본 실태조사는 분만돈방과 분만틀 사용실태를 조사함으로써 분만돈의 동물복지 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 대체 사육시설을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 확보하기 위해 실시되었다. 분만돈방은 크게 형태별로 수직형 분만돈방과 사선형 분만돈방 두 가지로 구분되었으며, 분만틀은 압사방지 바(Bar)의 형태를 기준으로 수평형(Horizontal bar) 분만틀, 수직형(Vertical bar) 분만틀로 구분되었다. 기타 시설물에 대한 조사결과, 조사농가의 전체가 니플형 급수시설을 사용하고 있었으며, 약 80%가 습식급이기를 사용하고 있었고, 조사 농가의 약 40%가 전체틈바닥, 약 60%가 부분 틈바닥이었으며, 분만돈 두당 최소 $3.9\;m^2$ 이상의 면적을 제공하고 있었다. 국내의 다양한 사육시설과 환경으로 인하여 일괄적인 구조개선이나 새로운 사육시설의 적용은 쉽지 않을 것으로 판단되지만 이러한 국내 양돈농가의 실태조사 자료들을 동물복지 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 대체 사육시설을 개발하는데 좋은 기초자료가 될 것이라 생각한다.

본 연구의 목적은 전시시설에서의 정당한 편의제공 현황을 파악하여 이에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 분석함으로써 편의제공을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 전시시설의 정당한 편의제공 현황분석을 위해 23개 전시시설을 대상으로 물리적 정당한 편의제공 범위에 포함되는 편의시설에 대한 현황과 더불어 서비스 측면의 비물리적 정당한 편의제공 현황을 실태조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시설물 영역 중 외부의 접근과 관련하여 관람자가 안전하고 편리하게 대지 내의 접근로를 이동하여 전시시설까지 이동할 수 있도록 보행안전통로를 확보한다. 둘째, 전시시설 내부에서의 안전한 관람이 가능하도록 바닥면을 미끄럽지 않도록 처리하고, 시각장애인이 이동할 때에 위험요소인 장애물을 제거한다. 셋째, 승강기 내부 조작반과 장애인용화장실 설치시 휠체어사용자와 시각장애인의 이용시설이 같지 않다는 점을 고려하여야 한다. 넷째, 장애인의 안내를 위한 촉지도, 점자안내판, 시설물 축소모형 등을 설치하고 시설 편의이용정보가 기재된 안내서를 구비한다. 다섯째, 시 청각 장애인이 다양한 감각을 이용하여 전시물을 체험할 수 있도록 서비스 영역 측면의 다양한 편의가 제공되어야 할 것이다.

This study selected Yangpyung as a target site because Yangpyung is a area of high value blessed with well preserved natural resources and beautiful natural scene and where thoughtless development and malformed use of land are in progress under the mask of hotel, accommodations and sales facility which fits the interests of land owner. As for the method used for this study, I inquired into domestic/international instances and the concept of existing environmental indicators and assessment of suitability with a view to establish assessment indicators and pose the concept through theoretical investigation of green-network and to establish green-network. 17 articles of environmental indicators such as aspect analysis, contour, greenbelt, DEM, NDVI, nature conservation area, reservoir and area for the promotion of agriculture were chosen as a actual analysing n data for setting up assessment indicators. From the result of analysis, as anticipated, green zone in Yongmusan areas within Youngmun and Seojong areas were the center of green-network in the wide area green-network in Yangpyung and the restricted area by basin system, road and legal regulation was selected as spot area and finally arable land and reservoir were selected as base which connects core with spot.

The purpose of this study is to compare the satisfaction of the urban parks and to classify and assess the environmentally-friendly behaviors in the urban parks. For this purpose, the park user's behaviors and satisfactions were surveyed in 10 parks in Seoul and its suburb area. Parks are divided into 2 types, the walking-distance parks and the metropolitan parks, by time to reach, visit frequency and visit purpose. The park users are generally satisfied with the facilities, but not satisfied with some specific items, such as cultural facilities, accommodations for the handicapped, safety facilities and sports facilities. The environmentally-friendly behaviors are positively assessed in general, but the behavior of the natural experience was negatively assessed. The environmentally-friendly behaviors in the urban parks are classified into 2 factors; the experience factor and the activity factor. The parks are categorized into 3 types by these factors. For type I parks, the experience factor is dominant, but the activity factor is relatively low. For type II parks, the both factors are low and the parks are necessary to improve. And type III parks are positively assessed in the aspect of the environmentally-friendly behaviors, even though some park are necessary to complement.

