목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 식당의 접근성과 활동 평가 정보 도구(RATE-IT)의 예비 타당도를 확보하고 개발하고자 하였다. 장애를 가진 사람들을 위한 식당의 접근성을 평가하기 위해 전자 설문지가 사용되었다. 연구방법 : RATE-IT의 타당성을 확인하고 개발하기 위해 다양한 방법이 사용되었다. 연구 1단계에서는 관련 문항을 분류하였고, 2단계에서는 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 3단계에서는 구성 타당도를 측정하였다. 결과 : 연구결과에 따르면 적절한 문항들이 본 검사 도구에 포함됨을 알 수 있었다(relevance=0.99 and language level=0.99). 또한 이러한 결과는 RATE-IT이 식당 접근성의 구성 문항을 적절하게 평가할 수 있음을 시사한다(F=0.72, p=.40). 건물과 시설에 관한 문항을 검증하기 위해 Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines(ADAAG)의 체크리스트와 비교하였을 때 RATE-IT은 접근성 수준에 따라 식당을 분류 할 수 있는 잠재성을 보여주었으며(p=.10), 사용하기 쉽고(p<.00), 이해하기 쉽고 효과적인(p<.00) 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 연구결과 RATE-IT은 사용자 관점에서 사용하기 쉽고 편리한 효용성을 가진 도구로 보여진다.

This study analyzes the feasibility of constructing Geochang high technology industrial complex and present s the site, plan and development strategies. As a result, first, the Wallpyung area, superior form others in site characteristics, accessibility, surrounding facilities, was decided to the plan site. Second, the plan tries to adapt in the environment and maximizes the spatial link and user conveniences. Third, a transportation plan includes a circulation street network that adapt in topography, and considered future traffic situation and accessibility, hierarchy of road etc. Fourth, it also plans to locate a environment-friendly central park in the middle of site and buffer areas along at the outer sites and both sides of the roads. Fifth, for the development, it is advised to construct a public institution which manages the whole project and it is necessary to build a cooperate system.

Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.

Purpose: This paper aims to suggest ways to apply the leading technologies of Industry 5.0 to the housing welfare field, tasks for this, and policy implications. Research design, data, and methodology: The analysis method of this study is a literature study. The analysis steps are as follows. Technology trends and characteristics of Industry 5.0 were investigated and analyzed. The following is a method of applying technology 5.0 in the industrial field. Finally, the application areas of each technology and the challenges to be solved in the process were presented. Results: The results of the analysis are 1) the accessibility and diffusion of technology. This means that all citizens have equal access to and use of the latest technology. To this end, the appropriate use of technology and the development of a user-centered interface are needed. 2) Data protection and privacy. Residential welfare-related technologies may face risks such as personal information leakage and hacking in the process of collecting and analyzing residents' data. 3) Stability, economic feasibility, and sustainability of the technology. Conclusions: The policy implications include: 1) Enhancing technology education and promotion to improve tech accessibility for groups like the low-income, rural areas, and the elderly, 2) Strengthening security policies and regulations to safeguard resident data and mitigate hacking risks, 3) Standardization of technology, 4) Investment and support in R&D.

Prisons are mostly filled with social deviants and like other correctional institutions, deserve organized information (provision) centers such as library. A study on library resource needs and accessibility by prison inmates was conducted at Kuje prison, Abuja and Kaduna prison, Kaduna, Nigeria, both of which have functional libraries. A sample of 898 inmates was randomly selected from all the convicted inmates in the two prisons. A total of 106 inmates were selected from Kuje prison and 792 from Kaduna prison. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the inmates. All the 898 inmates responded. A total of 786 (87.9%) males and 112 (12.4%) females were involved in the study. With regards to the educational level attained by the inmates, 347 (38.6%) had Junior Secondary School Certificate while 323 (30.0%) had Senior School Certificate both accounting for 74.6% of the sampled population. In areas of information needs, 94.5%, 96.1%, 98.7%, 99.4%, 100%, and 100% of the respondents indicated that information on current affairs, survival and coping, educational support, legal aid, skill acquisition, and health, respectively were highly needed by the inmates. Out of the 12 information resources listed, only newspaper, novel, handbook and manual, and bulletin were readily accessible with percentage accessibility of 60.7, 7.8, 6.8, and 1.9, respectively. One major reason adduced by the respondents for limited access to information resources was the very strict rules and regulations in the prison. Providing more library resources and granting the inmates more access to the library would assist in character reformation and rehabilitation of the inmates.

This article examines the accessibility and usability of library websites to students with visual and physical disabilities in public universities in Kenya. The study used survey research design and adopted a mixed methods approach. Data were gathered using survey questionnaire, focus group discussions, structured interviews, and observation. The study population consisted of six public universities that had a longstanding tradition of enrolling students with disabilities. Census was used to obtain a study sample comprising of students with visual disabilities (86), students with physical disabilities (91), University Librarians (6), Personnel from Disability Mainstreaming departments (6), Systems Librarians (6) and Library Personnel who provided information services to students with disabilities (133). The Social Model of Disability and IFLA Access to Libraries for Persons with Disabilities checklist were used as conceptual and theoretical framework in the study. Study results revealed that all the libraries had library websites. However, the websites did not have disability services page or information specific to individuals with disabilities. Also a section of students with disabilities lacked awareness of the existence of library websites and e-resources available through them. Additionally, the website design posed various access challenges. The study concluded that people with disabilities were excluded from access and use of library websites in public universities. The authors recommended that library websites must contain disability services page containing information specific to persons with disabilities. Moreover, libraries should evaluate their websites to ensure compliance with W3C requirements for web content accessibility. Additionally, libraries should develop disability policy to provide guidance on provision of information services to persons with disabilities.

