최근 항공관광여가 산업시장의 급격한 성장과 정부기관 및 지방 자치단체의 대단위 투자 계획으로 인해 시장 진입을 통한 신규투자와 기존 기업의 다각화에 의한 투자의 확대가 이루어지고 있으나, 투자활동의 기본인 자산 구조 형성 등에 대한 연구가 미진한 상태이다. 이에 따라, 항공관광여가 산업의 대표적인 업종인 항공운수업, 해상운송업, 육상여객운송업 및 숙박업의 자산구조 분석을 통해 자산구조가 경영 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 결과를 제시함으로서, 향후 항공관광여가 산업 자체의 효율성을 높이고, 투자 시 참고할 수 있는 기준점을 제시하고자 한다.

스포츠가 활성화되면서 관련 산업이 빠르게 성장하는 추세이다. 더불어 관광분야에서도 스포츠와 관광이 동시에 이루어지는 상품이 등장하고 있다. 이에 따라 스포츠 관람객은 경기가 열리는 지역으로 이동하여 스포츠 활동에 참여함은 물론 관광 행위도 겸하고 있다. 스포츠 관광과 관련된 분야는 스포츠 관람이외 스포츠 활동에 참여, 스포츠 스타와 만남, 스포츠 박물관을 방문 등이 포함된다. 이 연구에서는 스포츠 관람에 참여한 관람객이 방문지역에서 이루어지고 있는 관광행동과 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 밝히기 위해서 시도되었다. 연구결과 스포츠 관람요인과 스포츠 팀 연상이 관광행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으나 그 영향은 제한적이었다. 그 원인은 무엇보다도 아직까지 스포츠 팀에서 스포츠 관람객의 욕구를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 앞으로 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하고 스포츠 관광을 활성화하기 위해서 첫째, 스포츠 구단이 팀의 승리에 관심을 갖는 것 뿐 아니라 경기장 시설 혹은 스타선수 등과 관련된 마케팅 요인을 개발해야 한다. 둘째 스포츠와 지역관광을 묶는 연계프로그램의 개발해야 한다. 특히 방문지역의 숙박, 쇼핑, 유흥과 오락 등이 결합된 상품을 개발에 힘써야 한다. 스포츠 관람만을 위해 방문한 관람객일지라도 스포츠 스타를 만날 수 있거나 스포츠 관련시설이 전시해 있다면 다양한 스포츠 관광산업이 발전할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 LGBTQ의 인권을 기저로 LGBTQ Friendly Library 정책의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 이 글에서는 세계인권선언서(UDHR)와 미국도서관협회(ALA) 및 국제도서관연맹(IFLA)의 활동과 기존의 학술기사를 귀납적으로 분석하여, 그 결과로 우리나라 도서관의 LGBTQ 서비스 정책 수립에 필요한 7가지의 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다: 1) LGBTQ의 인권 향상과 도서관의 의무 선언, 2) 도서관인의 교육 강화, 3) 다양한 정보요구의 수집과 장서의 확대, 4) 정보검색 및 접근 도구의 개발, 5) 도서관 환경의 안전성과 시설사용의 평등성의 보장, 6) NGO와의 협력 네트워크의 구축, 마지막으로 7) LGBTQ 어린이 및 청소년의 지원.

우리나라를 방문한 외국인 관광객의 안전 및 치안을 위해 2013년 10월 16일 서울 관광경찰대가 출범하였다. 관광경찰의 주요역할은 관광지내 범죄예방 순찰 및 기초질서 유지, 외국인 관광객 대상 불법행위 단속 및 수사와 문화체육관광부 지방자치단체 등 관련 기관과 협조하여 음식점 숙박업소 택시 등 관광관련 영업의 부당요금 단속, 관광 관련 업계 및 종사자에 대한 행정지도 및 단속 등으로 규정되어 있다. 그런데 관광경찰의 역할을 살펴보면, 일반 경찰과 역할이 중첩되고, 문화체육관광부 지방자치단체 등 타 기관과의 업무협력을 요하는 부분이 많아 일반 경찰과 관광경찰 사이에는 역할모호성 및 역할갈등이 일어날 소지가 크다. 따라서 본 연구는 관광경찰의 역할에 대한 일반경찰과 관광경찰의 역할 모호성 역할갈등이 업무만족 및 업무수행도에 대한 인식차이와 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 관광경찰제도의 발전에 기여고자 한다.

Recently, interest and social expectation for children's environment are on the rise. The needs for construction of safe and pleasant child care environment has bees agreed with. Especially, as the number of children who are wanted to go center jumped with additional support the government for child care business, centers have also seen a boost. But as number of child care centers increases rapidly in short period, the quality of centers is more inferior to before. and the space and facility level of many centers don't reach in legal minimum standard. In addition to, when child care centers are reviewed, it tend to be judged by one standard without considering connection with sense of values about child care or philosophy, child's traits, surrounding environment etc. Therefore, it is important to construct environment that can consider children's physical development and behavioral characteristic as well as basic element such thing as protection and support activity for current child care centers. This study presupposes that physical environment of child care centers makes important effect on teacher's motion and child's development, then it is to investigate it's characteristics in physically space, facilities, outdoor playground. And It is to identify space and accommodations, outdoors facilities which can support activity smoothly inside and outside. As a result, it is try to offer appliable basic information about the child-friendly environment of child care centers.

