시각장애 연구자의 학술정보 획득 및 활용 경험에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Experience of Visually Impaired Researchers in the Acquisition and Use of Scholarly Contents)

  • 이 연구는 시각장애 연구자의 학술정보 획득 및 활용에 대한 경험을 시각장애 연구자의 관점에서 기술하고, 그 경험의 내재된 본질을 탐색해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 시각장애 연구자 12명을 심층 면담하고 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 107개의 의미 있는 진술과 이를 통해 구성된 의미에서 44개의 주제, 12개의 주제묶음을 확인하여 구분한 결과, 총 4개의 범주가 최종적으로 도출되었다. '학술정보 확보 및 활용' 범주는 학술정보 제공 사이트의 웹 접근성 및 원문 접근성 수준이 낮아 시각장애 연구자들이 자료 검색-확보-활용과정에서 겪는 어려움을 보여준다. '인식 및 감정의 변화' 범주는 시간의 흐름에 따른 시각장애 연구자의 인식 및 감정을, '지원인력과의 관계' 범주는 지원인력 확보의 어려움, 지원인력의 역량 문제, 지원인력 관리와 관련하여 시각장애 연구자가 겪는 고충을 보여준다. '개선요구사항 범주'는 연구 참여자들이 학술정보 획득 및 활용과 관련하여 개선되기를 희망하는 내용이 무엇인지를 기술하고 있다.

한국어 화자의 영어 일치소 습득과 그 이론적 함축성 (The acquisition of L2 English agreement by L1 Korean speakers & its theoretical implications for SLA)

  • This paper aims at showing firstly, that the parameterized Universal Grammar is also accessible in second language acquisition based on the data found in the English Agreement acquisition by Korean speakers and secondly, that the theoretical claim that the acquisition of Agreement is related to the Subject Drop phenomenon can be supported by the second language acquisition data. The functional category AGRP which is crucial here can be parameterized according to its features with Korean of - Agr and English of + Agr. Two groups of 40 each were tested and the result shows that the parameter resetting is possible in terms of the Agreement feature. In addition to Agreement test, three more tests for the distribution of Subject Drop, Subject Raising and NPI (Negative Polarity Items) were conducted in order to find the correlation among those grammatical phenomena. The result is that the acquisition of Agreement and the Subject Drop possibility are correlated but that they are not related to the obligatory Subject Raising process. Finally, NPI distribution test which is supposedly related to the Subject Raising turned out to carry little information since the average grades from both groups were very low.

개념지도 교육방법을 이용한 진전된 초보자의 간호역량강화: 포커스그룹 (Strengthening of Advanced Beginner's Nursing Competence through Concept Mapping: Focus Groups)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate the strengthening process of advanced beginner's nursing competence through the concept mapping methods. Methods: This study was conducted with focus group study for 1 month from November to December 2012 (n=5). Data were analyzed through open coding, axial coding and selection coding stage. Results: Advanced beginner to represent the experience of nursing empowerment and the three categories of the nine concepts were derived. The first category is 'able to see the entire search.' This concept is to start a search query, the search process of thinking, behavior change is expected. The second category is 'behavior change through the acquisition of knowledge.', and this concept is the embodiment of knowledge, confidence rising, and action changing. The third category is 'nursing empowerment', the aesthetic, ethical, and personal knowledge acquisition, as well as self-growth. Conclusion: Advanced beginner saw the full flow through the concept mapping and obtained knowledge, and changed behavior. Thus, the concept mapping is effective to strengthen the nursing competence.

How Children Acquire Language-specific Ways of Partitioning Space: Creating a Semantic Category System Using Semantic Primitives

  • This paper reviews Grammatical Mapping theory, a recently proposed theoretical paradigm for understanding children's acquisition of syntax, and ventures to apply the theory to the acquisition of semantics. Particularly, we focused on the domain of space, and proposed how children might acquire a unique system of spatial words in their mother tongue. Based on our review of evidence, we propose that there may be universal semantic primitives that serve as foundations of word meanings. We also propose that children must learn their mother tongue's semantic category system of spatial relations, from real time data. Finally, we argue that children's learning of word meanings may involve creation of a theory that makes sense to the child, and that this process of theory creation is possibly guided by universal principles and parameters.

무기 획득과정에서의 요구사항 결정 프레임워크 (Framework for Determining Requirements in the Weapons systems Acquisition Process)

  • In Weapons acquisition process, if the requirements are not clear, it leads to confusion and conflict in business. In the development of next-generation weapons, to define and derive requirements has to start from decision of operational concept. It is difficult task and has many uncertainties. This paper has goal about development of knowledge acquisition process that derive military operational scenario-based requirements acquisition process and framework that classify and save the derived requirements for next project. That framework can generate new class and category, also suggest that verification of requirements. It help to derive and manage the requirements, and make it easy to grasp the requirements. Accordingly, it can help make military requirement plan and weapon acquisition process.