본 연구는, 플러그인 가상악기의 접근성 평가 연구의 후속 연구로, 플러그인 가상악기 SI-Bass Guitar의 접근성을 평가하고 접근방법을 연구하기 위한 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 센스리더를 사용하는 시각장애인이 SI-Bass Guitar를 사용하여 국가직무능력표준의 [가상악기 에디팅하기] 업무를 키보드만으로 수행할 수 있는지를 평가하는 기본 접근성과 Cakewalk 단축키 등록 기능, MIDI 기능, 센스리더 기능을 활용한 확장된 접근성이 평가되었고, 업무수행을 위한 작업 방법이 모색되었다. 접근성 평가결과, SI-Bass Guitar는 기본 접근성이 없어, 센스리더의 마우스&위치기억 기능을 사용해야만 [가상악기 에디팅하기] 작업을 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로, 시각장애인이 SI-Bass Guitar를 사용하는 방법이 소개되었고, 접근성 확보를 위한 몇가지 방안이 제안되었다.

온라인 게임과 같은 재미에 가치를 두는 쾌락적 정보시스템에서는 개인의 특성이 매우 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인의 특성이 포털 사이트에 대하여 미치는 영향을 Davis et al.(1989)가 제시한 기술수용모델(TAM)을 이용하여 설문을 통한 통계적인 방법으로 정서적 태도와 인지적 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 영향에 대해서는 게임 특성요인이 지각된 용이성에 미치는 영향은 게임 포털 사이트에 대한 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 친숙성은 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 게임 포털 사이트에 대한 지각된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것인가에 대한 세부가설은 친숙성, 성취감 마브니즘 모두 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 게임포털 사이트에 대한 지각된 용이성이 지각된 즐거움에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 유의한 영향을 미친다고 나타나 게임포털 사이트에 대한 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 용이성이 인지적 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 먼저 지각된 즐거움이 인지적 태도에 영향을 미치는가는 세부가설 중 지각된 즐거움은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 용이성이 인지적 태도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 게임포털 사이트에 대한 개인의 특성은 게임을 하는데 있어서 평소에 느끼고 있던 즐거움과 편리하게 생각했던 용이성은 인지적 태도와 정서적 태도에도 영향을 미친다는 것을 연구결과 알 수 있었다.

웹 기반 정보시스템에서의 유저 인터페이스는 사용자가 시스템에 접할 수 있는 매개체이다. 유저 인터페이스는 정보시스템의 접근성과 사용성을 높이는 수단이며, 웹 기반 정보시스템에서의 중요한 핵심 구성요소이다. 이에 본 논문은 웹 기반 정보시스템에서 사용성과 접근성을 강화하는 유저 인터페이스 감리 프레임워크를 기존 정보시스템 감리점검 프레임워크의 3대 축을 준용하여 개발하였다. 먼저 감리시점으로는 국내 주요 웹 개발방법론의 단계 비교 분석을 통해 도출된 분석, UI설계, UI제작, 테스트의 UI중심 프로세스를 정의하였다. 감리영역은 유저 인터페이스를 구성하는 요소의 분석을 통하여 정보, 디자인, 기술로 정의하였고, 감리관점 점검기준은 사용성, 접근성, 호환성으로 정의하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 프레임워크를 통해 도출된 점검항목을 실제감리가 수행된 사례에 적용해 봄으로써 제안된 프레임워크를 검증하였다.

보행로 서비스 수준 평가에 활용된 기존 지표는 보행의 양적인 측면에만 집중한다는 점에서 서비스 수준을 올바르게 평가하지 못하는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 평가를 위한 효과척도로 접근성 지표를 제안하였다. 특히 대중교통수단과 보행로간의 접근성에 주목하여 변수를 구축하였다. 본 연구는 3단계로 구성된다. 1단계에서는 버스와 지하철 등의 대중교통 지표를 활용해 접근성 변수를 수단별로 정의하였다. 2단계에서는 접근성 변수와 보행류율간의 상관관계를 검토하였다. 3단계에서는 접근성 변수를 포함한 보행로 서비스 수준의 영향요인을 규명하는 모형을 개발하였다. 개발 결과, 접근성, 보행로 기하구조, 주거와 상업 등의 토지이용 용도 등이 보행로 서비스 수준에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 접근성, 상업용도 면적 비율은 보행 활동을 유인하여 서비스 수준을 떨어트리는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 함께 지장물과 버스 정류장이 입지하는 경우에도 서비스 수준은 하락하였다. 그러나 주거면적 비율이 높거나 유효보도폭이 넓을수록 서비스 수준은 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 보행로 서비스 수준 산정, 유효보도폭 결정 등의 분야에 활용될 수 있다.