화재가 발생하고 피난이 개시되기까지의 과정에서 재실자의 행동을 예측하고, 그 과정에 소요되는 시간을 줄이는 것은 피난안전의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 피난개시과정을 예측할 수 있는 논리적 근거를 마련하고자 연구문헌과 이론, 화재사례 등의 비교 분석 등을 하였다, 그 결과로서 화재발생장소와의 공간적 위치와 격리에 의해 피난개시까지 경과시간에는 상당한 차이가 발생하며, 후각 및 청각적 징후는 그것을 화재라고까지 바로 인지하지 않으며 시각적 징후 또는 피난방송, 다른 사람에 의한 통보 등에 의해 화재로 인지하는 경향이 강한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 화재를 인지한 후 바로 피난하는 재실자는 극소수에 불과하며, 피난개시까지 경과시간은 건물의 규모가 클수록 재실자별 경과시간의 편차가 크고, 호텔과 같은 숙박용도는 건물의 규모에 상관없이 경과시간의 편차가 크게 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 장애인 취업자에게 제공된 직무 관련 배려경험이 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 실시한 장애인 고용패널조사를 활용하여 장애인 중 임금을 받고 근로 중인 취업 장애인을 대상으로 하여 직장에서의 배려 경험과 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족의 수준을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료를 기반으로 빈도분석으로 통해 현재 장애인이 경험하는 적절한 배려의 현황을 알아보고, 분산분석을 통해 배려 경험에 따른 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 여전히 직업 현장에서 장애인 취업자를 위한 적절한 배려나 지원이 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌으며, 직무조정 및 근무시간 조정 관련 배려경험이 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌다.

This study is about choice attribution of customers make in food and beverage events. The researcher provided practical plans to uplift food-related enterprises and activate management through surveys and positive analyses, targeting customers who use food services. First of all, all event plans must include customer demands, social changes, special qualities of the business, and market research. Second, low demand season must be customers will be induced to the events. Third, prediction for market variable and solutions must be thoroughly examined and plans should look into the future to maintain a long period of time. Fourth, sufficient communication between planners and employees should be made before the event starts, so that food and beverage businesses can gain trust and quality of event services.Fifth, immaterial service and visible goods/menus in business of food and beverage events must be closely matched. Sixth, menus introducing a variety of merchandise, quality of nutrition and health of the business should be developed. Also, events from countries(regions) should be hold to create a market of cultural exchange. Seventh, for hereafter event plans, feedbacks are needed concerning customers needs and demands through customer care, after the food and beverage events. Eight, faculty management for convenience, kindness, safety, and life preserver accommodations in parking areas must be made, as automobiles are necessaries for people in Mycar era. The ninth, off-line and on-line care through on-line business construction and production of homepage must be done, due to the fact that even the well-made events are bound to fail if they are not delivered to the customers.

이 연구는 조선시대에 저술된 유산기를 기초자료로, 당시 사람들이 지리산을 무슨 목적을 가지고 어떻게 여행하였는지 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통해 고찰한 조선시대 사람들의 금강산 청량산 여행과 비교하여, 지리산을 찾은 여행자의 성격, 여행 동기, 여정, 그리고 여행 방식을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 지리산 여행자들은 거주지, 성격, 취미 등에서 공통적인 특징을 지니고 있었으며, 이것이 반영되어 지리산 여행에는 금강산 청량산 여행과 구분되는 여행 동기와 여정이 나타났다. 여행 방식은 여행 시기, 준비물, 동반자, 교통수단, 식사 및 숙박, 여행 중 활동 등의 측면에서 살펴보았는데, 금강산 청량산 여행과 큰 차이가 없었다. 조선시대 사대부들의 여행 방식 가운데 관행화된 것이 많았다는 증거이다.

This study was to develop the indicators for understanding social inclusion exclusion of the dwellers living in permanent rental apartment, and to present a important base about priority order of national housing policy for social inclusion. The ultimate purpose of this study was to provide basic information for the development of permanent rental apartment renewal techniques. The first phase of the study was to review of the social inclusion exclusion indicators mentioned in the literature. The indicators of EU (2001, 2006), KIHASA (2005), and Jehoel-Gijsbers & Brooman (2007), which were applied in many studies about social inclusion, or included various items about dwellers' subjective attitudes, were selected to construct the framework for the study. On the basis of 3 kinds of indicators at the above, the dimensions of social inclusion exclusion were categorized as material deprivation and access to social rights in an economicstructural exclusion view, and social participation and cultural normative accommodations in a socio-cultural exclusion view. And then, the domains of social inclusion exclusion were decided as follows: income, employment, education service, housing, health, family networks and social networks. The detail contents of indicators were adopted from the prior studies as many as possible, and the dwellers' subjective attitudes and housing domains were intensified with reference to UN housing rights and the study of "residents' satisfaction of housing facilities living in permanent rental housing". The developed indicators were modified through the advisory committee that consist of the specialists from the various fields of studies. The final indicators that were overlapped or not able to be measured were eliminated, and added, in a housing domain, the standards of convenient facilities, the management condition, safety, location, crime and etc. in the apartment complex, which were required to complement in the advisory committee.