본 연구는 모바일 앱을 활용한 관광정보 제공하는 APP을 개발하여 사용자가 여가시간에 관광지에 방문할 때 주변지역의 축제와 캠핑, 글램핑지역을 검색하도록 연구하였다. 또한, 자가 조리 레시피를 제공하여 현장에서 활용 편의성을 높였다. 추천지역에 대한 검색을 할때는 숙박시설을 조회하여 체크인과 체크아웃을 처리하도록 도움주었다. 본 연구에서 적용한 경기권지역외에 전국적인 정보제공으로 확대한다면 이용객들에게 보다 편리하게 사용될 것이며, 자역 쿠폰과 결합하여 서비스를 확장하면 양질의 서비스가 이루어질 것이다.

Purpose: Ballparks of KBO which were built by local governments and operated for baseball game-centered have been required more sustainable development according to going into low growth phase in Korea recently. MLB ballparks with the teams having 100 year old tradition have been sustainable-developed economically, socially, environmentally and culturally. This research is to study the characteristics of cultural sustainability in architectural design of 30 MLB parks. Method: To begin with comparison analysis of usage rate of 10 ballparks of KBO with 30 ballparks of MLB, and architectural designs of facades, fields, accommodations, sculptures, greens, roof gardens, etc. are analyzed in the MLB ballpark. And finally, the characteristics of cultural sustainability in the architectural design are analyzed. Result: MLB ballparks have played role as core-space of urban community, accumulated space of citizens' memory being originated in natural climatic feature of region, historical image of city and tradition of home-ballpark. A basis of these characteristics could is nature of cultural sustainability, that is to say local community, historical restoration, social solidarity.

According to the rapid changes in our society and lifestyles, the methods of spending leisure time are being diversified and the facilities for leisure activities are growing as multi-purposed complexes. Purpose of this study was to figure out the design changes of lodging facility interiors in resort complexes which had been influenced by socio-economic conditions after the year 2000, and to provide fundamental references for planning pleasant and differentiated resort accommodations. To accomplish this purpose, the recent tendency of making complex resort facilities was examined and the changes in the properties of lodging facility design since the year 2000 was analyzed. The result shows that the surface areas of guestroom units have been enlarged, and the composition of floor plans has been diversified into various types. Also the number of bathrooms and built-in furniture units has been increased. For the design properties, concepts and themes for guestroom design has been diversified by applying unique color schemes and design elements. The characteristics of lodging facility design in domestic resort complex have been developed to reflect social trends and customer needs. Nevertheless, to deal with changing culture of leisure life, continuous study on resort facilities and various types of lodging facility is required.

This study aims to recognize the value of traditional culture and to create 'Korean style rest costume' i.e. in-door clothes for comfort's purpose designed for hotel or other tourist accommodations with its own image. In so doing, national pride and identity will be exalted for Koreans, while an opportunity of cultural expose will be provided for foreigners through the symbols of Korea, which will contribute to the international introduction and representation of Korea. First, this study investigates the external characteristics in forms and structures of Korean style rest costume. Second, questionnaires regarding consciousness of Korean style rest costume and preference in design are distributed to the hotel guest and staff-both domestic and international- to be fir out. Lastly, designed rest costume representing Korean image, based on the results of the survey. Upon investigation, users and employers both preferred two piece style which is separated to upper garment and lower garment. While employers preferred short sleeve, users preferred long sleeves. In colors, employers preferred blue while users preferred white. In garments, both of. the employers and users preferred cotton, towel and cotton flannel. In addition, when introducing rest costume, it will be efficient to distinct the strategy between natives and foreigners, and also distinguish where the rest costume will be used.

In recent years, several problems occur due to irrational development in rural areas. The first, disorderly development and Encroachment of farmland, Small factory built in rural areas leads to a lack of infrastructure. it is the damage factors of good scenery in the rural areas. Water pollution and environmental pollution from the accommodations and restaurants in the good scenery area is serious. To solve this problems, we should establish the systematic land use plan and landscape plan, and integrated spatial and business plan in rural areas. In order to increase the effectiveness of land use planning in rural projects, We should establish the land use plan in rural areas of the city, state, and national levels of regional plan. We need to prescribe in "National Land Use Planning Law" the facilities, can install it according to the characteristics of rural land programming. we can prescribe the detail regulations by "Rural Maintenance Law". In order to solve the problems the lack of professionalism of the current agricultural policies of the Review Committee, We need to consider a new "rural planning committee" consisting.

The plan of developing a fishing village and port will be indirectly funded by the government. In the short term, there will be five different multi-functional fishing village models which are based on the first industry to attach to the third industry of marine sports experience tourism. In the long run, they have to be reached gradually. The popular scenic spot of the marine sports experience tourism is made by human resources and fundamental installations considering that it must be done in unpolluted water. It is necessary to separate the fish harbor into two sides. One side is an existing fishing industry. The other side is made up of several pontoons for the marine sports equipment of the marine mooring. It is necessary to build facilities, such as the mooring facility, the storage facility, the repair-check facility, supply-cleaning facility, information booth, accommodations, education facility, and a marine culture exchange facility.