Application of a Deep Learning Method on Aerial Orthophotos to Extract Land Categories

  • The automatic land category extraction method was proposed, and the accuracy was evaluated by learning the aerial photo characteristics by land category in the border area with various restrictions on the acquisition of geospatial data. As experimental data, this study used four years' worth of published aerial photos as well as serial cadastral maps from the same time period. In evaluating the results of land category extraction by learning features from different temporal and spatial ranges of aerial photos, it was found that land category extraction accuracy improved as the temporal and spatial ranges increased. Moreover, the greater the diversity and quantity of provided learning images, the less the results were affected by the quality of images at a specific time to be extracted, thus generally demonstrating accurate and practical land category feature extraction.

  • Named entities (NEs) are important in many Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications, and discovering NE-related relations in texts may be beneficial for these applications. This paper proposes a method to extract the ISA relation between a "named entity" and its category, and an IS-RELATED-TO relation between the category and its related object. Based on the pattern extraction algorithm "Person Category Extraction" (PCE), we extend it for solving our problem. Our experiments on Wall Street Journal (WSJ) corpus show promising results. We also demonstrate a possible application of these relations by utilizing them for semantic search.

국방 무기체계 획득방안 연구 방법론 제안 (A Study on Analysis Model for Weapon Acquisition Alternatives)

  • 최근 획득방안 도출을 위한 선행연구 조사 분석의 객관성 및 신뢰성이 확보된 과학적 결과에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 획득방안 연구 방법론에 대한 검토가 진행되고는 있으나, 아직까지는 초기 단계이며 비 전문적인 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실무에 활용할 수 있도록 일반적인 의사결정 방법 및 국가 연구 개발 사업 의사 결정 방법, 현재 활용 중인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), ANP(Analytic Network Process), KAAM(Knowledge-based Alternative Analysis Model) 등의 무기체계 획득 방안 연구 방법론 등을 비교하여 무기체계 획득방안 연구에 가장 적합한 AHP 기법을 방법론으로 제안하였다. AHP 항목으로 비용, 효과, 전력화 시기, 사업 관리 위험 등의 종합적인 요소들을 비교 분석함으로써 무기체계 획득방안 연구의 객관성과 신뢰성을 높이고, 정량적인 비교 분석으로써 과학적인 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 AHP를 활용하여 보다 무기체계 획득방안을 과학적이고 정량적으로 비교 분석할 수 있게 기여하였다.

토지 보상비 결정 요인 분석 - 건설CALS 데이터 중심으로 (Analysis on the Determinants of Land Compensation Cost: The Use of the Construction CALS Data)

  • 본 연구는 건설 전주기 (기획, 설계, 시공, 관리) 과정에서 생성되는 건설 CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-Cycle Support) 시스템 내의 데이터 셋 (443개)을 활용하여 토지보상비에 영향을 주는 주요 결정 요인을 분석한다. 해당 분석을 위해 기존 토지 비용 관련 연구에서 활용된 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 이를 기반으로 8개 (토지면적, 개별 공시지가, 감정평가액, 지목, 용도지역 1, 지형 고저, 지형 형상, 도로 접면)의 주요 변수를 활용하였다. 더불어, 해당 변수는 기계학습 알고리즘 기반의 Xgboost 알고리즘을 통해 변수별 중요도 평가를 진행하였고, 해당 변수 중, 개별공시지가가 가장 중요도가 높은 변수로 확인하였다. 토지보상비 결정 요인에 대한 분석 및 검증을 위해 선형다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 검증을 위해 구성되는 변수로 종속변수는 개별공시지가 변수를 활용하였고, 독립변수는 연속형 변수 1개 (면적), 범주형 변수는 5개 (지목, 용도지역1, 지형고저, 지형형상, 도로접면)를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 모델에 대한 검증결과, 지목, 용도지역 1, 도로접면에 대한 독립 변수가 유의미한 것으로 확인하였다.

녹색건축 인증제도 업무용 건축물 개정 전·후 인증결과 비교분석 (An Comparative Analysis of Certification Results for Pre-Certified Office Buildings according to G-SEED Revisions)

  • G-SEED has been introduced with the aim of reducing energy use and resources since 2002, as the system of certificating environmental friendliness of buildings to create comfortable environment. This study analyzed the changes of certification standard of G-SEED since the revision in 2016, comparing certification results of office buildings by grade, category and certification items between G-SEED 2013-2 version and revised version of 2016. Also, this study analyzed the average points and their standard deviation of certification items including both deleted items and newly added items and extracted items needed to be reviewed in the future revision. In the revision, G-SEED has been extended its certification system to involve existing buildings and Innovative Design categories newly introduced with revising the certification items and difficulties. In revised version of G-SEED, the certification grade appeared to change its acquisition ratio decreasing Green2 and increasing Green4, during Green1 and Green3 were similar in proportion. The average scores by categories appeared decrease in Energy and Environmental Pollution category and Materials and Resources category, on the other hand, Maintenance category appeared the highest increase in the average score. Otherwise, Land Use and Transportation, Water Circulation, Ecology, Indoor Environment categories appeared similar average scores both version of G-SEED. In addition, the Innovative Design which was newly introduced category, seems to expect gradual gaining high scores according to technology development in future, although its possession has shown lower scores in revised version.
