the many R&D projects of auto industry. Based on this case, this study suggests the necessity of the exterior design decision process the maneuver weapon system is developed.

개인의 흡수 역량이 프로세스 및 제품 혁신에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Effect of Individual's on Absorptive Capacity on Process and Product Innovation)

  • Absorptive capacity has been increasingly thought of as a potential source of innovation. From the knowledge management perspective, absorptive capacity is composed of a set of activities dealing with acquisition, assimilation, transformation, and exploitation of external and internal knowledge. This study investigates what relationship the absorptive capacity of individuals who have technical knowledge in the organization has with process innovation and product innovation. Mobile based survey was conducted from the employees working for the largest electronics manufacturer in Korea. The analyzed data was based on 156 responses from 199 participants. The analysis result shows that four phases of absorptive capacity such as acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation have different effects on process innovation and product innovation, respectively. Specifically, transformation is found to be most critical in leading to innovation.
